**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

It helps me collect and organize feedback in a simple way. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. Because my work involves patient communication, wellness programs, follow-up activities, and educational outreach, understanding people's experiences and feedback is important. What I love most about Simplesat is that feedback collection, survey distribution, response tracking, and reporting are available in one place. I can create surveys, share them through different channels, and review responses without spending much time managing separate tools. The setup was easy and the interface was simple to understand from the beginning. I use survey creation, satisfaction ratings, response collection, survey sharing, and reporting features. These help me gather feedback after consultations, wellness programs, and health education activities. I also like that responses stay organized and are easy to review when looking for patterns or areas that may need attention.

Another useful thing is the flexibility in how surveys can be delivered. Email delivery, links, embedded surveys, and different satisfaction measurement options make it easier to collect feedback from different groups. The reporting and feedback insights help me understand overall satisfaction levels and identify common trends from responses. Performance has been reliable during regular use, and moving between survey creation, distribution, and feedback review feels smooth. The platform provides a good balance between ease of use and useful feedback management features without feeling overly complicated. Overall, it fits naturally into my daily workflow and helps me manage feedback in a more organized and structured way.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

The platform is focused on customer satisfaction and feedback collection, which is great for its purpose. However, when working with different types of surveys, I occasionally found myself looking for a few additional research-style survey options. For customer feedback workflows it performs well, but some users may need more specialized survey capabilities depending on their use case.

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simplesat is helping solve the problem of collecting and managing feedback in a more organized way. Earlier, feedback from different activities could be spread across multiple channels, which made it harder to review responses and understand overall satisfaction levels.

Now feedback can be collected, tracked, and reviewed from one place. The survey distribution and response collection features make it easier to gather opinions, while the reporting tools help identify common trends and recurring feedback. Having responses organized in a structured way reduces the time spent manually reviewing information.

It also helps improve future activities because decisions can be based on actual feedback rather than assumptions. Being able to monitor satisfaction levels, review responses, and identify areas for improvement makes the entire feedback process more efficient and easier to manage.

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

What I liked the most so far was the interaction with the Simplesat team; they were very resolute in addressing my needs. I think the internal dashboards are quite cool and seem like they will be very useful. Additionally, the support part is easy and the product's usability is very intuitive. The ease of use greatly facilitated the migration process from Delighted to Simplesat, allowing me to perform many tasks on my own, without needing support help. The initial setup process was very easy, without any difficulty.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

I think the information sent in the Daily Digest is not sufficient. They could have more details regarding the number of detractors, promoters, and neutrals. Another thing is our need to, when finishing a positive evaluation, present a link for the customer to review us on Amazon or other platforms. To do this, I need to know where my product was purchased, but Simplesat currently cannot handle this information.

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Simplesat to collect NPS for two product lines, identify promoters and detractors, and receive feedback. This feedback helps me to outline internal actions.

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

I like Simplesat's feedback dashboard because it helps us see customer feedback in real-time. I also appreciate Pete, our product expert, who helped smoothen our migration from a different platform.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

Dashboards and reporting could be improved. Dashboards don't support double decimal points, and the filters/reports that can be added are quite limited. We encountered some feature loss from Stella/Medallia in regards to personalization of CSAT surveys for specific agents (no photos included for the agent) and question formatting that lead to a longer and droned out experience with our old survey question setup. We had to simplify our surveys to make it match Simplesat.

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Simplesat for sending customer service surveys and integrating with Gladly, which helps us see customer feedback in real-time.

Simplicity, easy to setup, Integration is very simple. It works well and it offer a lot of features for the first tier. Pricing is reasonnable.

The ui is set to works for complexe business but can be  more simple.

It offer a way for our client/user can tell us what works and not! and improve our business guideline.

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

I love the extremely responsive Chat support. It starts with an AI bot but you can very quickly get to a knowledgeable human.  This time I had some interesting issues getting an integration with HubSpot to work. Vicktor, from support was very patient and listened well, taking the time to really understand my problem.  In the end, Viktor figured out what I was doing wrong and the integration is working!  Thanks to viktor this time but Support has been exceptional each time I've needed it.

