How easy the reports are and how you can customize them but business, by user and by employees.

Sometimes when I am creating reports it will give me all the comments for every one that that time frame no matter the client.

We now have a voice to give to our clients when they are having issues

Easy to set up, guided setup to link to ConnectWise and other integrations. Great visualization and filtering options

Reporting options could be more fleshed out and detailed.

The support team at Simplesat is fantastic! I'm not sure if he still works with you but Elliott was fantastic in helping us set up our survey and making adjustments to fit in our requests.

Being able to filter by answer options would be very useful within the dashboard so we could see the responses from users and filter by other users who had put that same answer.

We are collecting patient feedback data for those using our app! We have been able to use this to show our clients that their patients find value in our digital solutions!

Extremely customizable. Easy to use tool. We love the numerous integrations to different platforms. We use the tool with Zendesk, in some email signatures, and for internal surveys too.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

Reporting functionality could be better. The sync back to other tools (Zendesk) is a little inconsistent and does not always work.

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a low customer satisfaction response rate, and couldn't customize our surveys to ask multiple questions. We have seen a substantial increase in response rate and now have surveys which are fully branded and detailed.

The customer service quality and efficiency have been impeccable. The tooling is user-friendly, and I love the interface.

Nothing yet!! My only (very very minor) issue was that the additional follow-up question/s you can ask have a limit of 5 set response boxes

We can embed our CSAT survey within our existing Customer Service emails, enabling us to avoid spamming our customers with excessive emails and making it easy to collect data on our teams performance.

It's a good, low key way to survey customers, and can allow for some customizations.  Works with a lot of other tools, such as Zapier and ServiceNow

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

Do not like that not all survey questions can be received via the API.  Only the initial question can be provided .  Wish there was better reports and information within SimpleSat

Need a good 3rd party tool to perform survey questions.  Allow customers to provide feedback quickly.  Lived with us as we moved from platform to platform.

How quickly we were able to set up and start using it. 
How agile they are with the existing & new features. 
The leadership is driven to see you succeed
The real scenario of sending them a feature request and hearing that they already have it on their roadmap!
Their support team is phenomenal - They are responsive and knowledgeable 
The CEO is focused on ensuring the company is growing while making sure I still feel valued 
They were even able to import all our reactions from our previous provider!
Love that it integrates with ConnectWise Custom Fields & BrightGauge for reports!
Love the integration with Microsoft Teams for live reactions

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

Nothing - Really. Things I want to see show up are already deployed or will be very soon.

Our ticketing system auto sends a survey to everyone we interact with. This helps ensure we are meeting our clients needs quickly and easily. 
We use the NPS Score to connect with our primary contacts to ensure the content we are delivering is exceeding their expectations and we have a pulse on how our relationship is doing. 
We even recently started doing in-house surveys to see how our employees are doing.
We are keeping techs up to date with the latest feedback from our clients with Positive Surveys posting live to Microsoft Teams

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

The simplicity of the interface and experience. Being able to quickly throw together a survey to send out to our customers is what made us choose this product. We tried others and tried some built into our service desk, but the simplicity of this took the lead. Being able to take our customer lists from the other products we use and send time-based NPS surveys in an easy manner is almost second to none. The support is top-notch with super quick replies, suggestions on how to achieve what we want to achieve and open and honest feedback on their roadmap.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

For our use case, there isn't much of anything that I can think of that we dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering Simplesat:**

If at all you need any help or suggestions on how to accomplish what you need to do, flick their support team a message and you'll quickly get an answer, often from one of their founders which gives that feeling that they're interested in helping you

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting an overall view of how our customers are feeling about us both for our support levels, but also at random times throughout the entire year using an NPS score. We email every customer, at random, a max of 3 times a year asking how they rate us. We find this the best way as we aren't asking directly after giving good support, delivering a feature they've been waiting for, or anything other things may skew their rating

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

Simplesat is a simple tool that you can integrate into everything with ease. It's easy to configure and you will get very good results. Their support is very responsive even though I'm pretty sure we're in different timezones. And the simple price model is something that stands out on the market.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

I'm integrating Simplesat into a ITSM tool called Freshservice and the application does not support the add-in as such, so I have to copy the code from Simplesat. A full integration would have been nice but integrating the code is working really great.

