BusinessCards is available for individual users and for companies. Companies benefit from centralized management of all cards. The price is calculated per user, including volume discount.

VisitReport

VisitReport can be purchased in three different licenses. Named user license is for teams that regularly use their own end devices. Concurrent user license is for teams with changing users on their own end devices. Terminal User license is for teams that share end devices.

The three software solutions DataQuality, VisitReport and BusinessCards can each be purchased as a self-service or enterprise version.

The self-service version is aimed at small to medium-sized teams. These licenses can be booked directly online and have a fixed annual price per user.

Enterprise versions are available for larger teams or special requirements. These include additional services such as personal support, premium support, individual CRM mapping and training. Prices for these versions are available on request.

In addition, individual CRM mapping can be ordered for all products, which is charged on a time and material basis.

What do you like best about snapAddy?

"Great efficiency tool for CRM data input"

What do you like best about snapAddy?

We mostly use snapADDY DataQuality for its business card scanning functionality. It saves a lot of time for our commercial colleagues, who can simply take pictures of their business cards instead of having to manually type everything over. The app is accurate at recognizing the data on the business cards and automatically matching it with the proper CRM fields. It integrates well with Dynamics 365, our CRM system. There is a duplicate detection functionality to determine whether a person or company already exists in the system or not, and if they do, the users can easily update the existing data as needed. What do you dislike about snapAddy?

One minor downside we've encountered is that the app does not support conditionally showing/hiding fields and conditionally marking fields as optional or required, for example "if option 2 is selected in field A, then show field B/make field B required". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
