## SafetyCulture Reviews
 ### 1. Safety Culture Keeps Us Organised, Compliant, and Efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex B. | Health, Safety & Sustainability Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

Before using this platform, we were unorganised and probably not meeting legal compliance. Safety Culture has helped us keep everything in one place and work more efficiently. We still have a lot to add to it, but we’re getting there.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

Customer service - try to sell us more seats as opposed to helping us buy the right thing for us. I think a more tailored service would be helpful

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting - before this platform, reporting was none existent and now it is. We are now creating actions following incident reports and making improvements quickly. Our overall safety performance has improved because of this. We are slowly starting to use the inspections, this is far more organised and efficient than Excell or paper

 ### 2. Powerful AI, Ready-Made Prompts, and Templates That Boost Productivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Konjengbam M. | BDR, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

I love this platform for its Powerful AI with readymade prompts allowing user to get report easily. I also love the AI for its natural language interaction allowing more comfortable interaction and efficient results. Other than this I feel that the inspection templates which are available allows easy execution and completion of task more efficiently. I like the training feature available in this platform allowing easy creation of training materials with ease. The communication using this platform enhances productivity and avoids issues or hurdles by creating a medium to rectify on time. This platform also have a user friendly interface and the onboarding process was also easy. I have to admit that this platform increases the quality of work and assist a lot in eliminating errors with its rigorous inspection process.
The android application of this platform is also really good as enhances the portability of this platform. I love the overall performance of this platform and its reliability.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

I love most part of this platform but I wish that pricing was had more options other than pricing per user. For this platform to be very effective both the worker and the person doing the inspection needs to recognize the serious communication that is supported by this platform. The users may also need to check this from time to time so that issues are solved in realtime and on time. Other than this I also feel that a little bit of training to the users using this platform would greatly enhance safety and remove or reduce future Issues.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform enhances communication and helps resolves issues as a team. It increases productivity and resolves issues that might be very costly when kept unresolved. The ability to monitor each inspection report is outstanding. The AI also makes the work faster increasing the efficiency of work.

 ### 3. Flexible inspections with actions and training courses

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacobo Isaac G. | IMS Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

I like the possibility of creating inspections with different types of questions, where actions can be assigned depending on the response to these inspections and the assignment of courses from the training module.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

I think the functionality of scheduling inspections can be improved, it takes me a lot of time to create programs and the latest update is asking me to restart all the work already done, there is no option to migrate past information.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Required inspections for the process have been documented, opportunities for improvement within the organization have been identified, and a continuous training program has been established with the training module.

 ### 4. Cloud-Based Platform Boosts On-Site Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben O. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

I like that SafetyCulture is cloud-based, which lets our teams use it anywhere, anytime, as long as there's phone reception. It's also accessible on mobile phones, laptops, and tablets, which makes the user experience a lot easier. Our teams find it readily available without needing to go into a server and download information. They use their mobile phones more than laptops, so having it available on mobile phones definitely increases productivity. Once it's up and running, it's very easy to explain to the teams.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

The analytics side of things could be better. It would be more useful to dive deeper into template questions and how they are answered.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SafetyCulture for audits and training, and it boosts productivity since it's cloud-based and accessible on mobiles, laptops, and tablets anywhere, anytime.

 ### 5. Safety culture review by food manufacturing Health and Safety manager

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David P. | Health and safety manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

easy to use templates, these can then be customised to suit your needs. The pdf reports are great to share with colleagues to show points of interest and learning.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

The need to have multiple users to share actions, it would be useful if there was an option to assign actions to none safety culture users via email or MS Teams

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing me as the safety manager to perform internal safety audits of our food processing business. This allows us towards showing safety compliance and continuous improvment.

 ### 6. Easy Templates and Flexible Output for Customer-Friendly Reports

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ray F. | Mechanical Electrical Industrial Laundry Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

Easy to follow format for setting up templates. User friendly input while onsite. Output in any format is great for customer viewing.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

Can be clunky when mobile reception not great. Uploaded media can lag when syncing at times, resulting in missing media from finished articles.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Standardising how we conduct an inspection for a specific business function. This in turn is contributing to higher quality output from the team using the data. Workflow improvements across the team. Reports are fit for purpose & have a common theme to them.

