We have recently moved to HRone from Hrpearls(Webtel), I find Hrone more intuitive, Streamlined & better leave management system. There is one thing good about this HrOne is Attendance regularization features much needed, because we are so lost in work sometimes we forget to mark attendances.

Its just sometimes, the attendance updation takes a little more time, which keep up trembling in thoughts of applying OD's at the end of the month. I am not sure its HRone problem or our servers. Also its quite difficult to understand the interface at initial levels, because if i talk about leaves i have to take note of entry or exit time & match that time with the short or half day, that's how i gets little confused sometimes & its not just me the whole office faces this confusion. Hrone is a good software solution for all its users. I have been using this software for the past one to two years in my current organization, and I also used it at my previous company.
