**What do you like best about Orchestry?**

We use Orchestry at iThink 365 and with our customers to streamline their approaches and make sure they are managing their Microsoft 365 effectively.
We love the look and feel, attention to detail, how well thought out and how productive it makes us and our customers.

We love how we can use it to keep our customers customers secure and an absolute no trainer for organisations who are 100 employees or more.

**What do you dislike about Orchestry?**

I wish we could get licenses for smaller organisations but understand the challenges with cloud platforms

**What problems is Orchestry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us to automate and delegate the workspace request and creation process. It is helping us managing the lifecycle of project sites.

This benefits is by allowing us to clean up old workspaces that are not needed any more which improves our users life's and makes things like search more effective.

It must be the totalt control you get from having a nice overview and ease of access to a lot of features. A lot of insights are available and it's ability to automate a lot of manual tasks saves time!

And it has a great UI! It looks and feels modern.

Not much really. It does it's job in a good way.

**What problems is Orchestry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problems with governance and lifecycle management. We benefit from greater control over guest users, more automated tasks, more usage of the right tools for the job and templates for workspaces.

Orchestry transforms governance in the workplace by simplifying workspace creation, providing insights into tenant usage, and streamlining guest user access management. **What do you like best about Orchestry?**

Orchestry immediately demonstrates its value as soon as its implemented by displaying rich, easily consumable information on your tenant that you otherwise wouldn't see, or would require deeper technical knowledge to gather (not to mention th time involved in analysing it). We have seen multiple cases where jaws have dropped when seeing how a tenant is really being used, and to be able to then use the same tool to clean things up and keep things running smoothly there onwards has been great. Not just from a site/team management and lifecycle perspective but the ease at which you can create processes to manage the provisioning of these areas in a smooth, governed manner through a simple form that staff access in Teams.

**What do you dislike about Orchestry?**

I wouldn't say that there's anything I particularly dislike. It's a continually growing product and the team at Orchestry are great at looking for real-world problems to solve, as well as listening to feedback from customers to continually evolve the solution.

**What problems is Orchestry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy access to see how the tenant is being used by staff and understanding the scale of what people tend to refer to as their "wild west". It's also great to better manage when and how sites/Teams are created (and who can authorise them) to keep things in check going forward.

**What do you like best about Orchestry?**

Orchestry takes the headache away from two key audiences within Microsoft 365. First, admins are able to set a comprehensive goverance approach ensuring collaborative workspaces and users are created and maintained in accrodance with their organisations needs. Second, end users don't have to worry about how or what they should be creating, with pre-built workspaces that can deploy templated sites, apps and more. The user interface is simple to follow allowing non-technical users an easy way to create Teams, Communities and Sites with ease.

**What do you dislike about Orchestry?**

There's not much to dislike about the product. The feature roadmap is continually being developed which shows that even missing features or nice to have's are always being considered for future use cases.

**What problems is Orchestry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orchestry allows our team to safely and securely manage guest access to our environment, spin up externally facing project sites and decomission the workspaces and content via the archival functionality. We are also using naming conventions that allow us to ensure user accounts (Guests) are created in a consistent way allowing our users to easily identify who's who.

Orchestry is fantastically well designed.  It is intuitive and, certainly compared to its competition, is incredibly easy to setup and configure.  IT staff love it as do end users.

**What do you like best about Orchestry?**

Considering my rather short experience with the product, my best experiences with the product are 1. easy installation 2. easy to use 3. user interface is great 4. capability managing companies governance model

**What do you dislike about Orchestry?**

there is nothing to complain about in the product itself, at least I haven't found anything to complain about so far. However, more europeformat localization would be great even in the level of changing time formats to 24h mode or changing date formats in reports to DDDD/MM/YYYY. All and all great product.

**What problems is Orchestry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The product helps me manage the ordering of new workspaces and groups, offering them different templates to choose from. Managing inactive users (and guests) and different lifecycle models are important to me. I don't understand much about policies, but I know their importance and I know that the product will help me with them in the future.

Teams governance and life cycle management.  It helps us manage the sprawl of our Teams environment.

Probably that it doesn't do more for us other than just Teams.  Their are some new security features being added which are going to help us a ton so we know the product is evolving quickly.

The automation of new Team sites, governing the lifecycle of an un-used Team site and the reporting features to clean up our team sites to make it more usable for the firm.

I like Orchestry because it is a powerful and easy-to-use product that helps me manage and govern my Microsoft 365 Groups, Teams, and SharePoint sites. It allows me to create customized workspaces, control guest access, and monitor usage and adoption with insights and reports.

**What do you dislike about Orchestry?**

I do not like that Orchestry is a hard product to sell, because many potential customers do not understand how it can benefit them. It is frustrating to see them struggle with Microsoft 365 governance issues that Orchestry can easily solve. I wish more people would appreciate the value of Orchestry and how it can make their work more efficient and secure.

