Honestly, the scale and speed. We’ve never been able to reach this many people this fast without hiring a big team. Pete & Gabi sound surprisingly human, and they’re consistent — no missed follow-ups, no fatigue. Whether it's re-engaging old leads or screening job applicants, they just get it done. It’s like having extra team members who never sleep.
They're incredibly efficient. We used Pete to revive old customer accounts and ended up closing a deals from a single call — within the first week. We’ve also saved hours of recruiter time by having her screen and pre-qualify candidates. The summaries and scoring they generate are super helpful too — no digging through call notes. Some internal folks expected them to magically solve everything from day one, but there’s a bit of setup involved. Once that’s done, though, it runs smoothly.
It’s not a “set it and forget it” tool — at least not right away. You’ll get the best results if you treat it like a real team member: train it, monitor early runs, and fine-tune the flow. It also doesn’t fully replace human reps in complex or high-touch situations, but it clears a lot of the front-end work so your team can focus where it matters.
