it is simple and automated it feels compared to other CRMs. It helps track contacts, emails, and follow-ups without needing a lot of manual work, which saves time and keeps everything organized. I also like that the interface is clean and easy to understand, so it doesn’t feel overwhelming when managing leads or conversations.

some features can take a little time to fully understand when you first start using it. It is simple overall, but setting up the workflow exactly the way you want may need some trial and error. I also feel some customization options could be more flexible, especially if a business has a very specific sales process.

biggest benefit is that it saves time and makes the sales process feel much more structured. Instead of keeping track of everything in separate notes or spreadsheets, I can manage relationships and next steps in one place.

I love how Salesflare helps me with the coordination and filtering of my tasks. What I like best about Salesflare is how incredibly easy it is to use and set up. You don’t need a dedicated IT team to get started it’s intuitive, clean, and user-friendly right out of the box. The automated data entry from emails and calendars saves time, and the visual pipeline makes managing leads and deals very straightforward. It feels like a CRM that’s actually built for users, not just admins.

Easy to use UI so you can be up and running in no time. 
The onboarding sequence in the trail period is fun and great and stimulates the person to complete account set-up. 
The deep integration to our email, makes creating new accounts and opportunities a simple and fast process, not the typical manual and error prone data entry. Great experience.

I would like to see more native integrations rather than having to use Zapier, but that is just being extremely picky and not a reflection of the product.

I love that I am able to send out a lot of emails with SalesFlare. Their team is also very responsive when I was switching CRMs. You can have a LOT of contacts in their pipelines without a limit unlike other CRMs.

I have so many contacts so it's hard to stay in touch with everyone, but I think that's more of my problem.

I operated for 10 years without CRM, and thanks to Salesflare, we saved a huge amount of time thanks to its integrated functions for adding accounts from Gmail and importing. The best interface on the global market today with the Google suite and Linkedin.
The support is very responsive and the software improvement regular.

The challenge I’ve encountered is when a General Manager has dual responsibilities across two locations. When I create an account for each location, I'm unable to assign the same contact information for the GM to both accounts. Since Salesflare recognizes the email address as already existing in the system, it ends up removing the contact from one account, causing a gap in my records.

Love the simplicity and easy of use. Yet still has most of everything you need and expect. Integration with LinkedIn and Gmail is good. Automated data enrichment is good. It's nicely focussed on account management - great for B2B sales. Email and we tracking is good.

**What do you dislike about Salesflare?**

- Not possible to support email aliases like sales@, etc without additional per seat costs.
-  when an employee leaves - handovers more complex than need to be.
- Filters could do with a better UX - a bit clunky to use.
- Lacks a dedicated contact history (vs Account history) - this is by design and it's OK but I'd prefer the option of an additional view of a specific contact's correspondence.

Salesflare is a rich environment that my AI team has adopted. It's rich in that it can do everything we need, but not so fussy that you can't figure out what's going on without to turning to a random search "help" videos. The contact and support from Salesflare is personal and friendly.

We haven't run into anything yet. Maybe as we scale we will, but I don't foresee tht.

It's very easy to get started.  As your business changes along the way, it's so customizable that you're never really locked into a certain way of tracking your own communications as well as your team

**What do you dislike about Salesflare?**

I haven't really experienced many.  The one gripe I would have is the way the email workflows are organized.  We do a lot of targeted campaigns and the more you do, the more they start to stack up as a list of workflows without a good way to compartmentalize them by strategy.  That being said, the email workflow piece has still created loads of business for us.

**What problems is Salesflare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I recently had an issue with calls logging from my android device's call logs.  They responded to me within a few minutes and promised to get a solution put in place in 24 hours.  It was fixed in about 30 minutes.  They are great at service.

Ease of use from a mobile phone or tablet. It is very comfortable. It outperforms large email tools.ut it's a game changer.Other tools are more expensive. A great unknown A game changer for small and growing businesses.The quick access menu is a feature I love. Many should learn at this point.

**What do you dislike about Salesflare?**

Generally speaking, I like it. I don't use zapier, I use Pabbly. In that sense I miss an integration. I would also like to put tags or categories to the contacts. The accounts option is great. But something else is needed. A game changer for small and growing businesses

**Recommendations to others considering Salesflare:**

I think they are in a top 20 of the best CRMs worldwide. Grouping teams or companies is a good idea.

The app gives me control of all my clients from my mobile. The app is good. I receive about 100 emails a day. And it allows me to have everything organized, as well as the tasks to be done. For a small business it's perfect.

And on tagging or categorizing contacts, that's possible too. I'd advise using custom fields over tags for most use cases. It's more organized.

