I am very excited about all the capabilities available for such a reasonable rate. While the value is high, there are a few bottlenecks for a growing growth team. We’d like to see more advanced funnel tracking in the reports; right now, we can see who clicked, but we’d love more 'journey-level' data to see where users are dropping off within a multi-step automation. Additionally, while the omnichannel features are great, the template library could use a refresh with more modern, SaaS-specific designs—we often find ourselves doing a lot of custom styling to get that 'tech-first' look. Finally, as we scale, more native integrations with product analytics tools (like Mixpanel or PostHog) would be a huge win to reduce our reliance on third-party connectors for syncing in-app events.
