I love how Simplesat is so easy to use! The platform is user-friendly and adapts to the necessities, allowing me to go through everything without getting lost or having to contact support. I appreciate how I can see how many stars the user left, who assisted the user, and whatever the user had to say. Also, each feedback can be integrated with the different platforms we use to assist and can direct me to it, which is very helpful. Setting it up was very easy, and having all the feedback data in the same place, well-organized, is a huge plus, as it lets me check any feedback a user left for me specifically and see how I can improve when assisting.

I love the extremely responsive Chat support. It starts with an AI bot but you can very quickly get to a knowledgeable human. This time I had some interesting issues getting an integration with HubSpot to work. Vicktor, from support was very patient and listened well, taking the time to really understand my problem. In the end, Viktor figured out what I was doing wrong and the integration is working! Thanks to viktor this time but Support has been exceptional each time I've needed it.
