What do you like best about BrainStorm?

I like having access to training that is accessible, flexible, and relevant to employees with varying skill levels. I appreciate how seamlessly the platform integrates with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams, making learning part of the daily workflow rather than a separate activity. What do you dislike about BrainStorm?

There isn't much to dislike about BrainStorm but if I had to pick something it would be that it doesn't communicate with our LMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BrainStorm solving and how is that benefiting you?

BrainStorm has become an essential part of our technology training strategy at Fairfax County Government. The platform has helped us make technology training more accessible by allowing employees to learn at their own pace, review specific topics when they need a refresher, and access resources directly within the tools they use every day.

One of the biggest benefits has been BrainStorm's ability to complement and enhance our existing learning programs. We've successfully integrated it into our learning ecosystem and have used the built-in communication tools to promote new technology initiatives, monthly tips, and targeted learning campaigns. This has significantly increased employee engagement and adoption.
