What do you like best about Raptor Services?

We are very pleased with our collaboration with Raptor Services. It’s clear to us that their solution – both the website and email recommendations – supports our daily work in a great way. The system is reliable, and we continuously see that the recommendations hit exactly what we need.

Another major strength is the excellent contact and support setup at Raptor. Our main contact person is always friendly, quick to respond, and easy to communicate with, which creates a smooth and trusting collaboration. In addition, we have a skilled technical contact who is thorough and solution-oriented. Whenever we face technical challenges or want to adjust our setup, things are handled professionally and efficiently.

All these elements make the collaboration flexible and genuinely cooperative. We feel like a valued partner, not just another customer. With Raptor Services, we can develop and optimize our digital recommendation flow for both website and email, while feeling confident that strong technical expertise and personal support are always behind us. What do you dislike about Raptor Services?

Although we are generally very happy with our collaboration with Raptor, there have also been some challenges along the way. When we launched our new website, we were moved to a new version of Raptor’s platform at the same time. Unfortunately, the version wasn’t fully tested, and the documentation kept changing without our development agency being informed. This created confusion and resulted in extra development work and many internal hours on our side.

At times, the process felt quite chaotic. That said, we do feel that Raptor learned from the experience and made an effort to compensate us for the inconvenience. It showed us that they take responsibility and are committed to improving their processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
