What do you like best about Queue-it?

Besides the ease of use, the best part of using Queue-It has to be dedicated, quick customer support. Setting up queues has become second nature, as we typically set those up multiple times a week, but I have often needed just a question or two answered randomly, small or large, and have been able to reach out to their support and get a response most of the time within the hour. What do you dislike about Queue-it?

There's not too much to say regarding the downsides, but if I would call out anything then simply, the admin UI could use some more help. I've used Queue-It for 5+ years and it's looked the same the entire time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to set use once you've gotten it all set up, and excellent support from Queue-It when set up is proving difficult. Easy to customise and multi-language support is vital. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you have a complex set up it can be a laborious process with a lot of hoops to jump through, I think the interface could be redesigned to be more intuitive to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool is intuitive and customizable. Graphs and statistics play a bigger role in understanding what happened during the event. Customer support is of great help when needed to troubleshoot any issue or when we have a question about configuration. Enjoyed working with the tool and support team in the last 6 years. Works well to handle the charge. With the token we can also force a user to be logged in before reaching the queue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

Pretty hard and not easy to customize the template. We had to inject JS to customize everything.

It would be also great if we can choose how many user we want to leave the queue instead of a number/minute Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
