The invoice template is robust enough to allow us to add the many line items we bill to our teaching partners. Still, it s simple enough, on both the administrative and recipient end, that the form is easy to navigate and understand. **What do you dislike about PayPal Invoicing?** When creating an invoice, the system can sometimes glitch when adding a line item to a new invoice or existing template. Often, an additional blank line item is automatically added to the end of the invoice and needs to be deleted. Our most frequently used invoice template has many line items listed. Previously, some line items could be left blank, but now all line items need to have a charge in order for an invoice to be saved or sent, which means that we have to delete certain line items, some of which need to be added again later if changes are made. It would be more constructive if you could leave some invoice line items blank. **What problems is PayPal Invoicing solving and how is that benefiting you?** For registrants of our series programs that would like to pay per session, or for those registrants who require a payment plan, PayPal has been a big help in ensuring recurrent payments are sent automatically and on time.
