**What do you like best about Pete & Gabi?**

Since October 2025, we’ve conducted hundreds of interviews through the platform, and the biggest improvement for our team has been the efficiency after the interview process. The structured evaluations, automated summaries, and candidate scoring helped our recruiters focus only on the strongest profiles instead of reviewing every recording manually.
Another major advantage is the pricing structure. Unlike most platforms we evaluated, there is no yearly subscription or long-term commitment. We simply pay per completed interview, usually between $4–$8 depending on the interview format and duration. For our hiring volume, that model has been extremely practical and cost-effective.

**What do you dislike about Pete & Gabi?**

The ATS integration setup took a little longer than we initially expected because we needed to align it with our existing workflow. It was manageable, but companies planning a quick rollout should account for some setup time. More advanced reporting and filtering options would also be useful as hiring scales further.

**What problems is Pete & Gabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main challenge was recruiter bandwidth. A large amount of time was being spent reviewing recordings and manually evaluating candidates during the screening stage. Rebecca AI reduced that workload significantly. Automated scoring and summaries now help us identify qualified candidates much faster, allowing the recruiting team to spend their time on meaningful follow-up conversations instead of reviewing every application manually. As a company focused on automation solutions ourselves, continuing with a highly manual hiring process no longer made sense, and this platform helped solve that gap effectively.

Smart AI for inbound and outbound calling, plus the Rebecca AI interviewer, which I consider the best of the best.

nothing like that all working good and they also very good with the service

We handle 1000's of calls that we receive or make, and it saves us lots of time. Rebecca, the interviewer, also saves us a lot of time by screening candidates and providing a good summary, which helps us a lot.

I like being able to call a bulk of people, around 5,000 a day as part of the sales outreach. It integrates seamlessly with my CRM and automatically sends calls based on scheduling or availability. This automation means I don't have to manually call anyone, which saves me a lot of time.

Sometimes I would hope it would be better if my voice could also be added there and it could sound just like me.

Pete & Gabi helps automate sales outreach, enabling me to call about 5,000 people daily. It's integrated with my CRM for automatic scheduling, eliminating manual calls and saving time.

**What do you like best about Pete & Gabi?**

Honestly, the scale and speed. We’ve never been able to reach this many people this fast without hiring a big team. Pete & Gabi sound surprisingly human, and they’re consistent — no missed follow-ups, no fatigue. Whether it's re-engaging old leads or screening job applicants, they just get it done. It’s like having extra team members who never sleep.

They're incredibly efficient. We used Pete to revive old customer accounts and ended up closing a deals from a single call — within the first week. We’ve also saved hours of recruiter time by having her screen and pre-qualify candidates. The summaries and scoring they generate are super helpful too — no digging through call notes. It’s all there, clean and organized.

**What do you dislike about Pete & Gabi?**

Some internal folks expected them to magically solve everything from day one, but there’s a bit of setup involved. Once that’s done, though, it runs smoothly.

It’s not a “set it and forget it” tool — at least not right away. You’ll get the best results if you treat it like a real team member: train it, monitor early runs, and fine-tune the flow. It also doesn’t fully replace human reps in complex or high-touch situations, but it clears a lot of the front-end work so your team can focus where it matters.

**What problems is Pete & Gabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are helping us tackle two major problems: the time and effort it takes to reach out to large volumes of contacts, and the lack of follow-through on leads or applicants. Before them, we had thousands of dormant accounts and unqualified applicants just sitting in the system. Now, one handles outbound outreach, verifies contacts, and even sets meetings — all without needing extra headcount. The other, screens applicants with structured interviews and gives us shortlists that actually make sense. We’re saving time, closing deals faster, and our team finally has breathing room to focus on what really matters.
