They kept their communications clear, reached out to welcome, and all in all, did not pester me. RemotePass operates in a space that is to a certain extent mission critical for any company. The experience team members go through when joining a company is extremely important in setting the tone for culture and processes within a company. Meanwhile, it is not a core function (or revenue generating function) for most, or all companies. As such, I was looking for a provider that could serve my needs in a way that is highly efficient and streamlined without having to hop on many calls to figure it out. As such, I loved the comfort of setting it up and forgetting about it while having trust and confidence in the fact that I am compliant with local regulations and can easily pay my team members. **What problems is RemotePass solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed to hire my 3rd cofounder in London without any significant overheads or operational nightmares. I did it with RemotePass in mere minutes. I pretty much self-onboarded. This speaks volumes about the product design/UI/UX. Nothing was confusing, minimal clicks and everything is explained super clearly. We are already looking at hiring additional team members, some of which, will be remote as well and so it'll be easy to hire them there. With RemotePass, these requirements are taken care of from day one, and I have always gotten paid on time. The best feature for all contractors is the invoice history, where you have a record of all your payments all in one place, even if you were to leave your employer. Also, the fund withdrawal functionality is very handy, as I don't need to worry about details. **What do you dislike about RemotePass?** Would be very nice to add an option of customizing a withdrawal, e.g., adding a reference or a note, or stating a payment purpose. Also, the cards are a very good addition, but I am excited to see the physical one! **What problems is RemotePass solving and how is that benefiting you?** First of all, the documentation part of the work. It's very important for a contractor to have all the documents in place and have them mutually signed within a system. Also, the payments are very important, as it saves a lot of time. ### 34.