**Recommendations to others considering Simplesat:**

It's the best tool on the market for the price. I was pleasantly surprised when I started using it. I believe I had 2 weeks trial period and was not in doubt when it was done. So go for the trial period and try it out yourself.

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Simplesat as a satisfaction survey given that our ITSM tool only could handle one question. We were curious and needed to know a bit more when our users submit a survey. But as the code is easy to use I also started to integrate to other areas of our ITSM tool where I would want feedback from our users.

It was easy to integrate the system with Autotask, to allow clients to rate our service at any interaction without separate emails, which was important to us.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

Occasionally the user interface isn't clear around the integrations--is it active or not? Will a change reset the integration or not? Overall it's been improving, it was a few months ago when we first configured it.

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instant feedback when technicians are doing something right or wrong and clients are happy or unhappy. Integration with Autotask means we don't have to guess which client, ticket, or technician was rated, and we can easily push the feedback visibly into Microsoft Teams now as well. Individual tickets get updated with rating details, so we aren't tied to the Simplesat site for review.

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

The support from SimpleSat is always great and I know I can get the answer quickly either from help articles or from the speedy response on live chat. Everyone is really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and makes using the product a breeze! It's allowed us to quickly share customer testimonials to our website and reward our staff internally.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

The only thing that would get it closer to a 10 is some of the reporting functionality and ability to add notes to each individual feedback. However, even in the last 6 months more has been added so I am confident SimpleSat is in a good place to develop!

**Recommendations to others considering Simplesat:**

Use the support and don't be afraid to ask questions as the team is fantastic!

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous solution was slow and had very low response rates, it was very difficult to get data from and took a long time to generate league tables and reporting. SimpleSat completely solved this problem and allowed us to get a live view of our customer satisfaction, at risk accounts and performance of individuals.

There really is not anything that we dislike.

We originally got it to drive Google reviews when we closed tickets in Connectwise. Users are not clicking through to leave the Google review, but we do get feedback we can use on our website. We also know when we get the red frown, we need to get on the phone and contact the client.

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

We've been working with Simplesat for almost 2 years now.  Since the beginning I was impressed with the ease of implementation and of use, the Zendesk integration, the quick and helpful responses from support & amazing communication in general. Not to mention the constant updates and improvements to the solution.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

The analytics dashboard was not super complex to begin with, but it's being continuously improved.

Simplesat is one of the best ways to  to take the pulse of the customers and in the end offer them a great experience. Simple, yet super effective!

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

The simplicity in setting up and deployment the solution was fantastic. It took little to no effort to get something usable and presentable created with the platform. The integration the platform has with our RMM platform Connectwise Manage is excellent and allows us to better use the data we are getting from Simplesat. The support team is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive, and they have built a very thorough Knowledge Base with heaps of information that's been able to answer pretty much every question I've had.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

Survey visual design customization is a bit limited but is being worked on.

**Recommendations to others considering Simplesat:**

Don't be afraid to ask their support for help. There are a lot of features available that haven't been built into the administration area yet but can be done for you by their support team

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simplesat is allowing us to build a dataset that tells us how happy the people we support are with our service. Before having this ability, we could only gather this data from our customer contacts, who didn't necessarily gauge how the company as a whole felt. Having this dataset allows us to focus on the specific areas we want to improve and build upon to become a better service provider for our clients.

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

I can always chat or speak with someone at SimpleSat. They allow you to set up appointments for a zoom meeting. The product is truly customer-centric and easy to use. Integration with Zendesk is goo and allows you to use place holders to create filters. These place holders send data to simple sat and add a layer of data.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

I don't dislike the SimpleSat as you can tell from my previous comment. I would recommend being able to filter by the question where you can see NPS score by question.

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are not able to see how our agents are doing real-time in their interactions with customers. It therefore has given us insights on areas of opportunity and where we are excelling. This provides us the ability to cheer on our agents.

