That it automatically adds up the hours. I don't know what else to say. It awkward that you have a minimum requirement for this field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Resource Management by Smartsheet? I don't like that when I log in it opens up on the current week even though I am behind a couple of weeks. It would make a lot of sense for it to automatically start on the week that you have left off even if it is a couple of weeks behind the current week. I also would like it to remember past job codes that I used. It would be a lot easier to delete the ones I don't need than to go back in and find them every single week. Here are a couple tips that that might reduce some of the timesheet friction you’re experiencing: 1. The minimum hour requirement is a setting that an account admin can change from your Account Settings. It can essentially be disabled by setting that field to 0. 2. From your timesheet, there’s a button towards the top to “Report Time for Something Else”. If you click this, the first option in the drop down is “Add rows from previous week”. This will pull in any projects you had in last week’s timesheet, so it should make it quicker to get to what you need. Hope that helps! What do you dislike about Resource Management by Smartsheet? Should make 'confirm time' feature configurable so that admins can turn it on/off. Some team members use this as a short cut which means they're not representing the hours they worked accurately. example: Tom is allocated for 4 hours but he actually worked for 10.
