Much better than the previous company we were using. Their customer support is very helpful too. **What do you dislike about Ultatel?** I wish it was a bit cheaper, but I think you get what you pay for. I tried cheaper solutions in the past and they were very bad. **What problems is Ultatel solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had issues in the past with call quality during our sales calls.
