It's difficult to navigate their invoicing system. The layout takes digging around to find where everything is, and even though I've used it often, it's still frustrating at times to navigate. A simple drop-down menu with frequently used functions would be helpful versus the tabs across the top that have you searching around the platform to find what you need. What I like most about PayPal Invoicing is how quick and straightforward it is. The downsides in my opinion are the fees, especially if you're doing larger transactions. They are higher than some other payment gateways, I work for a company in the UK and am based in India, and they pay me via PayPal, sometimes the fees are as much as $90 which is not a small amount. I like that PayPal Invoicing is very easy to use. It's the easiest platform I've ever used. The support is also very good. I appreciate that it saves all of my line items and tracks outstanding invoices that are open. One customers are allow the option to pay by ACH, there should be a clear message to the customer that there may be delays in the payment. Sometimes delays in the payment cause delays in production. It’s quick and easy to use, and customers already trust PayPal with their credit card information, so they aren’t hesitant to pay an invoice directly from the invoice when they receive it.
