Honestly what is there not to like? The support is phenomenal, the service has been very reliable, and all the functions you would expect and then some are included. Setup is a breeze as they handle most of the work for you!

Hands down without question the support. Everytime I call for support or just with questions I get someone immediatly (no long automated robots) and they are always helpful. During the onboarding process you have a dedicated account manager you can call or email directly. I remember being told that after 30days we would transition to just the regular support, so I expected some kind of decrease in support effectiveness. While you do speak to someone different everytime, there has been zero drop in the level of care and support. Call quality is excellent, super easy to use, great set of features, really probably the smoothest VOIP service setup I've been a part of. I've already recommended Ultatel to another client and we've started the onboard process there. I will continue to recommend Ultatel to others.