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

We've been working with SimpleSat for about a year and a half! The tool is super user friendly and intuitive. Our team uses it primiarily to collection CSAT for customer interactions and most recently, we also worked with the team to migrate some of our NPS collection. 

Since using SimpleSat our CSAT response rate has sky rocketed thanks to how visual everything is for the customer. The team is also super responsive and helpful whenever we have any issues. Would highly recommend looking into SimpleSat if you're looking for a new tool.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

There are a few minor things that I would enhance: the dashboarding and ability to have more customizable options with the actual survey page. Slack integration could have more options/control to fit the use case of what we actually need displayed.

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CSAT and NPS collection that will integrate with our help desk. We've seen higher response rates!

There is nothing particular that I dislike about Simplesat.  Maybe a request - add the ability to send emails from the tool OR a way to have a deeper integration with HubSpot so I can see who is responding to the surveys (once they click on the email).

We use Simplesat to conduct our customer health surveys (NPS & CSAT) and tool is great!  Questionnaire is super configurable and easily integrates into our hubspot tool.  Additionally, the support I've received is amazing - Hannah usually responds with answers to my questions in minutes.  I definitely recommend Simplesat for anyone looking to conduct customer surveys!

Easily customisable, can set up a range of different survey types and completely customise each one, all while still getting a very personalised result.

Can be tricky changing a survey setup down the road, through their helpdesk is great for this.

Lack of Client response is the problem we are trying to solve.  The modern and interactive icons and layout help with this. Originally we had great response uptake.  Also wanting better reporting, for overall summary the reporting widgets are great, but more interactive analytics would help.

Setup was very easy to walk through and integrate with our CRM, we were up and running in just about an hour or so.

So far everything is working as described. One thing I did not 'see' on the site before we signed up was the integration links for facebook/google etc. So we were super happy to see those were already there.

If you are looking for CSAT and in the MSP space, you must at least try this one. It has everything you should need and integration is perfect.

We needed a new CSAT tool to track our technicians and customers experiences. We tie their reviews as part of their bonus package so its important to have trends and history easily available.

nothing...Except this survey, its demanding I write more letters when I have nothing to say, and come to think of it it was a real pain to login here and create an account just to leave feedback. And the verification email got  stuck in spam.

The option for more than one positive review allows more room for those who are not absolutely thrilled, like the users who resolve their own issue right after putting in a ticket, they might want to choose the best option because nothing was done by us but they will still choose positive.

If you don’t have a source for client feedback you are missing a major tool in your business. Simplesat is one of our favorite vendors. We migrated over from a previous platform and we could not be any happier. Our client response rate is extremely high and accurate. The interface is incredibly easy to understand and navigate. The dashboard is very informative. We have instant feedback on our clients. It is great to see the comments they have regarding our staff. Getting alerts on anything less than green is critical to any business. We get instant alerts which allow us to contact the client immediately and proactively. Quick response is the key to great client service business.

Dashboard does not auto refresh when displayed on central screen.

As a busy small business owner/lawyer with no web skills, having SimpleSat on my team helps me sleep at night. The Simple Sat team is extremely responsive, and has developed an elegant way to quickly and easily recieve and review customer feedback. I have recommended Simple Sat to a few of my lawyer friends and they are extremely happy with the service as well. I could not imagine using a different client feedback service.

Looks fantastic on the client side, and on the dashboards. So easy to use. It's a great value for the price, which made the decision easier to go with them. Support is responsive, and development is always working on improvements.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

PDF reporting would be nice for clients. However, they do sync everything with the PSA (Autotask in our case), so I have built reports in there which work great.

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really wanted something that looked great for the clients, and it definitely fits the bill. Also, the fact that it will write-back survey results to Autotask has been great. It's fantastic being able to use the data in different ways in both the Simplesat app and Autotask.This gives us more flexibility. Plus, we have the results go to a Teams channel via Zapier to reduce email notifications.

We use Simplesat for customer satisfaction surveys.  We love it.  It's really easy to use, support is fantastic, and they listen to the desires of their clients.  We asked for some customization to the tool to write back to Connectwise and they built it out pretty quickly. Made our reporting much easier.  Support is extremely quick to respond via chat and always helpful.