**What do you like best about Salesflare?**

It's simple yet solves for many issues entrepreneurs have. The feature enrichment make dataentry easier, tasks, emails and their support is quite helpful too. I use it daily and have taken to it quite quickly. It's easy to implement and it integrates with our email provider as well...which others couldn't quite do before.

**What do you dislike about Salesflare?**

I can't schedule emails out. Right now it doesn't have ai features but that would just be a plus as the platform is already decent.

storing outreach records for important leads and accounts..I always wanted to see the history and track emails of leads without being trapped with my email inbox. the tasks on their use to clutter my task manager and now as an entrepreneur i'm way more efficient and organized.

We have been utilizing Salesflare since the end of 2023, and Bruno and his team have been incredibly responsive from the start. Their professionalism was evident from our first call, and their help desk is prompt and easy to reach for technical support. Salesflare is an excellent solution for small to mid-size companies experiencing a CRM for the first time. It offers many features right out of the box, and the intuitive UI makes it easy to get started.  Although we eventually switched to another solution to accommodate our specific customization needs in long-term healthcare, we highly recommend Salesflare for its simplicity and ease of customizing fields. It’s a robust CRM platform that excels at managing customer relationships. Thank you, Bruno and team, for a great platform that helped us grow.

**What do you like best about Salesflare?**

everything works as it should, easy to setup, integrates well with anything. And there customer support is the best of any platform I've ever used. Other platforms give you fast worthless replies, Salesflare has a team that takes longer but actually will change and update their platform to work with your systtem. They also will provide support on coding with the API.

The answers and solutions they come up with always work which and they won't stop till the problem is solved even if it takes multiple attempts.

There email link/integration is unmatched as well. This is the only CRM anyone should be using, the rest are essentially scams when you compar them to this.

can't export notes unless you make a custom field to keep them in

Salesflare has all the tools I need to track my sales without extra features I don't use. It's easy to use and has great customer support. I like how it integrates with Gmail and Google Calendar so I can easily track my contacts with my leads.

I'd love to have additional social media tracking.

I use Salesflare to track leads through my sales pipeline. I find it easy to add new leads in, track my contacts with them. I use the reminders feature to ensure I follow up on sales. The gmail and Google Calendar integration tracks my emails and meetings automatically. I also use the contacts forms to keep track on contact information on all my clients.

I have the tracker integrated into my website and am notified when a lead visits my site. This helps me to know when leads are active and more likely to respond to conversations I initiate.

**What do you like best about Salesflare?**

I tried a few alternatives from those that were much more capable but with features that I don't need and with some they were si busy trying to upsell that it became very annoying. 

Salesflare is instantly easy on the eye - very important when you spend a lot of time working with it.  This ease translates into ease of operation and, having tried a few others, I knew my way around and what I needed and was using it instantly.  It has a pretty full suite of features for what I need and integrates with my Gmail readily. 

For my and my business right now it is perfect.  I also see it lasting a good time as we expand.  Support is also excellent and they just added a feature that I requested - that is above and beyond!

Only you can decide if it is right for you but in my opinion you should give it a test drive.

There is nothing to dislike.  Whether it has all the functionality you need is up to you to decide.

We use Salesflare to manage our pipeline for our advisory firm. We have four different services which all vary tremendously. Salesflare is customized to fit the needs for each opportunity and pipeline. It's very easy to integrate into our sales process. Their support, specifically Francesca, is solid. I had a few questions on how to customize the opportunity requirements and she quickly showed me how to do it using acreen shots and other visual tools.

Nothing comes to mind right now - We are going to start using multiple pipelines.

Congratulations to all the "brains" behind Salesflare:
the most affordable yet powerful, versatile and user-friendly B2B CRM.

The killer feature: the Linkedin add-in to create in one click accounts, opportunities and contacts in your Salesflare CRM while you browse on Linkedin !

Vividly recommended for all consulting/advisory small and medium businesses.

There exists other CRM solutions, not as good but more expensive: Salesforce for instance

**What do you dislike about Salesflare?**

I do not dislike anything.
The only improvement would be to have the integration of the Linkedin messages to have a full view of your interactions in Salesflare, since they are already SO GOOD to integrate Linkedin.
BUT this would require Linkedin (Microsoft) to open his system

Monitoring of lead generation AND deal sourcing
Benefits: 
- remove low added manual input thanks to Linkedin integration
- Visual check of pipelines (customer lead and deals + other stakeholders)

Easy to configure and navigate
Good links with Outlook and LinkedIn and very easy to create accounts, contacts and leads.
Nice functionality for making your own fields and moving leads down the pipeline. If I had a question the help desk was quick and reevant woth their respons.
