"Lowers Required Complexity and Speeds Development... Creating Citizen Developers."
What do you like best about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

It does what it advertises... lowering complexity and speeding development. It actually does enable the "Citezen Developer". It does so by automating a lot of details that are typically not value-added, which allows me to focus on the things that actually create business value; i.e.- I can create a secured endpoint in 5 minutes, and I deploy by simply clicking "Save"... which gives me more time to create pipelines/functionality.

All that said, I often have the ability to micromanage the details IF I WANT TO, though I rarely want to.

We use a hybrid cloud/locally hosted solution; the cloud assets me the design and monitoring really easy.

I really do recommend using SnapLogic, unless you are a blue-blood Developer who is insulted by too much automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

The UI can be slow at times; I know in the background it make be doing a lot... but at times it feels like it's clocking quite a while.

It is not very visually apparent which environment you are in; it is easy to do something in Prod, thinking you're in Test. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ultra-Stable, Scalable, and Effortless Integration Platform"
What do you like best about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

With 3 years of supporting SnapLogic, I really appreciate its Ultra Task stability, rich snap catalog, and how easy it is to trace and troubleshoot issues using the dashboard, logs, and document-level visibility.

The platform is fast to develop on, easy to maintain, and its scalable Snaplex architecture—especially after doing the Agent Creator Bootcamp—gives a lot of flexibility for performance tuning.

Overall, SnapLogic strikes the right balance between power, simplicity, and operational reliability, which is exactly what a production environment needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

What I dislike about SnapLogic is mainly around debugging and visibility.

Some snap-level error messages are not very detailed, which can slow down RCA, and managing dependencies across project spaces can get tricky in large environments.

Also, Ultra Task monitoring could offer deeper metrics, and large pipelines can become visually cluttered.

These improvements would make support and maintenance even smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

Debugging complex pipelines can be challenging compared to traditional code tools.

Licensing costs can be high for organizations with many integrations or endpoints.

Limited version control and collaboration features compared to DevOps-focused platforms.

Some Snaps lack advanced functionality, requiring custom scripting.

UI performance can slow down with large pipelines or high object counts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Snaplogic IIP - Integration tool with Ease of Use"
What do you like best about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

Snpalogic has been a great tool so far for integration in our projects with much ease of use :

1. It is very easy to use and provides much better user interface.

2. Imeplemention of the pipelines for any requirement is easy to achive.

3. Snaplogic provides loads of features and has list of snaps to chose from based on your requirement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

Though snaplogic has loads of features to provide and implemetation ease of use, but there are certain issues which impacts in some scenarios :

1. Using long queries to fetch redshfit data , it takes loads of time and some times fails in between abruptly.

2. For long running pipelines, we most of the time get Snaplex lost connection, which needs manual restart and takes lots of time and effort.

3. Sometimes debugging the failed instances takes lots of manual debugging time and gets hard to interpret the actual issue with the snaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Integration, Easy Setup, Needs Documentation Improvement"
What do you like best about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

I like that SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP) has a robust number of functionalities to interface with many different types of systems. I personally use HTTP snaps to iterate through an API call of data from our call center system, massage it, and combine it with SQL query snaps to bring all the data together and deposit it into our Power BI systems. It was pretty easy to set up. Once the accounts for each data connection were set up, it's pretty easy to connect to those systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

Sometimes the documentation can be a little vague or not demonstrate what all fields need to be filled in or what those fields mean or represent. Better images, search returning results based on the most recent snap name and not the name of the snap two or three versions ago. Sometimes I can't actually find what I need because the name has changed and I don't know what the snap used to be called. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive UI, Powerful Integration Features"
What do you like best about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

I love the new monitor UI of SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP), which brings amazing new features that enhance my workflow effectively. The introduction of the asset catalog is particularly valuable, allowing me to easily identify which accounts operate on specific pipelines, which streamlines monitoring and management processes. Additionally, the enriched notification center with its innovative alert functionalities significantly improves my ability to stay informed and respond quickly to changes. The initial setup of SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP) was straightforward and hassle-free, which made the onboarding process smooth and efficient. I am confident in recommending SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP) to colleagues, especially when they deal with significant data volume projects, as it would be a perfect 10/10 match for such use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

I am dissatisfied with the inability to assign tasks to specific nodes in SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP). When a node exceeds CPU or memory limits, I cannot easily reroute tasks to a node with less usage, sometimes leading to tasks running on overburdened nodes again. Additionally, I would find it helpful if the platform allowed me to set scheduled tasks to run on designated nodes, improving resource allocation and utilization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Powerful, with Stellar Support"
What do you like best about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

I find the SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP) incredibly easy to use, which makes development straightforward. Developers can understand and work with the platform in a very short time, which enhances productivity. The platform's user-friendliness and powerful functionality, along with its nice user interface, make performing complex tasks much simpler. I particularly appreciate the ability to validate data and monitor what’s flowing in real time, as this feature significantly aids in troubleshooting errors by allowing validation with actual data. Furthermore, being able to use parameters in various processes adds to the platform's flexibility and effectiveness. The ease of maintaining existing processes and creating new ones is one of the reasons we switched from ServiceGrid to SnapLogic, as it presents more stability and reliability. I also appreciate the direct support from SnapLogic during the initial setup, which includes help or complete services for creating Snaplexes. This support significantly eased the setup process, allowing for a smoother transition and integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

I have experienced issues with the load balancing feature, which sometimes doesn't work properly, disrupting the performance and reliability of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
