What do you like best about SPOTIO?

Spotio offers an excellent solution for managing field sales, enabling us to reach new territories and markets more effectively. The mobile app version is particularly impressive, providing our sales team with a convenient and user-friendly tool. Spotio’s robust location tracking features, including GPS, allow us to capture precise locations, which greatly enhances accountability. The software also lets us define routes or sales territories and assign specific sales representatives based on their individual strengths. Offline support is another valuable feature, ensuring that users can continue working even without a connection, with data syncing automatically once reconnected. The Spotio dashboard stands out by delivering detailed analytical reports on field activities and sales results. It is also highly beneficial for prospecting and forecasting, helping us manage leads and convert them into sales. The app supports integration with multiple CRMs, which improves operational efficiency and engagement. What do you like best about SPOTIO?

Spotio excels at helping us create custom territories and assign specific tasks to stakeholders within those areas. The software makes it easy to track individual performance based on the territories we define. It is also highly effective in managing daily activities and travel, ensuring there are no gaps between the company and our field experts. Since Spotio operates on mobile apps, our field reps can use it to make calls, schedule meetings, and handle other essential tasks. The app supports offline operation, allowing us to work without an internet connection and then sync or update information once we're back online. Its lead management capabilities are robust, focusing on creating new leads and filtering for specific audiences. We regularly analyze the performance of all our field reps and provide ongoing coaching to build their confidence and skills. Spotio's impressive sales intelligence feature allows us to review sales performance and patterns, making it easier to optimize our strategies and provide clear guidance. What do you like best about SPOTIO?

Spotio's ease of use and convenience have made my life so much more organized and productive!

I love being able to add all the details of a sales visit and the notes feature is the key for my success! This allows me to talk text into the notes section and save time while approaching my next merchant.

Time is money in my business, so anything that can save me time is a win!

Adding reminders has enabled me to not lose sight of my appointments and the type of appointment it is.

In addition the satellite maps are an outstanding bonus. I share this with anyone in my company who has not been been apprised of this amazing option.

So far over the 2+ yrs that I have used Spotio I have been extremely satisfied and I would not want to use any other sales tool, because it just works so well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SPOTIO?

Sometimes I do have a lag when I updated my leads but I do find that this occurs when I'm in a bad internet area. Once I get in a better area or it gets a slight bit stronger it catches right up.

I would like to see some additional positions to select from when registering a merchant. For example if a business is a corporation versus small business and adding additional positions like CFO and Controller/Comptroller. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that SPOTIO is the best CRM I've ever used due to its ease of use and seamless interface. It allows me to efficiently create routes and record merchant responses on the go without needing a laptop. The mobile compatibility is a godsend for my field travel, enabling me to work and plan next steps from anywhere.
