What do you like best about snapAddy?

We have been using snapADDY for a year now, integrated with our CRM system (PipeDrive), and we are extremely satisfied with both the product and the service.

snapADDY has significantly improved the quality and completeness of our lead data. The tool is very easy to set up, and the integration with PipeDrive works seamlessly. With just a couple of clicks, we can enrich incomplete records with comprehensive company information directly within the CRM environment. snapADDY gives us full control over which data fields we want to keep and which we want to update. It also offers a mass enrichment functionality that can be used initially to bring every lead up to date.

The user interface is intuitive, so our team adopted it quickly. From day one, our dedicated contact person from snapADDY made the onboarding process incredibly smooth. Any questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly, and the guidance we received was very professional.

Another highlight has been the support: response times are fast, the team is always friendly, and we’ve found them flexible and solution-oriented whenever we had specific requirements.

Before selecting snapADDY, we conducted a thorough market evaluation. snapADDY stood out, and choosing it was easy. After a year of daily use, we can confidently confirm that it was the right decision.

What do you like best about snapAddy?

We mostly use snapADDY DataQuality for its business card scanning functionality. It saves a lot of time for our commercial colleagues, who can simply take pictures of their business cards instead of having to manually type everything over. The app is accurate at recognizing the data on the business cards and automatically matching it with the proper CRM fields. It integrates well with Dynamics 365, our CRM system. There is a duplicate detection functionality to determine whether a person or company already exists in the system or not, and if they do, the users can easily update the existing data as needed. What do you dislike about snapAddy?

One minor downside we've encountered is that the app does not support conditionally showing/hiding fields and conditionally marking fields as optional or required, for example "if option 2 is selected in field A, then show field B/make field B required". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about snapAddy?

The entire experience with SnapADDY was seamless and enjoyable. After submitting the contact form with my requirements, I was quickly connected with a Sales Manager who offered a 30-minute call to help identify the best product for my use case. The process was smooth and efficient, and it didn’t take long to find exactly what I needed. I opted for the Data Enrichment services, which proved to be both fast and easy to use.

What do you dislike about snapAddy?

The results are only as good as the information provided by the company. My main goal was to enrich VATs, however, most companies outside of DACH don't have this listed on their website.
