The administrative portal is intuitive, which makes provisioning users, managing call flows, and adjusting features simple without needing constant support intervention.
From a partner perspective, their onboarding and support teams are responsive and knowledgeable. When we do need assistance, tickets are handled promptly and professionally. Their support staff communicates clearly and works toward resolution rather than passing issues around.
Our clients especially appreciate the reliability, call quality, mobile app functionality, and ease of use. Features like auto attendants, ring groups, call routing, voicemail-to-email, and softphone capabilities are consistently stable and easy for end users to adopt.
