Simplesat allows me to manage my support teams customer satisfaction easily. I also like the API functionality to get alerts in MS Teams.

I would love to see some sort of target functionality for my staff to reach.

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

Simplicity combined with customizability.
Simplesat's friendly interface makes it easy to implement new stuff and if we need help - we get it.
We've got Simplesat deeply integrated with Zendesk, and they have added new features we've asked for almost on the fly!!! ( Kudus )
The reporting is invaluable for our team to track customer satisfaction and agent performance.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

Nothing comes to mind really.
A direct integration with Jira would help us offload some of the automation we currently have set up with "Integromat" to overcome it.

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

Simplesat has been great, it's easy to set up surveys, I love it that I can customize the icons I want for my survey. I use hubspot with this; it's fairly priced!

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

I don't dislike anything from CSAT, I don't think there's anything missing. Perhaps just being able to group surveys to only see the feedback highlights from the group I want to review.

**Recommendations to others considering Simplesat:**

I would definitely suggest you use Simplesat, it's easy to set up and quite insightful! Recommended!

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to track the customer service given by my agents. I can see if my agents are being efficient and professional. We can allocate more time for other things as needed.

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

Easy to use reporting, simple emailing, and great layouts. Making my email structure only took minutes. 
Very happy with this software and have gotten great responses from customers.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

Possibly making an easier way to send out another batch of emails when using the same setup, right now the option is buried under a couple of tabs. Overall a great service.

We can get direct feedback from our customers without having to individually solicit responses from each. We have learned where we can focus our attention to make our business better.

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

Being able to use SimpleSat to receive customer sentiment after closing a ticket in SyncroMSP despite SyncroMSP not being an officially supported platform at the time of the review.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

I wish it were simpler to setup ticket resolution reviews through SyncroMSP. This is mainly a limitation on Syncro's end, but an official integration would make the process much smoother. Luckily this is already in development.

**Recommendations to others considering Simplesat:**

Verify that SimpleSAT has native integration with whatever system you are currently using. Using the HTML method of sending can be a bit complicated.

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With SimpleSAT, we have been able to track our customer's sentiment toward the service that they received from our helpdesk. Without SimpleSAT, I don't think there is any other way we could easily make sure our customers are happy.

Quickly can send out email surveys. There is some level of creative freedom to design the emails going out without delving into CSS/HTML. The dashboard gives a nice quick view of how people are responding to the survey.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

It feels somewhat limiting as a survey platform because there doesn't seem to be logic jumps, display logic, etc that gives me the power to route the participant different questions depending on their responses.

Sending survey emails quickly to a massive list without wasting time.

I appreciate the user experience. Our customers often comment on our animated rating scale. I believe this sparks more interaction with the widget. I also like the integration with our Autotask platform. The system is easy to set up and easy to use. Great support.

  ### 9. Simplesat offers what you need for your surveys, albeit with a clunky interface.

Data!
You get to have all the information from your surveys where you need it so you can make good decisions.
The interface is clean and well spread out, so it's easy to read and the icon options for satisfaction markers allow you to personalize the survey look & feel

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

It's not intuitive. 
Creating, sharing and editing the questions is a bit of a hit and miss experience, and there's a conditional function that for the love of me I have not been able to figure out how to enable.
This and how to have more than one question in the survey linked to the data requires me manually calculating satisfactions scores. Ej. We have a survey where only the first question is linked to data and the other questions are basically meaningless for the reporting. This is of course, less than ideal.

**Recommendations to others considering Simplesat:**

Embed surveys into your procedures. Make the survey side of things a part of your operation as reporting, documenting, or even billing. 
Data comes to life when it is nurtured continuously, and using simplesat on the regular enables your decision making to be precise, relevant and valuable.

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for customer satisfaction tracking and this is linked to our KPI's. Having all the surveys in one place is a huge help because all areas of the company can make use of it and even refer to other areas' surveys for improving their own. 
Simplesat enables us to measure,  keep track and improve of the client experience.

Currently, the conditional logic or follow-up question is only available on the primary question. We have plans on adding this option to the additional survey questions. We're planning on working on this feature next quarter. We'll keep you updated on this. 

