What do you like best about Sapling?

The user interface is very intuitive. They give a lot of focus on UX, and they take feedback on this. I like their customer success team. They are very responsive and help us troubleshoot any roadblocks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sapling?

It takes a lot of time to implement new features. I have requested a few of them, and they have not been implemented yet. They follow an internal sprint process to prioritize these feature requests. However, this is something they could work better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sapling?

Sapling is a nice all-in-one tool for HRIS. I use it mainly to track PTO requests, pull reports and maintain accurate HRIS information in all of our FT and contractors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sapling?

One thing I do dislike about sapling is the documentation setup. I do wish I could see historical copies of documents (new hire files/etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sapling?

My favorite part about Sapling is how easy it has made remote onboarding for us. It has allowed us to streamline our process and automate things that would have normally taken many more hours Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sapling?

Integrations are a little tricky. They haven't been seamless but they work for the most part. A greater focus on integrating with other HR platforms would really take Sapling to the next level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sapling?

The automated workflows are great, that's about it sadly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sapling?

The leave policies are unfriendly to Australian employers, the xero integration is problematic and when issues are raised the support received has been at best, appalling. Do not recommend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clean look and organized. Very helpful representation - Nick Preston. Great tool for onboarding and making sure all employees get the same experience and tasks completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sapling?

In Workflows, when you refresh the page or add a task it loses place and you have to start over. Can we also have 20 tasks (not 10) as a permanent placeholder? Sometimes hard to find something as grayed out words don't look as though it would be an option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
