Snap Addy greatly facilitates research and contact data collection, saves time, and integrates seamlessly into our CRM system with few clicks.

Sometimes data fields are not recognized correctly and advanced customization options are missing. However, the German support helps quickly if data field mappings need to be changed.

**What problems is snapAddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With snapAddy, I solve the problem of error-prone and time-consuming manual contact data entry. By automatically capturing contact information, I save a lot of time and reduce typing errors. A major advantage is the direct integration into our CRM system, which makes the data immediately available and up-to-date. This accelerates our sales processes and ensures more efficiency in everyday work.

Easy and fast integration with our CRM, combined with a very intuitive user experience. It significantly reduces manual data entry and improves data quality, especially during events and trade shows.

Overall, there are no major drawbacks. Some advanced configuration options require initial setup and alignment, but the support team is responsive and helps resolve this quickly.

It has been very helpful that SnapAddy works offline and allows you to create any fields you want to later map to our CRM.

Would be great if the Pipedrive integration had a feature of interacting with leads.

The main one is the pain of manual data entry. We no longer have to waste time typing in contact information from business cards or searching for details online. It also helps us with data quality, as it automatically checks for duplicates and keeps our CRM records up-to-date.

The biggest benefit for our company is the amount of time it saves. Our sales team is more efficient because they can focus on talking to clients instead of administrative tasks. It also gives us a more reliable database to work from, which means our communication is more accurate and we don't miss out on opportunities due to bad contact information.

**What do you like best about snapAddy?**

We have been using snapADDY for a year now, integrated with our CRM system (PipeDrive), and we are extremely satisfied with both the product and the service.

snapADDY has significantly improved the quality and completeness of our lead data. The tool is very easy to set up, and the integration with PipeDrive works seamlessly. With just a couple of clicks, we can enrich incomplete records with comprehensive company information directly within the CRM environment. snapADDY gives us full control over which data fields we want to keep and which we want to update. It also offers a mass enrichment functionality that can be used initially to bring every lead up to date.

The user interface is intuitive, so our team adopted it quickly. From day one, our dedicated contact person from snapADDY made the onboarding process incredibly smooth. Any questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly, and the guidance we received was very professional.

Another highlight has been the support: response times are fast, the team is always friendly, and we’ve found them flexible and solution-oriented whenever we had specific requirements.

**What do you like best about snapAddy?**

We mostly use snapADDY DataQuality for its business card scanning functionality. It saves a lot of time for our commercial colleagues, who can simply take pictures of their business cards instead of having to manually type everything over. The app is accurate at recognizing the data on the business cards and automatically matching it with the proper CRM fields. It integrates well with Dynamics 365, our CRM system. There is a duplicate detection functionality to determine whether a person or company already exists in the system or not, and if they do, the users can easily update the existing data as needed. Customer support is fast, friendly and effective.

**What do you dislike about snapAddy?**

One minor downside we've encountered is that the app does not support conditionally showing/hiding fields and conditionally marking fields as optional or required, for example "if option 2 is selected in field A, then show field B/make field B required".

**What problems is snapAddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is mainly improving our operational excellence by allowing us to quickly enter leads into our CRM system by taking pictures of their business cards, with a built-in duplicate check to avoid entering persons or companies into the system multiple times.

**What do you like best about snapAddy?**

The entire experience with SnapADDY was seamless and enjoyable. After submitting the contact form with my requirements, I was quickly connected with a Sales Manager who offered a 30-minute call to help identify the best product for my use case. The process was smooth and efficient, and it didn’t take long to find exactly what I needed. I opted for the Data Enrichment services, which proved to be both fast and easy to use.

When I encountered a few issues along the way, the technical support team responded immediately and provided excellent assistance.

**What do you dislike about snapAddy?**

The results are only as good as the information provided by the company. My main goal was to enrich VATs, however, most companies outside of DACH don't have this listed on their website. I would therefore recommend SnapADDY for enrichment in the DACH market, as due to the "mandatory website imprint", the information is reliable and thorough.

Enrich company data for smooth invoicing purposes.

It prevents duplicates and cleans up incorrect or outdated information in a CRM. This way, you always access correct and relevant data. Goodbye data chaos. It is very intuitive and user-friendly. It can be quickly and easily integrated into existing systems.

More sources could be considered. However, work is currently being done on that.

Duplicate check. Duplicates are automatically detected. Additionally, we use the extraction of contact information from email signatures. Simple and fast solution.