About the survey score, the calculation is based on the primary rating that was submitted. You can still map the additional survey questions to an opinion scale to get more insights into your customers' experience and export all the data via CSV or pull the answers via API. **What do you like best about Simplesat?**

The simplesat tool supports NPS, CES and CSAT Surveys and the custom code allows you to add the surveys to just about anything. The live chat is also incredible, and the team always gives in-depth and well-thought-out answers. The tool is constantly being improved with new features, which is also a breath of fresh air.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

If I have to find something, it would be that when creating a customer in Simplesat there is limited info you can add. You are unable to add custom fields etc.  You can get around this by adding customers' vie API, but that may be difficult for some.

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem we have solved moving over to Simplesat is false positive satisfaction surveys sent by firewalls. In the past we would get false satisfaction clicks from Firewalls checking the emails links. Simplesat doesn't have this issue as they use Recaptcha to verify the click was not a robot. We can now send surveys to all our clients, even if they have firewalls that check incoming links vie email. We also love that our CSAT surveys from our support desk and our NPS surveys are all now in a single place.

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

It integrates with our ticketing platform making it easy to distribute and track feedback. Our response rates have increased since using it because it makes it very simple for end-users to respond to. We use CSAT and NPS, and both are valuable data points for making sure customers feel satisfied.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

I think there could always be better ways to organize data. Having more variety in the dashboard and even tracking company feedback scores in a single pane could be helpful. For example, if a company has 20 users all submitting feedback scores, there could be some way to show the aggregate satisfaction across the company. There is still a way to review this data, but not relatively as easy as it could be.

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We get feedback from our customers by making it easy for them to give it. Customers have thoughts on every interaction with our company, but so often, it's challenging to capture that information. We've certainly captured much more of it with Simplesat

I like that the site is simple to use! The customer service is also top notch! They take the suggestions for improvement very seriously.

Lacking some features (ex. cant trend tags).

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have asked them to add features for trending the "tags". Also, I'd like to be able to email a group of users an update about a ticket, but Simplesat informed me they are working on these features. Anytime I have questions about the site they are available!

The dashboard. It has a scoreboard for employees as well as customers.

sometimes certain feedbacks that come in are irrelevant. There is no option to mark those are irrelevant or delete them.

Simple Sat is so easy to use and set up, Most survey tool integration takes a lot of time to set up and needs a lot of your tech team's bandwidth.

Easy to use, configure, doesn't nickle and dime you over number of surveys, how many sent, number of users, etc.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

I wish their were more plug and play integrations, but I was able to get it integrated with my system (Comodo) in about 30 minutes. Super easy.

I would review all of your needs first. Then confirm SimpleSat can meet all of them.

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

We are able to publish the reviews onto our website, so customers have a real-time view of what other customers are experiencing. It also helps boost morale for people who are named in surveys.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

The emails seem to be a bit glitchy. I get three emails for the same survey, it shows up as only one survey in the system but it still clogs my emails a bit and gives me a mini heart attack when I see three emails for negative surveys, but they end up being for the same survey.

It's easy to use with a good support team.

Customers are able to leave feedback after we close out cases with them, this has allowed us to catch bugs or issues we weren't aware of previously when people mention them in their surveys.

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

I really like that SimpleSat has a variety of different types of suverys (NPS, CSAT). I also love the visuals including graphs over time. Lastly the integrations with tools such as Intercom make it easy to distribute.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

Simplesat should allow the user to configure the moving average. In my opinion, a 90 day moving average is not reflective of the changes we constantly make on the app and the improvements often don't show in the 90 day moving average because it lags.

I'm mostly trying to figure out user satisfaction with different parts of the app and user journey (onboarding, upgrading) as well as get feedback to improve it.

Simplesat is exactly how their name sounds, SIMPLE. A quick click on a smiley face, and the client gets to tell us how we are doing without the burden of a long survey, and we love the fact that more clients tend to send surveys because of the ease of sending them. We also like the easy customizations for surveys and the ability to make them our own.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

Our clients have complained about not being able to easily redo their submission if they accidentally click on the wrong smiley face or change their minds later. This is frustrating for us as well since it hurts our overall ratings.

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Simplesat, we didn't know if a client was unhappy or a technician was not performing well unless it was already a significant problem. Simplesat allows us to prevent substantial issues from happening and to train our technicians when we see areas of weakness. We also found a new way to reward our technicians with great reviews, and this has helped morale and the development of team culture.

When it comes to measuring the quality of service provided via email, phone, or text the SimpleSat tool has delivered what was expected. The feedback received allows us to improve not only the communication, empathy but the customer service policies as well. It also allows us to reach out to the customer again to provide a better solution.

