There are a few features that are still under development that would be perfect for my business in particular (CRM features, Document customization and signing).

**What problems is Optix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Optix makes it easy to manage members, memberships, room reservations, invoicing/billing, communication. The custom, white-labeled app is key and is particularly attractive to our customers who like things to be as easy as possible with the least amount of headaches.

The abilities for integration/ implementation and the built-ins are endless! The team I have encountered in our set up have been to the moon helpful and thorough!

**What do you like best about Optix?**

Optix lifted our coworking space to be in the same realm as the big players as a boutique office space. Before Optix, we used a tech stack that was not optimized and had no clarity on bettering the customers experience. With Optix, they made everything easy for both the staff and customer base. With just a short onboarding and a couple of days looking into the administrator dashboard, we were up and running in just short of a week. Customer support is also very responsive, from any tech issues we have to requesting features to be implemented, our voice is actually heard, and we're given solutions. Our team uses Optix everyday, checking in on members to make sure they're satisfied, to looking at reports to ensure that we're headed in a good direction, Optix gives us all the tools we need to succeed as a small business. Not only that though from our side as the administrator, the white label app was one of the easiest things that our users have used. With zero app development knowledge, Optix took care of everything for us and we quickly had a portal for our users within a matter of weeks without having to do anything.

**What do you dislike about Optix?**

We wish that the white label app is a little more customizable. From a branding standpoint, to a focusing on products that we want to increase revenue on, we believe customization would make Optix stand out.

**What problems is Optix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Optix solves our tech stack issue. Instead of having multiple subscriptions on multiple apps that don't communicate each other, Optix marries everything beautifully, and we rarely ever have to exit Optix in order to server our members better.

**What do you like best about Optix?**

The onboarding team and overall service team are amazing. Any time we had a question, they responded quickly and were beyond helpful. Optix is constantly building on their product and adding new features which are perfect for growing and scaling our business. The app was incredibly user friendly for our members and we had no complaints. I also love the office hours they host and blogs they publish -- all are extremely informative for the industry!

**What do you dislike about Optix?**

Mostly nothing - except for random things that pertained to our business specifically. On top of coworking, we also offer wellness services and bookings, so working through the logistics of managing both offerings in the same app had some roadblocks, but the team was amazing with helping us brainstorm and troubleshoot to get it to work as best as possible for our very specific needs.

**What problems is Optix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Optix helped solve a ton of our business problems and obstacles -- from something as small as checking members in, to space management and booking abilities, to recurring invoices. The Optix software covered multiple needs in one single space.

Functionality is great - there are a few features I think would make a huge difference (like discount code) would make it even better.   Wish there were a little more offered through web widget.

**What do you like best about Optix?**

-Responsive and helpful support team. I have seen features I recommend be added to the platform, and the support team has been amazing at asking clarifying questions. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their product.
-Great integration with external platforms (CRM, Google Workspace, Zapier, etc).
-Ease of use on both the admin and client side.
-Customizable user information panel.
-Broad range of automation options. I'm still learning to maximize their utility and we've had over *4000* actions that would have been manual (sending invoice requests, follow-up messages, changing user types based on behaviour, sending tips and instructions for bookings). 
-Huge variety of options to fit your space's needs. We can sell products, drop-in services, monthly plans, host events, all through one platform that links easily with our website and external booking services. 
-It just WORKS. Often when I've wanted to do something and couldn't, asking support to help me out either revealed it was a skill/knowledge-issue on my part, or they worked to incorporate my feedback.
-This platform is easy to use, and has been easy for new staff to understand. We use it every day for so many functions — booking, member relations, events, community posts, on-demand booking, even setting up a self-serve shop in our space for members to grab what they need and pay through the app. 
-I've been surprised by the ease of implementation for new ideas. Often, there is a feature I wasn't using just waiting in Optix.

**What do you dislike about Optix?**

-The team is constantly updating and improving the service, which means there can sometimes be temporary hiccups either on my side (learning curve) or on their side. However, the support staff is INCREDIBLY responsive, and will always suggest temporary fixes, collect feedback, and work with their dev team to iron out any bugs (or, in some cases, even change the functionality!).

**What problems is Optix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Optix is helping a small team manage a coworking business across three locations with over 400 active users and countless drop-in users. We have the ability to manage a growing business with a small team and still give a great guest experience.

**What do you like best about Optix?**

We moved to Optix from a competitor because the system was not suitable for our business. Optix has solved all the issues we faced previously and has made the running and management of our coworking space a pleasant experience for both us and our members. If we ever have any issues, concerns or questions, the customer service team is on hand and can't do enough to help. From the very first contact, the Optix customer service team has been fantastic. They get to know you and your business, and that understanding helps them to tailor the experience. They are always on hand to speak to us, even with a difference in time zones, we know they will respond as soon as they can. The system was relatively simple to set up and deploy and our users find it easy to use and navigate. Overall we really like using Optix and can definitely see how it's benefitted our business.

**What do you dislike about Optix?**

There are some features that would improve our experience with Optix, but since we've started using Optix, we have seen lots of new features introduced. It continues to improve and grow and I'm sure the little niggles of the missing features will soon be rectified.

Optix helps us manage our space effectively meaning we can offer our members a seamless experience when booking and using our space. Where previously we had issues with invoicing, Optix makes the whole process easy and manageable. Our members like to app and how intuitive it is.

Optix is a low entry point solution for Coworking spaces that need full CRM tools to increase business efficiency. The team is always taking feedback and integrating new features to help streamline our business!

There are not yet enough third party integration when it comes to POS providers with lower fees.

It reduces manual labor time to book and keep the space accessible to customers.