 ### 7. Efficient teamwork with SafetyCulture, App presentation in need of improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Silvio S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

I appreciate the parallel work and synchronization with the SafetyCulture server. Collaborating on a maintenance log greatly facilitates the work, especially when we work in pairs on technical equipment. Additionally, I liked the logical connections in the questions during the initial setup.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

The overview in the mobile app does not contain the name of the project, but usually only the creation date, which is very confusing, and I always have to use the search function first to find the appropriate entry. On the PC in the browser, this is not the case; there you can see the order name.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SafetyCulture facilitates collaborative work on maintenance logs, provides a clear overview of errors, and enables structured processing and documentation. It supports our two-person team in efficiently creating a required report.

 ### 8. User-Friendly SafetyCulture with Strong Templates, Reporting, and Reliable Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

SafetyCulture is a user-friendly inspection tool with a clean, intuitive interface that works seamlessly on both mobile and desktop. It’s easy to create templates, assign users, and get started with minimal training. No issues with application performance. Platform offers a wide library of templates across ESG, HIPAA, ISO, and more, along with helpful training resources. Pricing is affordable, and support is quick and reliable. Reporting and tracking are strong, but advanced workflows, dashboards, and integrations can be challenging, and AI capabilities remain fairly basic.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

Basic use is easy, but advanced setup (dashboards, workflows) can be confusing and hard to build. Needs more advanced features like live checklist or issues tracking from online. Initial setup is quite difficult.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly, the best part is how much it cleans up our inspection process. Easily take screenshots and attach them directly into the report. We can manage all features and inspection results in PC & Mobile. Reporting & tracking is convenient.

 ### 9. Streamlined Audits with Instant Evidence Creation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris E. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

I like using SafetyCulture because it offers features like voice to text, taking photographs, and the ability to create an instant evidence file. This is incredibly helpful because I don't have to rework anything that's been cited or found, which is a huge time-saver. The ease of use, speed, and accuracy of SafetyCulture are key for efficiently conducting audits, even as they grow more complex and larger. It significantly reduces the time to get an audit done, which is important when auditors are time-poor and trying to achieve all the results quickly.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

At the moment, I'm looking for a new package, an updated package. And that's something that I think, in the library, if users had a particular industry or area or type, tick and flick, boxes, that could reduce the time it takes to search for the appropriate audit pack that's already been prepared by somebody else.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find SafetyCulture's ease of use, speed, and accuracy helpful for auditing. The voice-to-text and photograph features save time by creating instant evidence files and reduce rework. It simplifies conducting complex and large audits efficiently.

 ### 10. Essential for On-Site Efficiency and Document Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaundre N. | Operations Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

I like that SafetyCulture can be used on both the computer and the phone, which is great as we issue work permits through SafetyCulture and being on site with the phone saves a lot of time. Doing on-site, task-specific risk assessments requires leaving the office, and while on-site, I can create the permit to work instead of going back to the office to use the computer. The initial setup was extremely easy, and when I struggle with something, SafetyCulture always helps.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

Some sort of nudge to give to contractors when the expiration dates on their legal documents expire.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SafetyCulture keeps contractor details centralized, enabling permit creation on-site via mobile, saving office trips and time.

 ### 11. The Experience has been top-notch

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dennis O. | Health and Safety Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

SafetyCulture has been a game-changer for our approach to inspections, audits, and frontline reporting. The platform makes it incredibly easy to digitize paper-based processes and turn them into actionable insights, all from a mobile-first experience.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

Some advanced features and reporting options take time to fully configure, and there can be a learning curve when setting up more complex workflows. Pricing may feel a bit high for smaller teams, especially if you don’t need all enterprise-level features.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SafetyCulture solves the challenge of managing inspections, audits, and frontline reporting in a way that is fast, consistent, and easy to scale. Before using it, our processes relied heavily on paper forms and manual follow-ups, which led to delays, missed issues, and limited visibility.
With SafetyCulture, everything is digitized and centralized. I can create standardized forms, complete inspections from any mobile device, and capture photos, comments, and signatures in real time. Issues are automatically flagged and assigned, which means problems are addressed faster instead of getting lost in emails or spreadsheets.
The biggest benefit for me is visibility and accountability. I can see trends, track recurring issues, and monitor performance across teams and locations without chasing updates. This has improved compliance, reduced errors, and saved significant time on reporting and administrative work