**What do you like best about snapAddy?**

I highly recommend the SnapAddy Data Quality Application. The CRM integration with Salesforce is just great and has improved and helped how our sales reps update and get data from LinkedIn. It's the best tool I've come across for this task.

The setup process is very direct, making it easy to get started. Also, I find, the pricing for more than 25 users is very reasonable, offering great value for larger teams.

A particularly useful feature I think is is the duplicate check, which alerts you if a contact or account already exists in Salesforce. This helps to have our database clean. 

Also the SUpport of the Team is great whenever you have question or Best Practice Questions

**What do you dislike about snapAddy?**

The calculator of potential Email Addresses works well - but sometimes it comes up with Emails that are not correct. But I guess that's hard If comüanys have wired Eamiladress name logic

Updated Contacts, Leads and Account Information in the CRM

  ### 15. Great tool to get new account and contact information to update our CRM

**What do you like best about snapAddy?**

One of the main challenges in our CRM was that we received a lot of new data from trade shows, from website contact forms, etc. but many of those contacts and accounts were already in our system. We struggled for 10 years with this process until we found snapADDY.

With DataQuality we found an extremly easy tool that saves us many hours of manual effort because DataQuality automatically
1) finds matching existing accounts and contacts with a sophisticated scoring logic ranking the most likely match at the top
2) shows which fields in the new information received differs from the existing information in our CRM and allows to quickly select whether we want to keep the old information or overwrite it with the new information.

The Outlook Addin is really useful too because it captures information from e-mail signatures and then suggests edits in the CRM system if new information is detected. The LinkedIn automatic capture also works well, but we don't use that as frequently.

We also decided to integrate snapADDY even deeper into Dynamics CRM and together with snapADDY consultants have developed a sophisticated logic to fully automate 1 or 2 where user interaction is now only required on less than 40 % of new contact information received saving even more hours of manual data review.

Overall we are very happy with snapADDY. The collaboration with their team works extremly well, the support is excellent and they are always open for feedback and new features. If CRM account and contact data quality is important to you, snapADDY DataQuality really is a no-brainer.

**What do you dislike about snapAddy?**

We don't have any things we dislike about DataQuality. It does what it is supposed to do very well. 
The only issues we sometimes face is issues with Azure AD authentification between our CRM and snapADDY, requiring to do an extra browser refresh or sometimes emptying the browser cache, but that only happens sporadically and except for the few extra clicks doesn't really prevent us from working efficiently.

Importing and matching data received from the following sources into our CRM system
 - Event Registrations
 - Tradeshow Leads
 - Website Contact Form Leads 
 - Marketing Leads from LinkedIn and other sites
 - Registrations to our Customer Portal
 - Business Cards
 - Email Signatures

In a sales team, where you have to research a lot of possible opportunities you run through a huge amount of contacts to choose from. 

Using Copy & Paste to get those contacts into your CRM is quite tedious. With snapADDY I can easily search for more information on those contacts and get them into my CRM in a few clicks. 

I use snapADDY on a daily basis and I am more than happy with it.

**What do you dislike about snapAddy?**

Personally I don´t have any issues. Sometimes the connection to LinkedIn or Xing gets lost, that´s the only annoying part.

**What problems is snapAddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tedious task of using copy and paste to get the data into the CRM is a thing of the past!

**What do you like best about snapAddy?**

The SaaS is okay, nothing more. Interesting for a few use cases.

**What do you dislike about snapAddy?**

I am extremely disappointed by the bandit methods of snapaddy, which automatically renewed my ANNUAL contract for several hundred euros without sending me an email beforehand, despite the fact that I sent an email on the anniversary date to cancel my subscription. These are unworthy methods of a SaaS in 2023. Avoid them.

**What do you like best about snapAddy?**

I like the way I can integrate SnappAddy with plenty of ERP modules like for example Salesforce or even gmail!

**What do you dislike about snapAddy?**

I do not like that sometimes SnapAddy is giving me wrong e-mail address for my leads.
It should be more precise.

**What problems is snapAddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prospecting never been so easy as it is with SnapAddy. 
That's best data enrichment tool I've met so far. 
It makes searching for leads very easy.

**What do you like best about snapAddy?**

Snapaddy offers sophisticated integrations with a lot of CRM systems and is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about snapAddy?**

I am hugely disappointed that snapaddy renewed a yearly contract of several hundred euros without any prior notification. When I complaint the answer was basically "should have read the small print". This is note what I expect from a state of the art SaaS company in 2021.

It allows me to grab contacts from website (eg Linkedin) and directly integrte them in my CRM
