I find Simplesat seamless and effective for its use case, particularly in collecting customer feedback. The ability to send surveys via a link is a great help. Dashboards don't support double decimal points, and the filters/reports that can be added are quite limited. We encountered some feature loss from Stella/Medallia in regards to personalization of CSAT surveys for specific agents (no photos included for the agent) and question formatting that lead to a longer and droned out experience with our old survey question setup.