The filters are not perfect, when more than 3 are used they often don't work. For more complex and accurate insight we often find we need to export the data and analyze it in Excel.

We diligently track CSAT scores with this tool and use the conclusions to develop strategies for improving the interactions with our customers and the service provided.

What I like the most about Simplesat is that it is very intuitive which is easy to use, it uses the standardized method of NPS to know customer satisfaction. In addition, it provides the review of results in a very practical and understandable way.

That when sending the survey by "Embed" it does not allow setting the initial question as mandatory, therefore we receive anonymous responses. I would like that this can be improved since it is important to know from which client that answer comes.

The interface is very user friendly. They offer multiple types of surveys that help us in our industry and have easily integrated them into our ticket and project closures! I appreciate their most newsletter sent.

I do feel that their survey setups could have a little bit easier options for adding to, but there isn't much that I would change!

We had much more accessible and better surveys sent to our clients with automation from our PSA. It's "prettier" than the built-in surveys from our PSA. We also love adding the Google and Facebook review links to the bottom of the confirmation page as a different place that reviews on public platforms!

I love the feature that shows you your at-risk customers. It helps identify problem areas without having to pull reports and sort through unnecessary data. Very helpful.

Maybe a more detailed description of what each feedback option means could be added or looked into. We often have customers say that we provided good service and didn't mean to select the negative option.

We have been able to pay closer attention to the customers/companies that we are struggling providing white-glove service to. We can reach out to the customer right away after we see the survey come through, which is extremely helpful to provide a good survey turnover time.

I like it that all the information is available with different points of view either to analyze an entire team's performance or by individuals. It is great to be able to see a leadership/positions area to we know who the best performers are.

Not that I dislike it really but it would be nice to be able to also see a history of survey status...Like...from time to time, our agents manage to convert a negative or neutral review into a positive one, and it'll be nice to see information about that kind of changes. I hope I am making sense.

When you share with other people in the same company and some of the clients are shared, it gets a little confusing because sometimes a client reviews one account, but he logs in as if he reviewed another.

Simplesat has a very detailed view of all the feedback you receive, along with charts and reports. We use it with Freshdesk ticketing tool, and it sends the survey link in the resolution email of the ticket.

The issue we are facing with Simplesat is the way they calculate the Csat percentage. They calculate only the satisfied feedbacks and ignore the neutral and negative feedback. They should give them lower values and use them in the calculation of the Csat percentage.

Simplesat helps us reach and manage our customer satisfaction KPI in our contracts, and by reading the bad feedback we can find the areas we are lacking and improve them.

Simplesat just works.  Easy setup, with the right value prop.  They care!

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

Like any tool that emails customers, items related to Simplesat can get stuck in spam filters, lowering response rates.

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use customer satisfaction measurement mainly to ‘catch’ issues that have been closed by us but may not have addressed the need of the customer.  The added benefit of establishing a long-term measurement for high customer satisfaction has obvious internal and external uses as well.

- straight forward pricing
- highly customizable surveys for tickets and NPS
- very friendly & responsive staff

- always a challenge with any email survey tool to get clients to respond

- they are very open & responsive to feature requests and incorporated several that I submitted

- measuring our technical staff on individual service tickets
- getting an overall pulse from owners & principals with the NPS survey
- letting our clients know we care about serving them well

* The survey capabilities - very easy to configure and send out.  They are also constantly releasing additional updates.
* The customer service - an amazing team of people at Simplesat that are ready to quickly help.

There's not much to dislike about Simplesat.

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are looking to survey customers for Customer Satisfaction, NPS, and general feedback.   Because the surveys are really easy to fill out, we've had great response rates and have received very valuable feedback.

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

Easily tracks customer feedback. They have made a lot of improvements to how the system functions, allowing customizations to the survey. The support team is extremely responsive.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

Dashboard is a bit difficult to follow at times. Would like to be able to customize views so that certain team members can be grouped together or removed from overall scores. Reporting numbers don't match Zendesk 100%.

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When a customer is unhappy, we are given the opportunity to turn it into a positive interaction and given a second chance to make it right. It also helps provide valuable feedback to agents.

The product itself is really good and userfriendly, support is always prompt and helpful

Genuinely nothing - just stuff we'd add is an option for mandatory comments for negative reviews only

SimpleSat has allowed our business to push its Customer Satisfaction score and improve it greatly. This in turn helps us recruit new and retain current customers
