**What do you like best about Raptor Services?**

Raptor Services’ personalization solutions for both webshops and email are straightforward to use and consistently deliver impressive results. This makes their advanced personalization tools a valuable and effective asset in my daily work.

The support team at Raptor Services stands out for being both solution-oriented and proactive. Whenever I encounter an edge case, it’s evident that they make every effort to address my needs. They almost always provide an answer, and if they don’t have one immediately, they quickly find a suitable solution. That’s a significant advantage!

Overall, Raptor Services has proven to be a reliable, proactive, and highly competent partner.

Honestly, there's nothing negative to say about Raptor Services.

**What problems is Raptor Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Raptor provides our webshop visitors with a more personalized experience across all our product sliders. In addition, Raptor also displays products in our newsletter that match each permissions interests. This means that all our product recommendations are updated dynamically. A major advantage is that the recommendations are based on user data and interests – not on what we think is best to show. Raptor’s technology saves us a lot of time, as it automatically selects relevant products. If we had to do it manually, it would be a slow and time-consuming process. With Raptor’s services, we can therefore use our resources more efficiently.

**What do you like best about Raptor Services?**

We are very pleased with our collaboration with Raptor Services. It’s clear to us that their solution – both the website and email recommendations – supports our daily work in a great way. The system is reliable, and we continuously see that the recommendations hit exactly what we need.

Another major strength is the excellent contact and support setup at Raptor. Our main contact person is always friendly, quick to respond, and easy to communicate with, which creates a smooth and trusting collaboration. In addition, we have a skilled technical contact who is thorough and solution-oriented. Whenever we face technical challenges or want to adjust our setup, things are handled professionally and efficiently.

All these elements make the collaboration flexible and genuinely cooperative. We feel like a valued partner, not just another customer. With Raptor Services, we can develop and optimize our digital recommendation flow for both website and email, while feeling confident that strong technical expertise and personal support are always behind us.

**What do you dislike about Raptor Services?**

Although we are generally very happy with our collaboration with Raptor, there have also been some challenges along the way. When we launched our new website, we were moved to a new version of Raptor’s platform at the same time. Unfortunately, the version wasn’t fully tested, and the documentation kept changing without our development agency being informed. This created confusion and resulted in extra development work and many internal hours on our side.

At times, the process felt quite chaotic. That said, we do feel that Raptor learned from the experience and made an effort to compensate us for the inconvenience. It showed us that they take responsibility and are committed to improving their processes.

**What problems is Raptor Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Raptor’s product recommendation engine across both our website and our email marketing, and the results have been very positive. The recommendations are relevant and well-timed, helping us present products that actually match what our customers are interested in. This has noticeably improved our overall performance metrics — including click-through rates and conversions — while also reducing the amount of manual work our team needs to do.

Previously, a lot of effort went into setting up product selections and content. With Raptor’s automated recommendations, this process has become much more efficient, allowing our marketing team to focus on strategy and creativity rather than repetitive tasks. The system runs smoothly, and we can clearly see how it adds value to our digital communication and customer experience.

Looking ahead, we plan to start using Raptor’s CDP in 2026. We expect this will take our personalization even further by giving us a better overview of our customer data and allowing us to connect insights across channels. We see it as a natural next step in our collaboration with Raptor, and we’re excited to explore how the CDP can help us strengthen customer engagement and make our communication even more relevant.

Working with Raptor’s CDP has been a very positive experience. The setup process is straightforward and does not require any developer expertise, making it accessible even for teams without dedicated developers. The user-friendly interface turns data management into an enjoyable task rather than an intimidating one.

Additionally, the support team stands out for being genuinely helpful and highly proactive.

**What do you dislike about Raptor Services?**

If I had to point out a drawback, it would be the lack of auto-generated audiences in the CDP when you first start importing data. Having some ready-made audiences could help spark ideas for how to begin working with customer data, since the wide range of options can make it challenging to know where to start.

Raptor Services solves the challenge of fragmented customer data by consolidating information from multiple sources into a single, comprehensive profile. This enables better personalization and more informed decision-making. Additionally Raptor helps clean, standardize, and enrich customer data, reducing errors and inconsistencies. One tool that stands out is the Data Manager, which is extremely helpful in managing and organizing data efficiently.

**What do you like best about Raptor Services?**

Raptor makes it really easy to work with advanced personalization across both triggered emails and campaigns. The setup is clean, the logic is flexible, and we love how fast we can move from idea to execution. It handles complex data really well, but never feels complicated to use. It just works – and that’s gold when you're managing multiple channels and deadlines.

Also, the team behind Raptor is great – they’re super helpful when you run into weird edge cases (which we sometimes do due to our setup), and they’re not afraid to develop new features when something’s missing and it makes sense. They’re proactive, solution-oriented, and genuinely nice to work with!

**What do you dislike about Raptor Services?**

At this point, I honestly don’t have anything negative to say – except maybe that replies can take a little time sometimes. But that’s probably just because they’re busy solving all our tricky questions behind the scenes ;)

**What problems is Raptor Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Raptor helps us connect behavioral data to personalized email content – without having to build everything from scratch ourselves. It solves the challenge of making our communication timely and relevant based on what users actually do on-site. For us in CRM, it also saves a lot of manual work: we can now quickly build the product assets for our emails, which we used to do manually in Photoshop. In the past, our buyers even selected each product by hand – so having Raptor handle this part dynamically has been a huge time-saver and lets us scale personalization across campaigns and triggers.

