"Easy-to-Use Email Marketing Platform with Great Value"
5/5
What do you like best about Sender.net?

What I like most is how easy it is to create and send professional email campaigns. The interface is intuitive, the email editor is straightforward, and setting up automation takes very little time. I also appreciate the reliable deliverability, detailed campaign analytics, and the generous free plan, which makes it a great choice for small businesses and growing teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sender.net?

While Sender.net covers the essentials very well, I'd like to see more advanced template customization options and additional native integrations with third-party tools. Some of the reporting features could also be more detailed for users who need deeper campaign insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sender’s Feature-Rich Plans and Truly Responsive Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Sender.net?

The features are great. I did a lot of research on different platforms offering the same thing, and Sender was the best option for me. Even the free plan offered more than anything else I tried. Their help chat is also excellent—very responsive and genuinely helpful, often sharing screenshots and links when I need them. Their paid plans are very competitive and still include great features. I send marketing emails for multiple clients to their subscribers, and Sender lets me do that seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sender.net?

In a perfect world, it would all be free... but seriously, I haven't come across much I don't like Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customizable Portal with Easy Newsletter Design and Simple Form Embeds"
5/5
What do you like best about Sender.net?

So far, I really like how many customizations I can make within the portal - from email automations and welcome letters to how easy it was to design my newsletter and incorporate it into my workflow. Additionally, I was able to use the code to add my confirmation form to my host site, and the process was wonderfully simple. The support received by reps at Sender.net was amazing as well. I initially was uncertain when I had an inquiry, how long it would take for someone to reply, but the initial replies were within a few minutes. Lucas and Michael were both extremely helpful and patient with helping me work thru the process and providing responses, with images as well, to help me troubleshoot the issue had with one of the automations. What do you dislike about Sender.net?

So far my only dislike is that I'm unable to customize a success message for my double opt-in. I am, however, able to customize my initial success message (after a subscriber signs-up). I just wish that once they confirm their subscription via email that there was a way for me to modify the generic "thanks for subscribing" message. Otherwise, everything else is great so far. "Reliable Platform with Solid API/MCP Support for Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sender.net?

What stood out was how Sender.net's support team handled a real problem — one of our clients hit a shared-IP blacklist issue that was hurting their email deliverability. Rather than the usual slow ticket back-and-forth, the team moved the client's sending profile to a clean IP and had it sorted quickly. For an email platform, that's the part that actually matters: knowing that when something breaks, someone on the other end takes it seriously and fixes it fast. What do you dislike about Sender.net?

The private template library could be easier to discover and manage — right now templates are only accessible from within the campaign creation flow, which makes it harder to organize or review them outside that context. Separately, once a campaign is scheduled, it's hard to see at a glance which subscriber groups were selected for it — that information could be surfaced more clearly on the scheduled campaign view. Neither issue is a dealbreaker, but improving template access and making selected groups more visible on scheduled campaigns would reduce avoidable errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Setup, Feature-Rich Free Tier, and Responsive Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Sender.net?

Sender provides a great service for a small newsletter with intuitive setup and plenty of features, even on the free tier! Wordpress integration was also very helpful. When I needed support, Lucas was very helpful and responsive and got my issues solved within half a day of back-and-forth communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sender.net?

It is a bit overwhelming when Sender is so full-featured, and my use case is for a simple newsletter. It would be nice if there were a suggested workflow for new low-impact users to follow along with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Generous Free Plan with Higher Email and Subscriber Limits"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sender.net?

I needed higher email and subscriber limits, and I was comparing it with MailerLite. Their limits, and Wix’s limits too, feel pretty puny compared to Sender’s free plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sender.net?

So far, the only thing I’ve found that felt truly like Sender’s fault was their customer service chat. It took a bit longer than I expected, although the wait time was still reasonable. The bigger issue wasn’t the delay, but how robotic the support agent came across. The grammar was flawless, but the replies felt overly calculated and not very human. I’m still not convinced it was a real person, and I even asked whether it was human. I was intentionally casual and laid-back, and “Lucas” didn’t respond very warmly. Unfortunately, that’s the impression Sender has left me with for now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally I found a platform where 'affordable' is real, automations do most of the work."
5/5
What do you like best about Sender.net?

After 8 years managing Email marketing for small businesses, I learnt that most of my clients want power without complexity, and Sender delivers both. Automations work quietly in the background. I set up a sequence once and it ran smoothly in the background without constant monitoring. Landing page builder means that clients get a professional signup page without second tool or second invoice to explain the accountant. Pricing stays reasonable even when the team is growing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sender.net?

With small technical teams making most of my client base, I notice when features are not self-explanatory. And, some of Sender's advanced automation options are a little buried. Landing page templates are solid, but after building a lot of them, they start feeling a little familiar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive UI, Flexible Pay-As-You-Go Pricing, and Responsive Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Sender.net?

What I like most about Sender.net is how easy it is to use. The UI is clean and intuitive, so creating and sending campaigns is fast without needing a lot of setup or learning time. I also really like the pricing model. Instead of forcing you into expensive subscription tiers, you can pay based on the actual number of emails you send, which feels much more flexible and fair, especially for smaller businesses or apps with varying email volumes. Another thing worth mentioning is their support team. In my experience, support has been responsive and fast whenever I had questions or needed help. Their API is also very useful and makes it straightforward to build integrations and automate workflows with your own apps or services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sender.net?

I experienced a few issues while using Sender.net, but their support team responded quickly and addressed them fast, which I appreciated. Other than that, I have not run into any major problems. Overall, the platform has been reliable and easy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The no BS platform I was looking for"
5/5
What do you like best about Sender.net?

I've tried 3 big brand names, and always quit for the same reason. They keep adding features I don't need and bill me what I can't afford. But, not sender. I pay 2-3 times less get only the features I need and use. I even the built automations I've been putting off for a year. Each took me around 2 hours and didn't leave me crushing at a completed dashboard or useless AI features. I still need to try out the landing pages, but if it's anything like creating email at Sender, I'll be fine Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sender.net?

There is not much I can complain about. I had some issues with setting up my DMARC but customer support helped me in a record time. I wish there were more templates in my brand's style Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use, Cost-Effective Email Marketing with Reliable Delivery"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sender.net?

Sender.net stands out for being easy to use, offering reliable email delivery, and keeping pricing cost-effective. The platform makes it straightforward to build professional-looking email campaigns thanks to its intuitive drag-and-drop editor, and its automation features help streamline day-to-day marketing workflows. I also appreciate the detailed analytics and reporting, which give clear, valuable insights into campaign performance and make it easier to understand what’s working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sender.net?

The advanced automation and segmentation features could be more robust, and the reporting options could allow for greater customization. Some of the more complex workflows also take time to set up, which can slow things down at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
