"Effortlessly Simplifies Our Faxing Process"

What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?

I like that Upland InterFAX is way too easy to use. I simply key in the fax number and the subject and attach any documents I want to send. I also like that I can check the previous faxes I've sent to see if they went through or if I need to refax them again. There's a feature to check the receiving faxes, where I can preview the fax without opening the whole document, just clicking on preview lets me see the document people faxed to me. Overall, it's just a click away from sending a fax, integrated with my dashboard, which saves me a lot of time and struggles. Additionally, the setup was really easy, taking less than ten minutes, and it connects well with our main center dashboard, working really good. The system has saved us a lot of time. What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?

I love how easy it is to use Upland InterFAX. We enjoy the ability to access the faxes anywhere remotely without needing to be in the office. The re-send function is also nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The occasional outages that cripple our ability to send and receive faxes. The customer service number is also not clearly displayed on the website and I find myself having to Google "Upland Software Texas" to get a customer service number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like having my own individual InterFAX, which means I don't have to wait to find out if an important fax didn't go through or if there was an error. Being able to see past work is really helpful too. These features are especially beneficial when working for a small company, as they allow for more control and transparency in communication. What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?

I really appreciate the convenience of Upland InterFAX's fax notifications, which alert us when a fax has come through and indicate whether faxes have been delivered successfully or failed. This makes our workflow more efficient since we receive timely notifications of incoming faxes. Additionally, being a virtual platform, I don't have to worry about the fax line being down or having to purchase paper for printing. It integrates seamlessly with our processes by allowing us to attach PDFs to our files easily, ensuring everything is fast and efficient.
