I was a bit surprised by the fees that were taken out automatically when sending an invoice for goods and services. Also, a little more transparency about how it works would be helpful, especially if you haven't used it before. I felt like I was fumbling around quite a bit trying to figure it out. I didn't realize that if I did a partial payment, it would continue to send the person reminders all the time, and I couldn't really find where to adjust that setting.
