What do you like best about Queue-it?

The support I got from Queue-it especially Karen Yick and Fangbin Li was really impressive and appreciated. I remember we had a very tight schedule for our project at that moment. Karen's response was instant and very helpful throughout the whole POC and procurement process. Fangbin also provide great technical support to us when we were facing the integration issue. What do you dislike about Queue-it?

Although Queue-it has a user-friendly admin console to set up and config the waiting room, I indeed faced some difficulties while I was integrating it into our application. I spent quite a lot of time understanding the flow of implementation. Some of the terminologies such as 'Known User' are confusing to a new user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Queue-it?

What do you like best about Queue-it?

This tool is like a life insurance for an ecommerce, no one wants to use it but if you need it is good to have it available. I have never experienced an issue with the tools itself and I always have a proper answer from the support or comercial teams when needed, so my experience is excellent sofar. What do you dislike about Queue-it?

I would like to improve the UX of the tool, the explanation of every control and the reporting tools inside the toos. Is not as intuitive as it could be. Probably some predefined reporting could be very useful, all customers may have to know same standard information (customer experience point of view when tool was used). What do you like best about Queue-it?

The platform is easy to use and quick to set up. Stable and does what it's supposed to do, help control incoming traffic so I don't kill my available resources in an event. It does require dedication to properly configure entry levels, queue size, and rejected people. With these actions it works very well. Queue-it is relatively simple to use, given its flexibility, its product enhancements are regular and invariably positive and easy to get to grips with, it is a robust service that conveys a feeling of fairness to our customers and the Queue-it customer support team respond very quickly and always with solutions to the issues I raise. What do you like best about Queue-it?

Queue-it is able to help us regulate the flow of customers coming to our site during major events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

There should be a feature where Queue-it can track the number of customers in our site.

There will then be a setting for us to set to specify we only allow X number of customers in our website. When the threshold is met, Queue-it to stop letting customers in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Queue-it?

THIRD YEAR OF USING IT: I kept notes and this turned out to be critical. Once you've done a set up you can repeat it. Team very helpful: product support architect and account manager and were both knowledgeable and quick to respond, in the preparation AND in the panic that set in when I remembered a critical factor in the days before launch.

FIRST YEAR OF USING IT: Technical side works very well, seems very reliable, set up is complex (by my standrds), but once you've got there it's solid. Support team are very knowledgeable and helpful. Our use of the product was a bit unconventional so once they'd got their head round what we were trying to doing they began to think it through and offer advice on problems in an intelligent and supportive manner that was as good or even better than their technical ability. Things that I'd forgotten they reminded me of. Design team on the ball, produced good work and had a fast turnaround. When customers are using the product there is a great dashboard that tells you what is going on and allows you to communicate with customers, which was very helpful when we had technical problems at the start of the sale. What do you dislike about Queue-it?

THIRD YEAR OF USING IT: nothing I dislike. I find that like all software configuration it takes time, so I was glad that I had couple of weeks in hand to begin with.

FIRST YEAR OF USING IT: I'm in the marketing dept and it took me a bit of time to get my head around how it worked. The missing link turned out to be something that might have been obvious to me had I been a developer. It did take them a while to work what I didn't know. Their product had to interact with our website in a particular way so I needed to work out what cookies our site uses and how. What do you like best about Queue-it?

We've been using Queue-It for years to manage web traffic for ticketing on-sales for popular events, and it has never failed us!
