There's always more to be desired. I think the tool has a lot of potential. It's great 10,000ft keeps developing and the recent update was an improvement. We have a lot of projects in 10,000ft and the tool is a little slow at times. It would be great to have a drag & drop mode in the planning overview.

10k reporting is not the most intuitive and it can sometimes be cumbersome to drill down to get the information I'm looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is interesting to be able to see in 10,000ft the line graphs that show the progress or time consumption in the projects, as well as it is easy to see who worked on each project and how much time they invested, as well as being able to review the budget and costs.

The option to divide projects by time, expense, and progress is great.

- The option to create the final project report is good but there should be more filters.

- The "Times and expenses" report screen is pleasing to the eye.

- The pages display a lot of information that is sometimes not easy to digest for someone who is not familiar with the data. As an Account Executive, I cannot distinguish the most important data from the irrelevant.

The project reports should have more filters to only show the data that interests the client.

- The "Today" personal hours report screen is not entirely understandable.

My company primarily uses 10,000ft for time tracking and client project tracking. Its easy to enter and approve time and the analytics reporting does the job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The mobile site still needs work, especially for logging time for time tracking purposes. The site struggles to save entered time tracking and information for each task. I don't like that when I log in it opens up on the current week even though I am behind a couple of weeks. It would make a lot of sense for it to automatically start on the week that you have left off even if it is a couple of weeks behind the current week. I also would like it to remember past job codes that I used. It would be a lot easier to delete the ones I don't need than to go back in and find them every single week. It's useful for me to see not only how many hours I have in a project but to see how many hours a delegated task takes others in our team. It really helps keep all team time in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface takes some getting used to and I don't find percentage time and project phases that useful but there are ways of using it that means you don't need to use this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
