What do you like best about Revenue.io?

What I like the best about Revenue.io is the fact that it has a simplistic yet robust use of capabilities throughout the interface. It's on hand coaching has helped me reach my sales goals and has turned me into a better seller! What do you dislike about Revenue.io?

Oh man! The least favorite part of the review, instead of being negative and talking about dislikes, I'd like to be able to talk about what "enhancements" could be made to Revenue.io instead. When onboarding with Revenue we were introduced to a single person who is an extension of the company to our company. It would be valuable to have a mailbox or Customer Support email to reach out to instead of having to bug a single person for any hiccup or malfunction issue that may arise. Lastly, as I do with most things that have the option, a "dark mode" for the dailer and or Homepage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the partnership with Revenue.io and the people we get to work with, as they invest time and resources into their customers. They have Jordan, who provides amazing support and has been great for years. Everything in their tech stack works well for us, and even though the initial setup can become complex depending on the use case, they have plenty of support to help. What do you dislike about Revenue.io?

Everything in their tech stack works well for us. However, I would like to use the AI results directly in Salesforce more. For example, I think they could build an AI driven lead score based on phone call that aligns to a scorecard pretty well, and pass that information to the activity or custom conversation records for improved lead management. What do you like best about Revenue.io?

I use Revenue.io to dial through follow ups and analyze my calls with prospects in Salesforce. I like the rev.ai feature where I can get feedback based on all of my activities on an opportunity. I also like that I can just click a phone number on the top of a report and access all of my past notes and engagement within the dialer. It allows me to go back to the transcript of past calls and gather notes, pain points, and gives me feedback on what could have been better. The initial setup was easy. What do you dislike about Revenue.io?

I think that the emails could be improved by allowing you to respond to email threads and add files to the email directly from the opportunity in Salesforce, rather than flip flopping back and forth from Outlook to Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the guided selling in Revenue.io. It's great that I can stay on one screen and do everything, which makes things easier. The prioritization action list helps a lot, with faster ramp time and reduced guesswork. It's handy that the system not only tells what to do next but lets you act on it without leaving your day-to-day workflow. I also find the comprehensive dashboard and reporting useful for informing decision making. The initial setup was very easy, and I use it with Salesforce. I really appreciate that Revenue.io is Salesforce native and that it seamlessly logs all data to our CRM in a timely and accurate manner. This integration is super reliable since there's no reliance on a formal API or third-party source, enhancing the accuracy of our recorded data. I also value the working relationship with their team. From sales reps to implementation and support, they have been phenomenal partners who add a tremendous amount of value. Revenue.io's team is always open to problem-solving with us, especially when certain out-of-the-box features didn't meet our specific needs. They actively involved themselves in finding solutions, allowing us to effectively leverage their platform. Their implementation team is top-notch, providing great support during the setup. Overall, it's really beneficial for my sales organization to have access to their telephony functionality and conversation intelligence features, which streamline our operations. What do you dislike about Revenue.io?

Revenue.io doesn't have a formal mobile app and instead relies on a progressive web app, making certain functions like audio and wifi connection less reliable. The mobile experience isn't as robust as we would like. They are looking to improve this with updates in the coming year. Also, the company doesn't offer external integrations outside of Salesforce and Google Meet/Outlook, which limits the value of the data captured for other teams and tools within our company. There are various issues that some of our users experience; dropped calls, random log-outs that impact both the dialer and Salesforce, and microphone problems - yet a majority of these may not be the fault of Revenue.io.
