Simple Interface, Easy Implementation, Templates save loads of time.
Governance automation at its finest and easiest. Orchestry helps our clients work better smarter faster. Reduces reliance on us or other vendors and employees to manage their 365 environment smartly and cost effectively.
Saves companies money in so many ways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Have not found anything significant as of yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
you can actually see where your data lives and has access to. Orchestry is also innovating a lot, with newer products lining up next to Orchestry's core business: Tenant optimalization.
Their support is good and reacts fast, we're more than happy to have Orchestry as a partner within our MSP company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As of now, you can't buy Orchestry as a subscription for a price per month. In a MSP world, that would be lovely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it offers complete and fantastic management that simplifies user management and lifecycle I loved how simple it is to keep our entire envirionment organized and improve productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far good and I hope its stays that way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Orchestry Team continually demonstrates their commitment to innovation for both the partner and the customer. I often use it to demonstrate the critical concepts and actions that an organization must do around governance and invariably the client says, "Why don't I just buy that instead of trying to do all this myself" ... it really does sell itself. It takes them too long to get out new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What Orchestry wouldn't do! Very nice UI, everything you need to manage your M365 and more. So many features already and continuously being developed and adding features. Good tool to manage for example external guests, archiving Teams, creating Teams templates etc. Installing is very easy. You can contact customer support in case of any problems. Cannot come up with any. Maybe that there are so many features it takes some time to get a grasp on everythig. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are an Orchestry partner. We use Orchestry ourselves and have worked with clients to implement Orchestry. Orchestry truly simplifies M365 management in several ways, reducing the burden on IT: Automation of workspace provisioning, workspace lifecycle management and workspace guest management. In addition, Orchestry is always working to enhance and improve the tool. The new recommendations feature enhances the ability for IT to identify potential issues in M365 and provides easy access to the information you need to resolve those issues. There are some things that are not yet supported within Orchestry such as private channels, shared channels and multi-geo. However, Orchestry has these things on their roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to create multiple templates to handle an organizations project needs and be successful. Tenant management and perfect view of any and all issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A couple web parts are still not the way I would like them to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Orchestry is a great tool for Teams and SharePoint Optimisation, and certainly improves the out of the box capabilities that Microsoft offers today. For example, wrapping up Teams Approvals and Provisioning, is a powerful way to manage Sites and Teams, and it does go beyond the standard capabilities, by incorporating guest access control and review, document templates and security reviews. In addition, over the last twelve months, we have seen improvements in the core capabilities of Orchestry, at no additional charge to the customers, which is a refreshing change to a common model of new features equalling additional licenses. Overall, Orchestry is a very good solution to consider when you are trying to get a handle of Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No concerns at the moment with Orchestry to highlight, although it is important to note that Orchestry is built around Modern SharePoint Teams, so Classic Team Sites, and whilst largely deprecated by Microsoft themselves, are not supported in Orchestry for provisioning and renewal, as they do not offer the capabilities of Modern Group Sites for Teams and SharePoint. Easy tool to deploy. Orchesty brings governance controls to organizations that want to manage Teams and SharePoint Sites, including external guests and membership of those Teams/Sites. Sure, you could do everything on your own as an admin with PowerShell and a lot of clicking, but Orchestry makes it easy (and auditable!) for managing requests and the lifecycle of collaboration. A new feature they recently rolled out makes Guest and Site management easy with built-in recommendations to clean up and manage collaboration. Using some of these new recommendation features saves me a lot of time and headaches and makes our tenant more secure and compliant; It's easy to audit and clean up old members and archive old data. Orchestry is also a great tool for managing user requests for site creation and enforcing naming conventions and policies. I would highly recommend this tool for organizations that want to have more control and visibility over their M365 tenant. Support requests are always answered quickly, in my experience. There are a few areas in the GUI that have not been fully built out. Multi-geo support is currently unavailable, but on the dev roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Orchestry is highly beneficial for organizations, making it easy to create and customize templates. It simplifies the process for end users to provision new sites, while also providing robust tools for administrators to manage sprawl and ensure governance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
