**What do you like best about Solv?**

I like how user-friendly and intuitive Solv is. I really enjoy the AI tools that have been incorporated into the platform. The AI-generated review responses make it really easy for us to manage our online reviews and help our brand reputation. I also like their voice AI receptionist for managing phone calls to the clinic.

**What do you dislike about Solv?**

We have a pretty clunky integration with our EHR, but that's more on the EHR's side than Solv's fault. I feel like they could have more user permission levels built into the system. There's always room for improvement, but overall, Solv has been really great and they're always willing to hear about any ideas we have and see what they can do to help us grow.

**What problems is Solv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Solv for booking online visits with patient, managing online reviews, and incoming phone calls to our clinics. Its a very efficient platform overall that helps reduce wait time for patients.

glitches, solv integrations dont work, asks for patient ID instead of parent ID

**What problems is Solv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lengthy check in process for new patients or established patients. Book ahead helps cut down on time it takes to create a new patient chart and checking insurance verification.