 ### 12. Empowering Audits with Custom Analytics

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

I like using SafetyCulture as it provides good quality spot-checks and allows for custom inspection templates. I really value the analytics feature because it can produce almost anything I realistically want. It helps ensure that audits are performed regularly and fairly. For instance, it allows me to check a user's average time spent filling out a specific template, which can detect lazy rubberstamping. SafetyCulture fills gaps in our JotForm usage, and the implementation team was helpful during the initial setup.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

I wish submitting an inspection could trigger a Power Automate flow rather than needing to regularly check for past flows. I also wish that I could use values from the inspections as dynamic variables in automations without predefining the whole schema for each template.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SafetyCulture provides custom inspection templates for quality audits and analytics for detecting inconsistencies, helping ensure regular and fair audits.

 ### 13. Effortless Digital Inspections with Intuitive, Time-Saving Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sunny B. | Office Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

I like how easy it is to create and standardise digital inspection forms. The platform makes it simple to build checklists, capture evidence on-site, and submit reports in real time. This replaces paper-based inspections, improves consistency, and ensures issues are logged and followed up on quickly. It’s intuitive to use and well-suited to routine compliance and safety inspections.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

Customisation can be limited once forms are created. Making changes to existing inspection templates or reporting layouts isn’t always intuitive, and more advanced features can feel locked behind higher-tier plans. Reporting and data extraction could also be more flexible, especially when you want tailored insights across multiple inspections.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of inconsistent and manual inspection processes. It replaces paper checklists and ad-hoc reporting with standardised digital inspections, making it easier to capture data, photos, and issues in real time. Inspections are faster, more consistent, and easier to track. Issues are logged immediately, reports are generated automatically, and follow-ups are clearer. This improves visibility, reduces the risk of missed actions, and supports compliance by keeping inspection records organised and accessible.

 ### 14. Continuously Innovating Features That Make It a One-Stop Shop

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesse V. | Quality, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

I like the fact that it keeps continuously innovating itself and adding/updating features which help it become more of a 'one stop shop' in the workplace.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

Mainly the bugs, whenever I'm trying to look through Actions and such - changing the filters has been an ongoing issue. It will clutter and mix the results so it gives me inaccurate data. Also, the customer service is really needing a revamp. I've messaged on there a couple times and have never gotten any type of response.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly giving me a place to write reports and monitor the inputs and outputs of some of our processes.

 ### 15. Powerful Integrations, Great Performance, and Easy Custom Audits

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon H. | SHE Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

I like all of the integrations, the overall performance and the ease of use. I like how I can customise the audits.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

It is expensive but I feel like you get a lot back from it, so expensive but worth the money.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used a lot of paper and this created double or even triple input, it is massively reduced our admin.

 ### 16. Easy Template Search for Quick, On-the-Spot Inspections

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

Creating templates to use, being able to log on and immediately start an inspection by just searching for the right template in the search bar

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

Some limitations by having device limits. When undertaking an inspection (maybe this is more an issue of the templates we've made) it will have fields that show as incomplete, when they aren't necessarily relevant to the inspection you are undertaking.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to record a lot of data and photos on site, with an immediate/definitive field they are relevant to, removes risk of 'losing' photos and info you noted down

 ### 17. Easy Report Templates for Fast Multi-Site Reporting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zohaib H. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

Easy to create report templates and quick to create reports for multiple sites.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

It’s not possible to add or link images within report tables.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us reduce paperwork because everything is digitalized and easy to use on a tablet or laptop. It saves us time, and we can quickly edit anything if something is mentioned incorrectly.

 ### 18. Wonderful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin G. | Gerente de Qualidade, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

It’s a very simple app for all-purpose checklists.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

I can't create questions with logic. For example, when I need to include one more question in a specific inspection: I have to inspect 8 machines, but it turned into 9. In this case, I need to open another inspection because there is no possibility of adding one more identical question.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inspections with real evidence.