**What do you like best about Raptor Services?**

I like the fact that Raptor is one step ahead. Everyone is talking AI today, but when I studied for the Raptor User Certification in 2019 I learned and read all about AI, machine learning, deep learning etc. On top of that I've on and off been a user of Raptor Services in different situations, and I've always succeded in using the service to our advantage.

I also remember the Raptor team being very cooperative when I implemented Raptor for Salesforce back in 2016-2017-ish and together we succeeded. Even today that is a very valuable memory.

And of course the friendliness and the eagerness to support and assist and to have open, honest discussions are valued a lot!

**What do you dislike about Raptor Services?**

I'm not sure. Maybe the cost as it's moving into (or feeling like) an enterprice solution, but I've never been in charge of negotiations, and those that have, have never felt the need to complaint when measuring effect vs cost

**What problems is Raptor Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to segment my marketing and stay relevant in a way that would be very hard to maintain on my own. As a recent user of the Raptor CDP this have become even more valuable

We had an incident where we were not kept updated about a task that took much longer than what you had initially said. It was a bit unfortunate.

The data can sometimes be a bit inaccurate, though I'm not sure it's solely due to Raptor services.

It solves a lot of manual tasks, such as pulling data lists. With the CDP, all data lists become dynamic and precise. And you can build many more audiences than before, when everything was manual and handled manually.

From my pespective we could have used a better approach to their products.

the rapid switching and expertise of colleagues ensures that collaboration runs quickly and smoothly.


The modular structure of the raptor package ensures that you are not immediately tied to a large package.

Raptor currently has no Dutch active support employees. However, English is easy to switch.

**What do you like best about Raptor Services?**

I really like that you can use the CDP without IT involvement. You get easy access to customer data and can built your own attributes and audiences quick. One of the features I reaaly think is cool in the audiencebuilder is the Audience insights. Here you can quickly get an overview of the Customer Lifetime Value of this specific segment and compare it to the rest of the customer data base. A thing I also used very much is the  instant calculation of how many people there are in an audience. In this way we can test a hypothesis easy and see how many people who are in the audience and which value they have for the business. This is normally a super complex tasks, but with Raptor CDP you can do it in minutes.

**What do you dislike about Raptor Services?**

It is near realtime, but not 100% realtime, but close to. It does not do the journey orchestration like in the last mile system. It would be cool to have the whole customer journey visualised so you could create the joruney orchestration or business rules in the cDP, so you can connect the different experiences.

Raptor is helping uniting the customer experience across recommendation, search, merchandising, email and CDP. So it connect the personalized custome rjourney by knowing what product or content to present, and what commercial requirements that needs to be taken into account (merchandising) and secure the right target group/segment.

Raptor is a strong powerful product. Raptor works best if you have a large product catalog and purchase activity, combining both offline and online metrics to build the best results for you. It is a requirement really, which is too bad for companies with a low amount of products.

Raptor helps with recommending products for each individual in our email marketing platform. This can be based on various configurations and categories.

Raptor also helps with identifying customer behavior on the website of our customers and triggering our marketing automation platform to send out omnichannel communication with for example product visits, back in stock, .. and more.

Because of the customized solutions, it's often necessary to contact Raptor, which makes the process a bit longer. This also applies if something needs to be changed in Raptor-specific email flows, for example triggers or in the design. It would be amazing to be able to change more things yourself.

Raptor makes it possible to personalize campaign emails, email flows and the content on our website at a level that was difficult before the integration. All in all, the Raptor integration creates a better experience for the customer.

**What do you like best about Raptor Services?**

Raptor Services web personalisation and product recommandation engine are easy to implement and bring value in a few weeks. Their user interface is easy to understand. You see what you will get. 
What I also like is their academy platform. It is well built to help you as user follow your progress. It is based on a step by step learning approach that encourages you to pursue till you get certified.
Furthermore their teams are there to help you on the different steps of your onboarding journey. From demo, learning, implementation to building your first audiences there is always someone available to help.
Finally I also like the possibilities to connect to other external solutions like campaign orchestrations tools or content management systems.

**What do you dislike about Raptor Services?**

The downside of Raptor Services today is the languages in which the user interface is available. Some technical profiles would need this to be sure to perform the right action. If I were to mention one small thing, I would like for behavioral triggers to mention exactly how they are configured in the Dashboard. Yes you can create a description but why not add that as soon as the trigger is created? Next would be to also make this information available in our e-mail platform in the flows.

For us, inspiration is a major factor in increasing the conversion rate and also lowering the conversion time. The Raptor product was extremely adaptable to connect to the different feeds and API's we had available in the company. This menat that we were able to make use of exisiting feeds without have to create new ones. The Raptor product also allowed us to create highly customised modules that provide all the attributes we needed to reference in our emails

It would be better if we we able to self-serve test data from the live tracking feeds however that being said our Raptor consultant is very proactive is providing this data at a quick turnaround.

We are using Raptor to further personalise one of email communications that we send on mass to users who have interacted with our site. Raptor has allowed us to improve the personalisation of these emails by following up on the specific product types the user has enganged with, without us having to do extensive development on our websites and in our CRM platform to intergrate with those product feeds directly - Raptor has been able to do all of that for us in an efficient timeline. 

This increased personalisation has led to an increase in conversion and click rates on our emails

What I particularly appreciate about Raptor is not only their top-notch technology, but also their willingness to support us in creating a solution that is customizable and scalable, meeting both our current and future needs and use cases.

During the implementation of Raptor's E-mail Personalization & Triggers, we encountered challenges with the help section and documentation on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Fortunately, we were able to rely on the expertise of an individual who had collaborated with Raptor for several years. While their support was invaluable, I would have preferred to have more autonomy and be able to handle the implementation ourselves.
