**What do you like best about SPOTIO?**

Spotio's ease of use and convenience have made my life so much more organized and productive!

I love being able to add all the details of a sales visit and the notes feature is the key for my success! This allows me to talk text into the notes section and save time while approaching my next merchant.

Time is money in my business, so anything that can save me time is a win!
 
Adding reminders has enabled me to not lose sight of my appointments and the type of appointment it is.

In addition the satellite maps are an outstanding bonus. I share this with anyone in my company who has not been been apprised of this amazing option. 

So far over the 2+ yrs that I have used Spotio I have been extremely satisfied and I would not want to use any other sales tool, because it just works so well!

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

Sometimes I do have a lag when I updated my leads but I do find that this occurs when I'm in a bad internet area. Once I get in a better area or it gets a slight bit stronger it catches right up.
 
I would like to see some additional positions to select from when registering a merchant. For example if a business is a corporation versus small business and adding additional positions like CFO and Controller/Comptroller.

**What problems is SPOTIO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales and managing my day have become much easier. It also assists me in finding new leads near my existing appointments, which is extremely helpful. This allows me to make the most of my time and effort, maximizing my sales opportunities.

**What do you like best about SPOTIO?**

It has strong field accountability and visibility which helps us know where our employees are working to avoid doubts which helps us promote great productivity. 
It supports offline modes where our team members can view schedules and leads with ease.

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

I do not have dislikes on this tool at the moment as it meets our needs.

**What problems is SPOTIO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without this tool it becomes difficult follow our employees. Spotio thus allows us full visibility in real-time of the sales representatives on the fields so we are able to know what they are doing and where exactly they are. this helps promotes great workflow.

**What do you like best about SPOTIO?**

I like that SPOTIO helps with lead tracking, specifically tracking door knocking sales reps.

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

Their customer success team is not helpful when it comes to renewal. They hide things in their contract and try to take money from you, making them untrustworthy. They also do not help much after rollout. The software is too corporately structured by an investment firm. The initial setup was not easy; it took us 2-4 months and required constant reminders for help. It's not great software for the price.

**What problems is SPOTIO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SPOTIO for tracking leads during door knocking, which is helpful but only for a short period of our sales pipeline.

**What do you like best about SPOTIO?**

I love that SPOTIO is the best CRM I've ever used due to its ease of use and seamless interface. It allows me to efficiently create routes and record merchant responses on the go without needing a laptop. The mobile compatibility is a godsend for my field travel, enabling me to work and plan next steps from anywhere. The disposition and follow-up features are incredibly useful for managing interactions with merchants effectively. Setting it up was extremely easy as well.

The best thing I can take away from Spotio is the ease of the platform to access and navigate. Also a great tool to keep you on track and save your self work by using the GPS for visits.

I love how streamlines the format is, how aesthetic the design is, and how easy it is to use.

I really don’t have any complaints. The only thing that I can think of is that sometimes it’s a little slow and glitchy.

The ease of use is great and I like that you can Mark On the account For follow-up period And the date comes up That you set for follow-up to make calls or visits. can also download documents and pictures. This product is a perfect sales tool to keep track of locations appointments contacts and to send out text messages and emails.

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

At times the connectivity is very slow. But once you move to another location it does remember items that you put in even though the connectivity is not there.

Patio solve the problem of follow-up. Cuz you can set a follow-up and a date and time and it will remind you to call or visit on that specified date.

**What do you like best about SPOTIO?**

What is most helpful about Spotio is the ability to log in any kind of work you perfom in it. The upside of using Spotino is its ease of use. The best thing about Spotio is that it caters to customer support workers that trying to directly help others in their respected field. Not mentioning ease of implentation would be a disservices to this software engine as a whole.

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

The least helpful about Spotion is when I'm making an outbound call to another, Spotio is listed as a "Spam Likely" call to others. Many times I'm unable to get a hold of my prospects for this very reason. The downsides of using Spotio is not giving our recpients the trust and quality they'd like to see. What I dislike most about Spotio is whenever I make a new account (dealer), I'm unable to delete it afterwards, thus creating duplicate accounts.

Spotio is solving ease of use and benefits me because I can work more efficiently.

