What do you like best about Raptor Services?

We are very pleased with our collaboration with Raptor Services. It’s clear to us that their solution – both the website and email recommendations – supports our daily work in a great way. The system is reliable, and we continuously see that the recommendations hit exactly what we need.

Another major strength is the excellent contact and support setup at Raptor. Our main contact person is always friendly, quick to respond, and easy to communicate with, which creates a smooth and trusting collaboration. In addition, we have a skilled technical contact who is thorough and solution-oriented. Whenever we face technical challenges or want to adjust our setup, things are handled professionally and efficiently.

All these elements make the collaboration flexible and genuinely cooperative. We feel like a valued partner, not just another customer. With Raptor Services, we can develop and optimize our digital recommendation flow for both website and email, while feeling confident that strong technical expertise and personal support are always behind us. What do you dislike about Raptor Services?

Although we are generally very happy with our collaboration with Raptor, there have also been some challenges along the way. When we launched our new website, we were moved to a new version of Raptor’s platform at the same time. Unfortunately, the version wasn’t fully tested, and the documentation kept changing without our development agency being informed. This created confusion and resulted in extra development work and many internal hours on our side.

At times, the process felt quite chaotic. That said, we do feel that Raptor learned from the experience and made an effort to compensate us for the inconvenience. It showed us that they take responsibility and are committed to improving their processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I had to point out a drawback, it would be the lack of auto-generated audiences in the CDP when you first start importing data. Having some ready-made audiences could help spark ideas for how to begin working with customer data, since the wide range of options can make it challenging to know where to start. What do you like best about Raptor Services?

Raptor makes it really easy to work with advanced personalization across both triggered emails and campaigns. The setup is clean, the logic is flexible, and we love how fast we can move from idea to execution. It handles complex data really well, but never feels complicated to use. It just works – and that’s gold when you're managing multiple channels and deadlines.

Also, the team behind Raptor is great – they’re super helpful when you run into weird edge cases (which we sometimes do due to our setup), and they’re not afraid to develop new features when something’s missing and it makes sense. What do you like best about Raptor Services?

I like the fact that Raptor is one step ahead. Everyone is talking AI today, but when I studied for the Raptor User Certification in 2019 I learned and read all about AI, machine learning, deep learning etc. On top of that I've on and off been a user of Raptor Services in different situations, and I've always succeded in using the service to our advantage.

I also remember the Raptor team being very cooperative when I implemented Raptor for Salesforce back in 2016-2017-ish and together we succeeded. Even today that is a very valuable memory.

And of course the friendliness and the eagerness to support and assist and to have open, honest discussions are valued a lot! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Raptor Services?

I'm not sure. Maybe the cost as it's moving into (or feeling like) an enterprice solution, but I've never been in charge of negotiations, and those that have, have never felt the need to complaint when measuring effect vs cost Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
