What do you like best about Ultatel?

In terms of competitive pricing, they were as good as anyone that I researched. More importantly, when I submit a question or a support request via email, I get a response immediately that a service ticket has been created. 95% of our questions or requests get solved within 30 minutes to an hour max. Also, we haven't had any technical issues with Ultatel. Service has been up and running continuously in the almost 2 years that we've been a customer. Finally, initially setting up the service was a breeze. I sent them a couple of spreadsheets with data from our last phone supplier, and they took care of the rest. The last phone provider that we had put all of that effort on me, and quite honestly, I didn't have the time to deal with it. All I wanted was a perfectly working phone system with limited integration effort on our side, and that's what we got. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ultatel?