A clear tool and easy to use and learn. Implementation does not require much effort and security is at a high level. Customer IT Admins can easy their "life" using this tool and it´s reports. Orchestry is also easy to integrate example to Power Automate and have extended support for customer. With high level customer support you will newer get stuck and will have best possible support. All employees benefits the tool frecuency of use.

Localisation and language options should be also for Nordics (Finland).

Quest account cleaning. Tenant storage management, when all lifecycle is enabled to SharePoint / Teams. Lifecycle for Archiving and retention.

A fine product, with many options that can be a nice addition on top of the capabilities Microsoft has to offer. Guest reviews, guest access policies, lifecycle policies and much more. 

In addition, the lines of communication with the developers are short. Have a problem/ run into something? They contact you at short notice and look for a solution.

**What do you dislike about Orchestry?**

Actually, nothing comes to mind like that. As indicated, the lines of communication with the developers are short. Is there a problem? Then it is quickly resolved.

**What do you like best about Orchestry?**

The installation and configuration process for Orchestry is so efficient and intuitive that it took only 30 minutes to get this entirely up and running in the tenant. The reporting, dashboard and different governance options make this quickly the best tool I've used to manage the lifecycle of 365 groups and SharePoint site. The Orchestry team is super responsive and has so much helpful documentation in the Knowledge Base for all users.

**What do you dislike about Orchestry?**

I would say the main improvement from myself would be to make the approvals more intelligent and offer more options within the approval process as, at the minute, its just approvals against set users, maybe some branching on the approvals going forward might be a good enhancement.

**What problems is Orchestry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Orchestry we had an estate that consisted of duplicated teams & SharePoint sites, Orchestry allows us to apply different review policies to help keep the estate duplicate free, send approvals to the correct people and give some really cool and insightful dashboards/reports . It's helped the business ensure correct governance is applied to each team created and the document templates is a really useful feature!

It helps you quickly understand how messy your teams and M365 environment is. From there, it enables you to tidy up and create governance policies that keep the environment tidy. The tool makes life straightforward for the end users and helps IT to automate tedious and time-consuming tasks - leaving time for other tasks.

It’s a tool that is easy to use, but the best effects in an organization is by investing in adoption

Teams sprawl in general. The creation process and templates make it easy for self-service and straightforward for the end users what to do. The templates enable consistency, ensure findability, and drive adoption. It also helps enforce governance policies for expiration and archival.

What I like about Orchestry is that they have a product that is kept up to date, follows best practices and introduces new features at a fast cadence.

**What do you dislike about Orchestry?**

Nothing really, it is our go-to product for Teams governance and lifecycle automation and end-user delegation.

**What problems is Orchestry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They go beyond Teams governance and lifecycle and introduce reports and overviews, which help you stay on top of Teams sprawl. You can also enable Teams product owners to manage Teams sprawl without admin access and allow end users to easily order new Teams with templates. The challenge we see in the market is that it takes a lot of work to automate Teams lifecycle yourself.  PowerShell and Graph capabilities continuously change, meaning Teams lifecycle is ongoing. Keeping your Teams automation and lifecycle up to date is typically not what you want to spend your time on in IT, but rather help your users succeed with Teams and the Microsoft 365 platform.

**What do you like best about Orchestry?**

The tool is (beautifully) designed with people in mind, whether your are a busniness user or an admin. The functionalities for workspace templates, lifecycle management and guest management are crafted with a clear vision in mind: make life easier for those who use Microsoft 365 to get their work done. 
When guiding customers through their Microsoft 365 governance journey, we struggle with the all or nothing options that Microsoft provides ootb. Did you ever try to create automatic archiving for project Teams? Did you ever want to get an overview of inactive Teams and take immediate action on those Teams? Did you ever try to offer custom designed SharePoint templates to your users?  Did you ever want to restrict who can create Teams or wanted to add an approval process?  Without custom developemnt or making modifications in several admin centers, you probably didn't get far. 
With Orchestry you can add the granularity that most organizations need. Your can give ownership to business users, for things that IT can't/shouldn't decide. But with the insights and reports provided in the tool, admins can get an overwiew of the environment, and can take action when/where needed.
If you want to take Microsoft 365 governance seriously, invest in the Orchestry tool. It will save users and admins a lot of frustration and time.

Orchestry has been an incredible time-saver for us when it comes to creating new teams with the appropriate governance. Initially, we attempted to develop our own solution using PowerShell, but it turned out to be a time-consuming attempt. That's when we discovered Orchestry, and it has been a game-changer for us. The application is remarkably easy to set up and deploy, thanks to the comprehensive instructions provided on their support site. Additionally, they organize periodic webinars that further enhance the onboarding process.

One aspect that truly impressed us is the remarkable support we receive. Whenever we have a question or need assistance, Orchestry's support team promptly provides us with exceptional help. Their responsiveness and expertise have been invaluable to our experience with the platform."

