There are so many things to like about ProfitPeak. Being able to accurately get a breakdown into profitibability within the business across the whole business has been a game changer. It's integrations into all of our key platforms, ingestion of data and being able to then attribute accordingly as well as provide a proper dissection of the business revenue sources is so clear and helps to inform business decisions. The klaviyo integration itself could be a separate product because it does so well in being able to identify customers from our own sources to ensure privacy is maintained as well as provide an 10x ROI. Their Sherpa AI makes the data accessible and easy to use, that is if you prefer to converse over the data instead of looking at the easily read UI. Support has been fantastic and alot of vendors should aspire to the level of responsiveness achieved at ProfitPeak.
