What do you like best about Ultatel?

The incredible personalities and helpful nature of the team members I've dealt with from the beginning. From Alex, the Account Manager, to the onboarding team with Peter and from the start the process has been easy. There were some minor hurdles along the way but the team made me feel 100% that they were in control and had this.

The pricing is much better than we were paying.

Their dedicated non-profit structure is to be commended.

The app is awesome.

24/7 Customer Support line is a game changer!

What do you like best about Ultatel?

Hands down without question the support. Everytime I call for support or just with questions I get someone immediatly (no long automated robots) and they are always helpful. During the onboarding process you have a dedicated account manager you can call or email directly. I remember being told that after 30days we would transition to just the regular support, so I expected some kind of decrease in support effectiveness. While you do speak to someone different everytime, there has been zero drop in the level of care and support. Call quality is excellent, super easy to use, great set of features, really probably the smoothest VOIP service setup I've been a part of.

I've already recommended Ultatel to another client and we've started the onboard process there. I will continue to recommend Ultatel to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ultatel?

The only thing I'd possibly complain about is there are some things on the portal that I wish I could do myself but you do have to call about to have them do. I understand why though and the support is so good that the call is a quick one, but sometimes I do still wish I could do it myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