 ### 19. Streamlined Auditing with User-Friendly QR Capabilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

I love using SafetyCulture for our internal auditing and safety reporting as it massively reduces paperwork. The issues function allows us to create an online reporting tool accessible to all staff, no matter their location. I appreciate the ease of use, with an intuitive platform that simplifies everything. The ability to create QR codes is the best feature, letting us quickly access relevant information, scan, and report issues easily. I’m a big fan of SafetyCulture, especially since the initial setup was super easy. I've already recommended it to loads of people.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

Nothing

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SafetyCulture to create an online reporting tool reducing paperwork. It allows our staff across multiple sites to easily report issues using QR codes, streamlining our internal auditing and safety reporting.

The long work to write reports and you can simply automate and collaborate

 ### 21. Easy Reporting and Project Tracking Made Simple

**Reviewed by:** Eric G. | Network Admin, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

it is easy to make reports and track project items.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

having long process to mark projects to do and reports having safety culture logo ontop of the one i have added.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking of projects, assigning tasks to engineers and easy follow up

 ### 22. Simplifying Quality Inspections with Intuitive Interface

I really like the simple user interface of SafetyCulture, which makes it easy to use and train others on. It's easy to view and make changes on the fly, and it's great for newbies to pick up. The total package of SafetyCulture is impressive, and I feel I should make a point of using more of it. The initial setup was very easy, which was a breeze since I had used it in a previous role.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

We have a need for more languages, especially in South East Asia.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SafetyCulture helps us maintain consistency and ensure product quality before shipping to customers. The simple user interface makes it easy to use and train others, enabling quick adjustments and accessibility for new users.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

nothing

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SafetyCulture helps me remember opening and closing tasks. I like ticking boxes, and it's easy to use, allowing me to add different dates and amend things easily.

 ### 25. Streamlined Move-In Processes with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eva L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

I use SafetyCulture for Move In and Move out forms at our co-working and private office space. It streamlines move in and move out procedures and helps with operations. I love the ability to make templates - it saves our team a lot of time and makes it consistent across locations. It helps by making the SOP for all move in and move out forms the same and saves lots of time. Setting it up was easy!

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

I think it could be improved by adding a feature to see what others on your team are doing.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SafetyCulture to streamline move-in and move-out procedures. Templates save time and ensure consistent SOPs across locations.

 ### 26. Efficient Inspections with Cost Challenges

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bailey M. | Regional Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

I appreciate SafetyCulture for its easy on-the-go access, which means I don't have to print out inspections and they are widely available to all of the team, increasing participation. I also find the analytics feature beneficial as it provides a quick data snapshot.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

Overall I think the cost structure is high to roll this out to a wider audience in a manufacturing environment. I have to limit participation as there isn't a general user allowance. There was a learning curve but easy to implement.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SafetyCulture to leverage technology for quick inspection completion. It boosts team participation by making inspections widely available without printing and provides fast analytics for data insights.

 ### 27. A Clear, Reliable Way to Prove Work Is Completed

OWNING A COMPANY THAT CAN PROVE WORKS ARE COMPLETED

NOT ENOUGH USERS PER LICENSE - FROM MY UNDERSTANDING EACH EMAIL CARRYS A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF USERS

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RESOLVE IF WORKS ARE COMPLETED AND IN A TIMELY MANNER

 ### 28. Easy Sharing, Simple Access, and a Smooth UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

Easy sharing and access. Onboarding and UI is very easy.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

It is very difficult to make new inspections as the questions are hard to move around. I also cannot easily integrate it with tableau. The device limitations creates challenges. I also would like a feature where you can hide answered questions and only see unanswered.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its creating easy to access checklists and gathers the data in a meaningful way.

 ### 29. A Practical and Reliable Tool for Daily Safety and Inspections

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Md R. | Strategy Specialist – Operations & Process Improvement , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

What I like best about SafetyCulture is how easy it is to use while still being very powerful. The platform makes inspections, audits, and checklists simple to create, complete, and track. The mobile app works well in the field, which is great for teams that don’t sit at a desk all day. Real-time reporting and photo evidence help keep everyone accountable and improve visibility across teams.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

One downside is that some advanced features and reporting options can feel limited unless you’re on a higher-tier plan. Customizing reports exactly the way you want can take time, and there is a bit of a learning curve for new users when setting up templates. Occasionally, syncing or loading can be slow when working with large inspections.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SafetyCulture helps eliminate paper-based inspections and manual reporting, which saves a lot of time and reduces errors. It improves consistency in audits and inspections while making it easier to identify risks and trends. Having all data stored in one place helps with compliance, corrective actions, and communication, leading to better safety outcomes and more efficient operations overall.

