I was paid on RemotePass on 31 th May. I submitted a withdrawal request to my local bank account on the same day and received an email the same day saying that "Your withdrawal transaction is processed and transfer is on its way to you." But I received another email on 2nd June with the same message, "Your withdrawal transaction is processed and transfer is on its way to you." It means that the request was delayed for 2 or 3 more days. I contacted the chat to ask about what happened, and I was told that the withdrawal was confirmed from your side on 3rd Jun and that it takes approximately 2-4 business days. and I found that RemotePass working days are from Monday to Friday But banks in Egypt are working from Sunday to Thursday This means there are only four overlapping days between your bank and banks in Egypt, which may delay the payment too. I dealt with other Banks like "Wise." The payment was delivered to the local bank in Egypt after precisely two days, and many times, it was sent to me the next day to my bank. The best thing about it is how easy it is to use - I never have to worry about missing a payment or not receiving the proper documentation associated with it. It's all taken care of from day one, which is a huge relief for someone like me who relies on getting paid on time. What's more, RemotePass has an amazing feature called the invoice history, where I can see a record of all my payments in one place. This is incredibly helpful, especially if I ever leave my employer and need to keep track of my payment history. Overall, I'm very happy with RemotePass and would definitely recommend it to other remote contractors looking for a reliable way to receive their payments. The platform is secure, user-friendly, and ensures that I always get paid on time - what more could I ask for? **What do you dislike about RemotePass?** For one, I was disappointed to find out that I couldn't use my money to make purchases from the platform - this feature is currently only available in beta through the Debit Card feature, which isn't available to everyone yet. This limitation has been frustrating for me, as I was hoping to be able to use RemotePass as an all-in-one solution for my payment and purchasing needs. Additionally, while I appreciate that RemotePass is still in the growing phase, there are times when I feel like the platform is missing certain features or capabilities that would be useful to me. While the team is always open to feedback and requests, it can be frustrating to have to wait for these features to be added to the product roadmap. Overall, while RemotePass has its benefits, the platform still has some limitations that can be frustrating for users. It's amazing. **What do you dislike about RemotePass?** This isn't exactly a "bad" review. Just an issue I faced that I think was an inconvenience. As a Nigerian, the NIN (National Identification Number) is the primary means of identification. And while this document is recognised and accepted on RemotePass, they failed to verify it. It took the intervention of my employer and a brief chat with customer support.
