Customer service is about a 6 out of 10. That means they are pretty good. The app is intuitive for some tasks. It's easy to set up some tasks, depending on what you are attempting. It does an okay job of importing and converting your Powerpoint presentations into learning aids, once you learn how to set up your Power points.. and go back and reconfigure them to work with the program. Once you configure, the presentations look good when moving from one platform to another (phone, tablet, computer). The idea of mobile first appeals and the program is set up with a microlearning focus, which I like. It's relatively easy to set up quizzes from excel spreadsheet, but then you can't edit afterwards and can't add things like diagrams, because who needs diagrams, right? What I don't like is all the emojis when responding and limited knowledge of some of the agents. They are a little too personable. And it is weird that the females have a picture and the males don't. Just do away with the pictures, please. The app is only good if you are willing to do things the way THEY think you should do them. Whoever creates and maintains the app seems to be very sure they know what's best and don't seem interested in making changes. The exhaustive list of what I don't like is too long to list here, but ... No diagrams in quizzes...Can't require a correct answer before moving on in a presentation.. When importing from Powerpoint, can't change the type of theme of a page, you get what is assigned. There is a steep learning curve to get real functionality out of the program. Can't import video or audio from your powerpoint. This cost me lots of time and effort to redo much of the work already done. Turn off your give a shit meter about depth of functionality and eventually, you can get things done. Oh and some of their people are complete tools. The guy who gave me my demo brought one of his customers to the meeting because he "thought" we worked for the same company. Really, just seemed lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