Understand how our customers perceive the services we provide 

Identify where we excel and where we need to improve 

Provide opportunity for customers to provide useful feedback so they feel valued and heard 

Proactively identify any issues that might prevent us from achieving our target NPS

Minimize churn risk due to something we're doing to cause customers to be dissatisfied with our company, people, or services.

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

Implementing surveys and integrating them with various systems was easy. It helped us send out NPS and CSAT surveys with minimal effort.

Support is top-notch, with quick resolutions and prompt modifications when needed.

Setting up alerts to various tools for a executive visibility

It solves my Survey purpose, nothing I can complain about

Our Support portal does not provide easy modifications of survey which can help it make more interactive survey.

Simplesat provides interactive and visually attractive surveys whihc helps increase the CSAT Take rate. It has helped us improve CSAT take rate from 4% to 12% and gradually increasing month on month

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

I find Simplesat seamless and effective for its use case, particularly in collecting customer feedback. The ability to send surveys via a link is a great help. The support team is highly receptive, very helpful, and responds quickly whenever I have questions or encounter problems.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

The survey feature could be more customizable. I think the feature can be rigid when you are trying to get more specific feedback. I should be able to customize all aspects of the survey, like for example, allow me to change the opening question, allow me to add a photo background.

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Simplesat to gauge customer feedback and send surveys easily via a link. The support is very fast to reply, which is a great help.

Their customer support is truly outstanding. Every question is answered thoroughly and promptly, and their team is always ready to help without ever making us feel like our questions are insignificant. Beyond that, we love how customizable the surveys are and how intuitive the data collection process has been. Our dashboards and topics are set up exactly the way we need them, perfectly tailored to what works best for us as a company. Overall, Simplesat provides a supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly experience!

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

Our experience with Simplesat has been overwhelmingly positive, so there’s very little to dislike. There are a few features we would love to see in the future, such as comparison benchmarks against industry standards and integration with our reporting platform, Syncly. However, the Simplesat team is always incredibly receptive to feedback. Whenever something isn’t available yet, they’re quick to consider our requests and explore ways to bring new features to life. Their openness, collaboration, and commitment to improvement make the platform even stronger.

There wasn’t a specific issue that led us to Simplesat. We simply wanted a deeper, more meaningful way to understand our data. Simplesat has been an incredible platform for achieving that. It allows us to gather insights through customized topics and clear, intuitive charts that benefit not only our team leaders and agents but also other departments. We’re excited to continue growing with Simplesat and look forward to how it will support us in the future.

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

I appreciate how straightforward and simple the integration process with Simplesat and other platforms like Zendesk was for my team. I find the data export incredibly useful for generating detailed reports, and the simplicity of the interface makes usage very rewarding. The ability to integrate with other market tools is a significant advantage for me. Overall, I rate it a ten and would definitely recommend it to others.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

I find the integration with other platforms, like Zendesk, problematic. It isn't seamless, as the integration sometimes disconnects, requiring me to log in again, which disrupts my workflow.

I use Simplesat to gather client feedback through email and SMS, allowing us to identify trends and correct issues. It provides seamless data export for reporting, making it invaluable for detailed analysis.

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

I particularly appreciate the customizable interface of Simplesat, which allows me to tailor our surveys to our corporate identity. By being able to adjust CSS stylesheets, I can ensure that fonts, colors, and backgrounds are precisely aligned with our brand image, which is of great importance to us. Furthermore, the integration of Simplesat into our ticketing system Autotask PSA is an essential feature for us, ensuring a seamless flow of our work processes. I find the customer support from Simplesat to be reliable and helpful, which provides great assistance in case of problems or questions. I find the documentation excellent and the setup was relatively easy, making the onboarding to Simplesat straightforward. I also like the simple 14-day trial period without requiring credit card information, which gave us enough leeway to thoroughly test the features of Simplesat.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

For us, the logic for converting questions (conditional conditions) could be a bit more extensive. The tool does support German in surveys, but the translations are only moderately good. Additionally, the admin panel is only available in English.

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Simplesat for surveys to measure CSAT and NPS. It offers a simple interface, customization via CSS to maintain our corporate identity, and integration into our ticketing system Autotask PSA.
