**What do you like best about PACS?**

PACS is very detailed, elaborate and multiple fronts can use it simultaneously. The image quality is very high definition and the zoom-in function is very beneficial.

**What do you dislike about PACS?**

The biggest issue I face is the frequent crashing of the software and the integration of text reports with the images is not very efficient. Further, the need to install additional software to view the images is annoying.

**What problems is PACS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PACS helps me access the radiology images when needed and allows me to download the final radiology reports in pdf format. It helps the radiology department, the clinicians, the medical records team and the approval staff to access the reports in real time.
