It's easy to setup and send your first invoice, and I like that it has protections for buyers so everyone feels confident about the security of the transaction. When someone gets the invoice, it's very easy for them to pay using PayPal. Plus, it's nice that you can add your logo to the invoice for a touch of professionalism. The UI is fairly intuitive, but there are times where changing something takes me an extra few clicks. It's easy to create and use, which saves me time compared to manually creating invoices with programs like Word and sending a PDF. Pay Pal Invoicing is easy to crest an invoice and send to clients to collect payment. What I like most about PayPal Invoicing is how quick and straightforward it is. I can create an invoice in a couple of mins, plus most people have heard of PayPal so there's no issue when it comes to them making a payment. The downsides in my opinion are the fees, especially if you're doing larger transactions. They are higher than some other payment gateways, I work for a company in the UK and am based in India, and they pay me via PayPal, sometimes the fees are as much as $90 which is not a small amount.
