I love the fact TalentCards is a mobile app. My team members can access TalentCards when in the field. The team member can check the app for help when an issue arises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I feel there are times when the app does not refresh when it is opened by a team member. I have made changes to the cards and have had several team members call me to let me know the information has not changed on their view of the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoyed the flexibility that TalentCard offered. There were options to provide hyperlinks to websites (and low hassle to toggle between the website and back to TalentCard), options for quizzes, flip card training and tracking/reporting to see how everyone was progressing through the app. It was so flexible and the team loved it!
