
Optix lifted our coworking space to be in the same realm as the big players as a boutique office space. Before Optix, we used a tech stack that was not optimized and had no clarity on bettering the customers experience. With Optix, they made everything easy for both the staff and customer base. With just a short onboarding and a couple of days looking into the administrator dashboard, we were up and running in just short of a week. Customer support is also very responsive, from any tech issues we have to requesting features to be implemented, our voice is actually heard, and we're given solutions. Our team uses Optix everyday, checking in on members to make sure they're satisfied, to looking at reports to ensure that we're headed in a good direction, Optix gives us all the tools we need to succeed as a small business. Not only that though from our side as the administrator, the white label app was one of the easiest things that our users have used. With zero app development knowledge, Optix took care of everything for us and we quickly had a portal for our users within a matter of weeks without having to do anything.
