What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?

I appreciate the simplicity and easy setup of Upland InterFAX, making it very user-friendly for my team. The reliability of receiving faxes from insurance companies saves me a lot of time on follow-up calls, which is crucial in my medical billing role. Additionally, the user interface is incredibly simple and reliable, which greatly stands out from the competition. The affordable pricing is also a major advantage. Their API seems to work well, is relatively easy to use, and their support is generally responsive. Their system is fairly customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Upland InterFAX?

Their interface needs an update. It's clunky and is overdue for a refresh.

Their SAML/SSO integration is not straightforward. Even as a seasoned identity management veteran I had a difficult time getting it working.

Their billing is quite confusing and difficult to decipher. Every time I need to look at a bill it takes me 15-20 minutes just to wrap my head around what I'm looking at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
