"Smart and Lightweight CRM That Truly Supports Sales Teams"
What do you like best about Salesflare?

What I like best about Salesflare is how incredibly easy it is to use and set up. You don’t need a dedicated IT team to get started it’s intuitive, clean, and user-friendly right out of the box. The automated data entry from emails and calendars saves time, and the visual pipeline makes managing leads and deals very straightforward. It feels like a CRM that’s actually built for users, not just admins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesflare?

Salesflare covers the core needs of a small sales team really well, but some advanced customization options for reports or dashboards are limited. If you're used to highly tailored enterprise CRMs, you might miss a few features but for teams looking for simplicity and speed, it’s hard to beat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate Salesflare's ability to pull data from emails, calendars, social media, and phone logs, which saves me a lot of time by eliminating the need for manual updates. I also love how well it integrates with tools like Google, Gmail, Outlook, and LinkedIn, providing clear pipelines and reminders that enhance tracking and follow-up. Its ease of setup and clear interface have been extremely beneficial for managing customer relationships. The platform's smart automation, usability, and strong integrations make it an excellent CRM for startups and growing businesses. Additionally, it offers good value for its price. What do you dislike about Salesflare?

Salesflare may feel a bit limited for very large enterprises or teams. It is primarily suited for small and medium-sized businesses, and I would like it to be usable in large enterprises as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy UI and great timesaver in sales process"
What do you like best about Salesflare?

Easy to use UI so you can be up and running in no time.

The onboarding sequence in the trail period is fun and great and stimulates the person to complete account set-up.

The deep integration to our email, makes creating new accounts and opportunities a simple and fast process, not the typical manual and error prone data entry. Great experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesflare?

I would like to see more native integrations rather than having to use Zapier, but that is just being extremely picky and not a reflection of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smart, Simple, and Automated CRM for Modern Teams"
What do you like best about Salesflare?

Salesforce makes CRM effortless by automatically capturing emails, meetings, and interactions without manual data entry. Its clean and intuitive interface saves time, and the automation ensures that no lead or follow-up slips through the cracks. The pipeline management is visual and easy to use, making it simple to track opportunities and progress. I also like the integrations with email and productivity tools, which help streamline workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesflare?

While Salesforce is excellent for automation and ease of use, it has limited customization options compared to larger CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot. Reporting features could be more advanced for users who want deep analytics. Also, the mobile app works well but could be made more feature-rich to match the desktop version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
