# "What is great about Sapling's onboarding capabilities?" Log in - easy. Navigation of the site - extremely simple. GUI and overall visual appeal - beyond reproach. What our users like the most, however, is the fact that you can pre-load tasks for the employee as well as the manager, and integrate notifications and tracking of tasks with email and other communications channels. Thus, we never find ourselves having to "hunt down" a new hire or their respective managers for things that need to take place the first 30 days of a new hire coming onboard. ##### Post Metadata

# What can I use this for trying to add users and remove? You can provide tasks to users and teams. We even sub categorize items/tasks for different teams attached to different users. Within those tasks you can have sub tasks as well or categorize it to region as well. I do think Sapling is a great tool over all. We do use this in terms of adding tracking information for shipping out equipment, we were not able to do so before because we are able to send this out in an email with tokens, Tokens is a huge benefit for us over all. ##### Post Metadata