 ### 30. Simple and user-friendly for security and quality

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sami .

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

I use SafetyCulture for monitoring safety and quality at workplaces. I find its user-friendly interface very helpful, which is simple and easy to understand. This allows me and my team to use it quickly. Additionally, SafetyCulture offers customization features, enabling me to tailor checklists, audits, and reports according to my needs. Its mobile app is particularly convenient, as I can work from anywhere and at any time. SafetyCulture's data analytics feature also provides me with detailed reports and analytics, allowing me to improve my work even further.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

SafetyCulture is a very useful app, but some aspects need improvement: 1. *More advanced reporting options*: The reporting options in SafetyCulture are good, but in some cases, more advanced and customized reporting options are needed. For example, I want to create specific reports for my clients, but currently, it is not possible. 2. *Integration*: The integration of SafetyCulture with other apps and systems is very limited. I want to integrate it with my other apps and systems, but currently, it is not possible. 3. *Offline mode*: The offline mode of SafetyCulture is very limited. I want to do my work offline as well, but currently, it is not possible. 4. *Customer support*: The customer support of SafetyCulture is good, but in some cases, more rapid and effective support is needed. For example, I want to resolve an issue, but it takes a long time to get a response from the support team. 5. *Limitations of the mobile app*: The mobile app of SafetyCulture is very useful, but in some cases, it has limitations. For example, I cannot perform certain specific tasks on my mobile app, which are possible on the desktop version.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With SafetyCulture, I can monitor safety and quality, it assists in checklists, audits, and reporting, which improves team collaboration and decision-making.

 ### 31. Highly Customizable and Versatile

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adriana B. | Senior HR Generalist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

What I like most about SafetyCulture is the customizability of the inspection templates. While they’re typically used for plant floor inspections, I’ve found them incredibly versatile in my HR role. I’ve been able to create everything from interview templates and meeting forms to work injury reports and other HR tools. It’s been great to have a platform that can adapt so easily to different needs across the company.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

One thing I dislike is that we’ve run into a few bugs with the Training Matrix, including an incident where a user wouldn’t appear on the matrix. We eventually got her to show up, but we still couldn’t log her into any group trainings or have her complete trainings through her own account. The issue was escalated to SafetyCulture, but unfortunately, we never received a follow-up.

I also really wish there was a “User List” response type option. Right now, we maintain a manually generated list of employees, which isn’t ideal and requires constant updates.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing SafetyCulture, we didn’t have one centralized place for training. Much of it was still being done on paper. SafetyCulture has given us a single, organized platform to manage and track training, which has saved time and improved consistency. It’s also benefited us in ways we didn’t expect. The platform’s flexibility has inspired us to create new forms, inspections, actions, and trainings that have made our processes more efficient and connected. It’s really opened our eyes to what’s possible when you have the right tools in place.

 ### 32. Best in class tool to empower your workforce and streamline management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex M. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

SafetyCulture has helped bring all our best practices under one umbrella. Health and Safety meetings are now clear and focussed with a framework to discuss issues. The different features generally fit well with our business. Implementation is easy and once you have buy in from staff the reception is very positive. We have not had many issues but when we have the live chat support feature is fantastic with an actual person being available very quickly to help sort integration issues.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

As the product is designed for all types of business some features do not work in the way we would like, however we note that customisation is increasing so hopefully the fit will get better and better.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Standardising inspections over a number of very different sites. Helping managers to all have one approach to health and safety. Instill a sense of culture within the business on how we do things

 ### 33. Keeps Our Team Aligned with Effortless Collaboration

**Reviewed by:** Martin F. | Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

Its collaborative nature helps us stay aligned and effectively keep the whole group on track.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

no issues at this point with the solution

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use for equipment inspection and issue logging

 ### 34. Outstanding Experience, Even in Challenging Conditions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suhas S. | Vice President- HR & Head People Partner, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

For the past 48 months, I have relied on SafetyCulture, and it has consistently delivered strong performance. Throughout this time, we have not faced any significant issues with the mobile or desktop applications. The platform’s customizable checklists and real-time reporting features have made it easy for our teams to access and make effective use of the system.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

Occasionally, I experience synchronization issues when I'm in areas with poor connectivity. This might be due to problems with the internet connection.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my organization, we used iAuditor as a versatile tool for our sales team. The team found it easy to access the mobile application, which allowed them to perform real-time reporting efficiently.

