**What do you like best about Solv?**

Solv offers a clean and intuitive interface that makes it easy for patients to schedule appointments and access care. The integration with urgent care operations is generally smooth, and the communication tools help reduce no-shows and improve patient engagement. Their marketing tools and visibility on the Solv platform also help drive new patient acquisition.

**What do you dislike about Solv?**

While the platform itself functions well, the pricing structure can be frustrating. Add-on features and unexpected upcharges start to add up quickly, which makes it feel like you're being nickeled and dimed for tools that should be included in the base package. It would be helpful if their pricing were more transparent and inclusive.

**What problems is Solv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solv is helping us streamline access to care by simplifying the patient scheduling process and improving online visibility. Patients can easily find our clinics, book same-day appointments, and receive timely reminders—all without needing to call us directly. This not only reduces call volume for our front desk staff but also improves patient satisfaction and convenience. The platform’s ability to collect insurance information and digital paperwork ahead of time has also helped decrease wait times and create a smoother check-in experience.

Overall, Solv supports operational efficiency and helps us capture new patients who are searching for urgent care online.