The only thing I can possibly think of would be the addition of the ability to edit surveys (when it's attributed to the wrong internal resource, or when the client says they clicked on the wrong response etc.)

**What do you like best about Simplesat?**

There is a lot to like about SimpleSat.  Overall, I would say that the product hits EXACTLY the right features and needs of a service based business without getting bogged down in the technical.  As a business owner, I want to be certain that we're consistently delivering a helpful, friendly and efficient user experience.  SimpleSat, and its integration into our CRM, makes that possible.  

Within an hour of running through the setup wizards, I had a contact synchronization set, tickets setup by owner, then by shared resource, then by most time, I was able to quickly and easily embed the surveys into our CSAT ticket process and I was able to export survey results to our BI dashboard system (brightgauge).   The entire way through the process, I was able to work with the actual devs and senior engineers and the whole process was simple and straightforward. 

We were able to fully utilize the other advanced features quickly as well.  Documentation was solid and clear and any snafu we ran into we had answered within a few hours.

The reason we chose Simplesat was because it not only had the CSAT component, but the all important Net Promoter score as well.  With the customer sync, we're also able to really see who is interacting with us and who we need to get feedback from.

**What do you dislike about Simplesat?**

For the most part, while the feature set right now is slightly more limited than some other competitors, that may be a turn off for other MSP's or service orgs looking for a full solution.  For us, however, the simplicity was the key selling point.  

Some other users may not prefer to reach out via chat or ticketing and prefer a support call.  But I'm not sure that's an option yet.  For us, while important, it's not mission critiical

**Recommendations to others considering Simplesat:**

Learn about NPS and how important it is to your business.   Also, get a demo of the competing products.  SimpleSat really has the UI nailed down and ready to rock. 

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have real visibility into our customer support interactions.  Also, the power of the Net Promoter Score vs. any other method of tracking customer satisfaction.  It's well benchmarked and clear and offers significant benefits over traditional CSAT scores.

I like that you can fashion your survey to fit your needs and then embed it in email and on web sites.

Getting access to the responses to secondary questions is not as easy as I would like, but it works.

We tried to copy a survey our organization had been using for years. It worked. We got access to the data. But we were not really getting any more responses. Once we followed the recommendations from SimpleSat, we switched to a single-question survey. Now, our users are more willing to share their thoughts and will respond quickly to our requests for input. 

**What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients love being able to click on an emoji to express how they're feeling. Once they realized it was a single-question (which is optional) survey, we actually got three times as many surveys per day!

By integrating into Autotask with clean, simple to click icons for satisfaction scores, SimpleSat lives up to its name. Compared with our previous feedback survey, SimpleSat took our feedback % from less than 1% to over 40%. That's monumental and gives us a MUCH better pulse on our customers.

Nothing. It's been great, easy to implement and totally effective.

Implement and use it. Can give you actionable information right away.

Getting more frequent customer feedback and giving us meaningful leading indicators to know how our support team is doing. We can respond immediately to dissatisfied customers and track satisfaction metrics against other KPI (such as utilization, # of tickets, etc.) to learn how and whether different workloads impact customer satisfaction.

Everything. Simplesat is very easy to integrate with Autotask and in our email signatures. We love how simple it is to use, quick for our clients, and the transparency of the dashboards. The staff are all amazing and FAST!  Fun icons too!

Simple sat is a very nice platform to use and very easy to install. It is very good for assessing customers satisfaction.There is a wordpress feature on simple sat that allows us to post the customers feedback directly on our website and there inviting in more customers. Therefore in as much as it is helping us the customers satisfaction rate, it is also allowing us to use their feedback to attract customers.

Simple sat has a scale that does not have enough scale ratings. I feel if the scale would include more ways to rate then it would be way better and effective. Otherwise no complaints.

Do you want to know how your customers feel about your services? then simple sat is the way to go. Its very easy to install very easy to use and will help you improve your customers satisfaction by allowing the customers to rate your services and in turn you can work on how to better them.

Simple sat is helping us to get feedback from our customers on our products and therefore come up with strategies to seal our loopholes and therefore improve our company.