 ### 35. Highly Customizable and Flexible, but Needs Better Cover Page Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean B. | Technical Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

It is easily customizable and flexible.
A lot of details can be added in, and made easy for techs in the field to use on a phone.
In-app annotations of photos are excellent.
Cross platform usage has improved dramatically over the years of using SafetyCulture.
There still seems to be more funtionality with Android, but the improvements to iOS have been notable and greatly appreciated.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

Can't customise the cover page.
The coverpage should be dynamic, to allow a photo and address of a client's property to be on the front.
Remove the shading from the "global" lists.
It's great to have the global lists as a customisable option, but the shading is annoying.
Likewise, having to go through and manually update each and every template with manual responses is not much of an alternative, if you don't want to deal with the shading.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SafetyCulture provides an inspection platform for us.
We use ServiceM8 for most of our other working issues.
It would be nice to have more integration between those two platforms, but I believe that ServiceM8 is a primarily Australian app and our market may not be large enough to make that happen.

 ### 36. SafetyCulture: a high performance system for finding solutions to your workplace problems.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

I have nothing negative to say about the features and technical resources of SafetyCulture, I think it is an excellent work system that I can recommend for all types of work activities.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The technical advantages and benefits that SafetyCulture offers have allowed me to improve the safety and effectiveness of all the technical activities that I carry out with my work team, facilitating the execution of our processes and generating the best solutions to the problems we face in real time.

customizable question sets and scheduling. and training. and minor assets management.

 ### 39. Effortless Setup and Customizable for Any Industry

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander C P. | AWS , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

I like SafetyCulture for its customization ability and ease of use. It allows me to manage workforce efficiently, leading to more productivity and safety. It ensures a safe workday and effective planning. I appreciate that it works across all lines of work, making it valuable for various fields, as the goal of safety is universal. The initial setup was straightforward, and I also use it with Salesforce to monitor projects, customers, and employees.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

What doesn't work as well is that while it's a great product, they should also offer something with AI. For AI, I mean integration and streamline with other tools that others use.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SafetyCulture allows me to ensure a safe work day and effective planning, improving workforce management. It boosts productivity and safety across different fields.

 ### 40. Perfect for Construction KPIs, Needs Better Offline Mode

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philip S.

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2025

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

I find SafetyCulture to be incredibly effective due to its quick and easy use, which significantly enhances my productivity and efficiency by simplifying the process of capturing and archiving data, especially in construction-related activities. The software excels at capturing evidence and statistics, providing a comprehensive view of my projects and facilitating better decision-making. Its ability to record, archive, and assist in safety tracking and action management is invaluable, ensuring that I can maintain high safety standards and address any issues promptly. The setup process was straightforward, making it easy for my team to integrate into our workflow, and its functionality works well in offline settings, allowing us to upload photos and data efficiently once we regain internet access.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

I dislike the offline mode functionality in SafetyCulture. Although the app works offline by uploading photos on the program and syncing when internet is available, this feature sometimes results in photos being buggy, which affects reliability.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SafetyCulture for inspections and checklists, making it quick and easy to capture evidence and stats. It effectively archives records and tracks safety actions, enhancing our construction KPI management.

 ### 41. Inspections That Strengthen Our Quality Control

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

The inspections help us manage our quality control more effectively.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

Nothing specific comes to mind when it comes to dislikes.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve been looking at centralising different aspects of the business, and we’ve found that this can be done in SafetyCulture.

