What do you like best about snapAddy?

What do you like best about snapAddy?

We mostly use snapADDY DataQuality for its business card scanning functionality. It saves a lot of time for our commercial colleagues, who can simply take pictures of their business cards instead of having to manually type everything over. The app is accurate at recognizing the data on the business cards and automatically matching it with the proper CRM fields. It integrates well with Dynamics 365, our CRM system. There is a duplicate detection functionality to determine whether a person or company already exists in the system or not, and if they do, the users can easily update the existing data as needed. What do you dislike about snapAddy?

One minor downside we've encountered is that the app does not support conditionally showing/hiding fields and conditionally marking fields as optional or required, for example "if option 2 is selected in field A, then show field B/make field B required". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
