"Safety Culture Keeps Us Organised, Compliant, and Efficient"

What do you like best about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

Before using this platform, we were unorganised and probably not meeting legal compliance. Safety Culture has helped us keep everything in one place and work more efficiently. We still have a lot to add to it, but we’re getting there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

Customer service - try to sell us more seats as opposed to helping us buy the right thing for us. I think a more tailored service would be helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mitti (by SafetyCulture) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reporting - before this platform, reporting was none existent and now it is. We are now creating actions following incident reports and making improvements quickly. Our overall safety performance has improved because of this. We are slowly starting to use the inspections, this is far more organised and efficient than Excell or paper Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