 ### 42. User-Friendly Platform with Great Features, but Customer Support Could Improve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** tiffany a. | Head of EHS UKI, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

It's just so easy to use! I've implemented the platform at the last couple of places I've worked and people find it really easy to engage with.
The continual improvement of the platform is amazing - there are new features every year that help me in my role of delivering a proactive H&S programme within my company.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

The customers support is initially good but it would be great to speak to people sometimes rather than use AI or be redirected to the support page.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have 42 sites to manage and the transparency that SafetyCulture provides is priceless. I can measure proactive performance from my remote location and when I'm on site working with the front line, seeing them be able to interact and engage is really exciting.

 ### 43. Customizable Audit Templates That Fit Our Needs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

I appreciate the ability to customize audit templates and tailor them to our specific needs.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

The per-user cost doesn’t feel like a fair approach to the pricing structure.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementing additional, very useful features like actions and heads-up notifications.

 ### 44. Easy Reporting and Progress Tracking for Better Project Coordination

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

Having safetyculture logo on reports and cannot be removed

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking of projects manually

 ### 45. Customizable Templates, But Scoring Metrics Need More Flexibility

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Farming | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

able to customise the template in a way you want

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

not metric friendly, sometimes i want to add in a score, but not how it's currently scored in the template

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the templates in the public library

 ### 46. Fantastic audit and assessment tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roy W. | Manager - Registered Safety Supplier Scheme & Special Interest Groups, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

Flexibility, the ability to tailor how the software works to the requirements we have.
Adaptability, the ability to add or remove tools within the software to help us best support our membership.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

Analysis - limitations on date ranges. We need to be able to review data beyond a
1 -year limit.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a trade association with over 300 members, all of whom have an annual audit/assessment. Safety Culture allows us to detail our findings in a simple, uncluttered report that can be completed with the member organisation and added to/refined over time.

It allows us to clearly and easily see what is outstanding with each member and to provide a professional report that adds value to their businesses.

 ### 47. Highly Customizable, But Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David S. | Scientist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

I like how SafetyCulture can easily capture data and is highly customizable. The ability to complete everything on a mobile device instead of recording feedback on paper and scanning forms later is great. I also think the integrations with other platforms through Zapier are very helpful.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

I think there is a fairly significant learning curve. It's a bit difficult to get the hang of everything it can do quickly. The number of modules is a bit overwhelming and the interface wasn't as intuitive as I would've liked. Too many layers of customization.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SafetyCulture to efficiently gather feedback for field trials, eliminating paper forms and allowing everything to be completed on a mobile device.

 ### 48. SafetyCulture: an accessible platform to improve the safety of your work practices.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ase T. | Cybersecurity Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

In addition, SafetyCulture offers customer service dedicated to your needs and preferences, customizing its features and meeting all your work requirements.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

My experience using SafetyCulture's digital features has been positive and very productive, it is a platform that I actively recommend.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SafetyCulture offered me the best digital resources to create a safe and productive space for all members of my work team, providing the best recommendations and digital solutions to maintain an accessible and safe work environment for all our daily operations.

 ### 49. A Central Hub for Document Control and Record Saving

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

Central point for document control and saving of records

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

inability to change font, colour highlight, Bold items in documents

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

centralising documents for the control of risk on various products

 ### 50. Customer Support is great!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about SafetyCulture?**

I have always found the staff at Safety Culture to be helpful, responsive and willing to assist with any issues we have encountered. As a platform they engage with and value the input and voice of their users which I've always found very refreshing and unlike other platforms we have used in the past. The platform itself is easy to use and I like being able to control permissions and access easily too. Using Safety Culture has made communicating and engaging with our remote teams much easier.

**What do you dislike about SafetyCulture?**

We would like to bring in all aspects of our operations onto the platform, but for us at the moment managing supplier/contractor compliance is still work in progress and something we manage outside of the platform for this reason. Some improvements to this area would be great.

Pricing is also an area we have found difficult as an SME. Most of our users require functionality somewhere between the Lite and Premium seat, (Lite being insufficient, but Premium being overkill) but the pricing structure doesn't really accommodate this. An additional pricing tier to better suit SMEs would probably mean more would use the platform.

**What problems is SafetyCulture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication with remote staff was a problem which has much improved since using the platform. Engagement with staff has also improved. Managing our company assets is now much better by using the platform.
