Besides the ease of use, the best part of using Queue-It has to be dedicated, quick customer support. Setting up queues has become second nature, as we typically set those up multiple times a week, but I have often needed just a question or two answered randomly, small or large, and have been able to reach out to their support and get a response most of the time within the hour. There's not too much to say regarding the downsides, but if I would call out anything then simply, the admin UI could use some more help. I've used Queue-It for 5+ years and it's looked the same the entire time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
