
I like the partnership with Revenue.io and the people we get to work with, as they invest time and resources into their customers. They have Jordan, who provides amazing support and has been great for years. Everything in their tech stack works well for us, and even though the initial setup can become complex depending on the use case, they have plenty of support to help. Everything in their tech stack works well for us. However, I would like to use the AI results directly in Salesforce more. For example, I think they could build an AI driven lead score based on phone call that aligns to a scorecard pretty well, and pass that information to the activity or custom conversation records for improved lead management.
