"7taps Makes Spaced Repetition Mobile-Friendly and Truly Sticky"

What do you like best about 7taps Microlearning?

As someone who built a training department from scratch over the past year, I can honestly say that, out of all the software I’ve brought into my company, 7taps is the one I value most. Spaced repetition is one of the most robustly studied and consistently confirmed findings in memory retention and learning, and 7taps is the best tool I’ve found for delivering it in a practical way.

There’s a lot of software out there that can be duplicated or even outdone with a homemade build using Claude or ChatGPT, but in my opinion, this isn’t one of them. Even with AI sweeping into every crevice of the workplace, 7taps still holds up as something that truly keeps its value. It’s my favorite tool in my toolbox. If you’re on the fence about bringing it into your organization, don’t be—just do it. On top of everything else, lessons are easy and relatively quick to build, and it delivers gains all around for your learners. Highly recommended! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 7taps Microlearning?

The AI could be more robust. You can drop some documents into it and it will build a course, but the results don't always accurately capture the desired message from the documents the way Claude or Gemini might.

What problems is 7taps Microlearning solving and how is that benefiting you?

I manage a field team that’s constantly in their cars visiting clients, and the 7taps format fits how they actually work. Being able to take a course from the car before starting the day, or in between client visits, has been a real game-changer. They need to be on the road, and they simply don’t have time to spend two hours in front of a computer screen taking LMS courses every week. With 7taps, the screens are optimized for mobile, there are no logins or passwords—just a link in a text message—and the lessons are only 5–7 minutes long. That means they can complete a lesson quickly and get right back to their day.

The impressive part is that, despite how easy it is to use, the material actually sticks. They retain it—they genuinely learn something.