Spotio is one of the best  software for sales reps that I have ever used, I have been in financial industry for over 15 years and I would recommend this product to anyone that wants to maximize their results. Also Easy to use, platform is user friendly, self explanatory, and fast, I've never had any problems with it.

I would like for the Spotio to allow us users to add and remove tabs, for example, I would like to be able to remove inactive accounts from my queue

It's a useful tool that covers the majority of my work needs.

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

It is missing a few quality of life features like a compass, the ability to pin leads/opportunities, and it would be nice to be able to mark when you revisit somebody without making an extra pin and crowding things.

It consolidates multiple tools into one place, simplifying the work process. The best improvement this app could have is to lean into that more.

It is very helpful to put your leads onto the map very easy to follow up with customers and the interactions are pretty easy. Highly recommended to everybody that son sells

I actually didn't find anything that I dislike about audio. They constantly updating the app so it's always good.

Regarding your feedback on filtering leads from oldest to newest, we do have filter options for created and updated date. Once filtered, you can sort them in a list from oldest to newest. You can also color-code (or as we call it, "colorize") the map by these dates, allowing you to visually distinguish leads—for example, showing all leads that are two months old as blue and one month old as green.

Spotio is a great tool for when you are out generating leads. The most helpful thing for me is the interface you are presented with when collecting a potential client's information. The options and form fields are perfect. It is also really helpful that all the buildings are outlined on the map which makes logging calls so much easier.

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

When you are at an address where there is little to no internet connection and you log a visit, it will create a second record at the same address.  So it will be two different records that you have to click individually in and out of to get updates on. It should just log the visit at the pre-existing record. You should also be able to go back and update a visit. If you forget to log something you have to create a new visit which can skew your results.

**What problems is SPOTIO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spotio creates an efficient way to gather the clients' information and log notes for that visit. This is really helpful for when you get back to the office because everything is lined out and I no longer have to thumb through my notebook to find client information.

I like how user friendly this app is. I appreciate the variety of selection to pick like renter, no soliciting, set appointment, etc. This app is very easy when it comes to setting up an appointment and logging your notes. I did find it difficult to go back into an appointment after it has been logged. Overall very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

I don't like not being able to see the territory assigned more clear. I think all the notes should be set aside and not seen on the houses especially when you a new to the territory. I think the old users should be taken off and only no soliciting and hard not interested should be on the house. That way a new person will be starting new not feeling like it's been beat to the ground.

Spotio has made it extremely to track appointments, send personalized business cards, follow up with hot leads, which provides a great experience when it comes to sales results! The app provides an awesome customer tracking solution for several products in one app! I love how you can download your sales leads, so you can work them, even when your network fails! It allows for re-selling customer, due to number of cross-product features!

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

Not often, but at times, the logged visits take a little while to appear at user end, but it all catches up and reports accurately when it does catch up. In the end, it doesn't create any accuracy errors when it does occur.

Sets a great reminder for cross selling, which results in better customer experience! Im an area manager, and assigning territory for my team is a fast and easy task.

SPOTIO is indispensable for me. Accurate, collated, intigrates with satellite Imagry that helps guide my day for success. 

So easy my kids could utilize SPOTIO within five minutes. 

I use this everyday. I plan my route the day before and amend it actively while on the ground and in the field. I am able to avoid time wasting with preparation which is invaluable with the limited day time light we have.

Occasionally a DL # might not populate instantly, but this could be due to several factors and does not truely slow me down. I usually call in for support and they see it on there side so all good.

The best thing about SPOTIO is it keeps track of all the businesses I've been to. One of the most helpful things is keeping notes because if I return at a later time it's helpful who I talked to and what we discussed. Plus it has individual features to at the name of owner, phone numbers, emails and more.

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

One of the things on SPOTIO i wouldn't really say I dislike. Is that I receive chats and I really don't use it at all. The one problem I do have with SPOTIO is when I'm in a small town sometimes the gps doesn't enter the address of the business and when I try to enter it manually it kicks me back out and will not save.

Keeps track of everything! Instead of carrying around 500+ business cards and a spiral notebook of names, numbers, dates, and etc. If I would forget or misplace any of those things it's all saved to my SPOTIO!

i like how spotio shows the name of the person and that it has a lot of details on each house I walk to.