**What do you like best about Orchestry?**

Orchestry is the only tool I found in the market to fill in all missing governance gaps in MS Teams and SharePoint. It does not only provide a very intuitive creation wizard, but takes care of the entire lifecycle of workspaces in a beautifully designed tool and has extensive dashboards to gain insights into your entire tenant. 
Their way of configuring lifecycle policies and being able to retroactively applying them to existing workspaces is the best. Next to that, the guest management dashboard and policies are extremely useful.  
They are also really responsive and thinking along with our very specific problems.
Overall, great tool with a huge ROI for companies!

**What do you dislike about Orchestry?**

The only thing I would love to see is the ability to use Orchestry in a more fine-grained manner security-wise. For example, when customers have multiple tenants they need to maintain  (school groups for instance), it would be a huge time saver being able to manage these tenants all together into one and the same Orchestry installation. I'm aware of the fact that this is a very specific request, but we do have some clients with that requirement.

**What problems is Orchestry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gaining insights in (existing) M365 tenants and gaining time in provisioning and managing templatized workspaces. Also, and this is what I like most, gaining insights on guests in the tenant and enforcing policies on them.

**What do you like best about Orchestry?**

In my work, the best part of Orchestry is that we can devise template sites for managing a repetitive business process and then use it as an evolving template for all future sites related to that process. When the process changes, you modify the template site, and new sites created will pick up the changes. The simplicity of changing the template is an ROI game changer as someone who can write custom code to do the same thing. Depending on the size of your organization, I cannot even perform yearly maintenance on the custom template code for the cost of Orchestry licenses.

Although this is the primary use case I focus on when recommending Orchestry to my clients, Orchestry does a lot more and is being improved upon constantly. Plus, the team is just a bunch of great people who, yes, are offering a SAAS product but also genuinely want their customers to succeed.

**What do you dislike about Orchestry?**

Obviously, with any SAAS product, there will be things you want to do that the product doesn't support. For the most part, Orchestry has minimized this issue by allowing custom code to hook into the process, but of course, limitations might still exist.

**What problems is Orchestry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I stated, many of my customers need site templates to be able to repetitively stand up new working areas to support their business processes. Historically, site templates are not well-supported in Microsoft 365, and Orchestry fills that gap beautifully.

First off, installation is so extremely quick and easy! This was a breeze, making it super convenient to get in and start setting up. We definitely love the convenience that is brought in by the workspace templating, as well as the lifecycle management dashboard. This makes it very easy to create teams and clean up unused ones just as quickly. Another thing worth mentioning is the fantastic governance solution found in the Guest Management dashboard! A+

At first installation, I think we had one webpart that seemed to not provision correctly, but maybe I just didn't have enough patience. I believe it's working fine now!

The only tiny thing I can say I'd change about Orchestry is to support the ability to change the Orchestry app's TITLE within Teams to a more user-intuitive one (like "Workspaces" or "Directory") - BUT I hear it's on their list of enhancement requests!

I am a contractor and I work with various tools and customers and for my customers that use Microsoft Teams or SharePoint and need to provision sites and maintain a governance plan, this is the best tool on the market. If you manage a Microsoft Office365 tenant, you really should invest in this tool.

I have yet to find a downside to Orchestry. If there is one, I have no idea what it is at this time.

Put in a little work upfront to setup templates, policies, etc.  After that, it can run on autopilot with you alerted when you need to act.  It seriously makes controlling sprawl and lifecycle management so much easier.  In addition, the company is constantly evolving the product with lots of new features and tweaks added monthly.

**What do you dislike about Orchestry?**

It does require a little planning on your part.  Although it's easy to get up and running, if you don't think through things a bit and just "plow ahead," it will require additional work down the road from you.

Ochestry helps both our company and our clients manage the chaos can that can sometimes surround Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.  It gathers information that is usually scattered across a host of admin sites into one logical area...and displays the information much better the Microsoft does!

Orchestry provides users with a defined set of automations and tools that allow for the easy and effective management of many aspects of their M365 environments. I have customers who utilise it to manage the entire lifecycle of elements like Teams and SharePoint repositories to support projects and business groups. From spinning them up, to closing and archiving data- complete with labels for easy search and retrieval. It's also brilliant to have in place before any type of migration activity in SharePoint environments too.

There are some things that Orchestry doesn't offer - that other(mostly far more expensive)  toolsets do - but this continues to be a winner on the value/cost scale.

Easy management of M365 lifecycle activities- particularly with Teams and SharePoint. It effectively allows an administrator to manage a range of tasks that would have traditionally taken a team to accomplish.

We were looking for a solution to our site and group provisioning needs.  We were looking for a tool to help control our sprawl and improve our governance model.  Orchestry fit our needs exactly.  It was easy to install and configure and it provides the extensibility we need for future efforts.

It is a bit pricey and ties us into an annual licensing arrangement.  But the cost to develop a custom solution was much higher.  It would be nice to see some additional branding options, but all in all, it meets our needs.

The downside to using Orchestry is the limitation in changing existing workspaces that were not provisioned by the App.

Nothing I have observed as of now which I should suggest to change.

Multiple platform like yammer, sharepoint can be reduced

I like this product most for the share point and teams templates. Insights for compliance and security. Reducing time for templates solutions

I like this product well but if we have more templates and better documentation
