I don't like the language barriers with Owler. There's no native translation for non-English news or updates, which means it auto-translates content using basic machine translation. I will begin by saying that what I like most from Owler is, that it gathers huge amounts of information about companies. Such information would be crucial in the market research aimed at analyzing the company revenues and the number of employees in different divisions. It has a strong database, and it’s user friendly to access what you require. In particular, I love the fact that Owler provides to decision-makers updated and comprehensive details regarding company profiles. My strategy meeting and presentation have changed the games. It's easy to use and all laid out in a simple layout without overcomplicating anything. It was easy to setup and i like having the updates sent directly to my inbox, so that's one less tab to open up. Adding companies to lists and comany information is quick and easy, anyone can do it. I like the level of publically available news and information they provide on companies I choose to track. There are many different options for what I want to track. I do wish they would track persons in addition to companies. I guess Google alerts and LinkedIn could be sufficient for this purpose, but it will be great once owler supports this, which I think they eventually will. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Owler is very intuitive and easy to use. My favorite part about Owler is that it runs in the background on my browser. So I can start recording a meeting and still do other things on my computer without interrupting the transcription. With other competitors, when I left my internet browser, the recording would stop, which was super frustrating. I also like the fact that it connects to my Outlook calendar, so it knows what meeting I am in without me being distracted by typing a bunch of info at the top of the call. Finally, I love that it summarizes the call and organizes it by topic so I can quickly go back and reference specific points of the meeting.
