I find Simplesat seamless and effective for its use case, particularly in collecting customer feedback. The ability to send surveys via a link is a great help. The survey feature could be more customizable. I think the feature can be rigid when you are trying to get more specific feedback. I should be able to customize all aspects of the survey, like for example, allow me to change the opening question, allow me to add a photo background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