**What do you like best about Optix?**

We have been customers of Optix for the last 5 years on a daily usage basis, and it has been a dire part of transforming our flexible rental offerings for our Salon. The user-interface makes navigating the app easy and the reservation process seamless for our users. The level of customization the platform offers allows us to fit the look and feel to our specific brand. I love the in app messaging as it allows our users to contact us straight from the app for any questions/concerns and allows us to easily respond. 
The quality of the customer service team is flawless. They respond pretty quick and are very detailed in assisting with questions or helping find a resolution. Optix really takes the time to listen to feedback and are always evolving their platform adding more features and benefits for the users/admin teams. There is nothing out there like Optix that could add value to our business like their platform has.

**What do you dislike about Optix?**

There is really nothing to dislike. They listen and evaluate their platform based off feedback.

**What problems is Optix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The flexibility for our users to be able to reserve hair spaces, as needed, same-day, or in advace allows us to make our business model different from others. The ability to create plan templates and the visual analytical export option, saves us time so we can focus our energy elsewhere.

We used Optix from the start so can't compare to others but would have no reason to change suppliers, it is a brilliant piece of software that works seamlessly from end user through to management system. Easy to set up, intergrate with other platforms and straight forward to navigate. They are always one step ahead of any operational issues we come up against. Highly reccommend!

There are no negatives, customer service is always quick to respond and always has a quick helpful tip to get you past your blocks. They will even do video calls to show you best shortcuts if needs be.

The updates are regular and well communicated, always improving functionality and efficiency throughout.

**What do you like best about Optix?**

I love using Optics as a one-stop shop for everything from invoicing and billing to community engagement. I can easily disseminate announcements and reach my entire community through integrations!

**What do you dislike about Optix?**

Integrating optics can be a little challenging, depending on which platform you are integrating with. Specifically, integrating with MailChimp can be difficult. However, most of the trigger issues that arise during integration are on the MailChimp side, rather than with the optics app. Overall, there's not much to dislike about optics.

**What problems is Optix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Optix is an excellent tool for scheduling that makes the entire process quick and easy for our users. With this platform, users can easily manage their schedules themselves, and we can keep track of everything we need to know about how they are booking their time. Previously, we faced issues with people booking hours that they didn't have access to, but with Optics, we no longer encounter such problems.

**What do you like best about Optix?**

As an administrator, the interface is really beautiful, user-friendly, and intuitive to maneuver! We used the admin dashboard daily to keep an eye on room bookings, member check-ins, invoicing, and making announcements to members (via the app and and easy checkbox to also send via email). The billing/invoice view is also very easy to filter and you can see instantly on a page view (or set notifications to email you) as to whether credit card payments were successful or declined. It's also very important for us to require a payment method be kept on file, and having that feature as one that can be toggled on during our onboarding of new members is critical to our operations. There is also a widget for your website, that can allow room booking directly connected to the software. There are really so many features, that I'm sure I'm forgetting to mention a few simple but useful options.

**What do you dislike about Optix?**

I do wish the Admin Dashboard was more responsive in design to being viewed from a mobile phone. Currently, it is only viewable from a desktop/laptop view.

Manging memberships, including invoicing and meeting room bookings, within our coworking spaces.

**What do you like best about Optix?**

That I can communicate effectively with members/team. The customer support is super efficient and responsive. I use Optix every day and find it a must have in my day to day. No matter how many changes my schedule has, Optix is aways great to refer to. It has been very easy to use and has integrated well into my working day.

I haven't found a dislike so far! It is very easy to use!

Scheduling! It has made scheduling very easy to maintain. I check in every morning to see what my day looks like and continue to do so on a regular basis. It allows me to differentiate between bookings such as Childminding, Hot Desks and Meeting Rooms!

**What do you like best about Optix?**

Optix App has a sleek, user-friendly, and intuitive app design that has greatly improved our coworking space management experience. Customer care provided by the Optix team has been outstanding. They have been available for any questions or concerns we had during the onboarding process and while introducing the app to our clients. Their responsiveness and support have been invaluable. What I like the most is that Optix team listened to our requests, and needs and adapted to our unique business model, even though there were not so many requests like ours. This is very valuable.

**What do you dislike about Optix?**

Initially, some features did not align perfectly with our specific business model. The onboarding process took a bit longer than anticipated during our initial implementation, but Optix team has been responsive and attentive throughout this process. There are still some minor flaws like the payment process during the client's first registration, which we hope will be improved soon.

As we were searching for a customizable app solution, Optix stood out as a promising product that we believe can be tailored to our needs through some necessary adjustments.

Being able to know how many members are in the space at a time because of location tracking and thereby avoiding having to be at the reception area constantly, is really helpful for the function of the coworking space.

There are too many things to list here. The beautifully clean design, the incredible feature set, the thougtful approach to literally every solution that they've rolled out, the ever expanding assortment of features and integrations with other great companies, the amazing team and their increidble support. There is too much to like.

**What do you dislike about Optix?**

I am struggling to think of a single thing I don't like about Optix. Potentially the only possibly negative interaction that I've ever had with Optix was before I actually signed up as a customer. I wanted to try the platform out for free and this was not in alignment with their policies, I was frustrated about this but ultimately decided to just take a leap and sign up, I am SO glad that I did. They were right to be strict about this policy.

I've loved all of its functions and capabilites. It's been perfect for my business. Kelly and Florencia from customer support have also been 10/10

There's a couple features I wish it had, but even without them I can get by with other features.

Optix is you can think as a customisable mobile app that makes admin and teams view manage all stuff related to the workplace altogether. Smart next generation view of your surroundings. E.g meeting rooms availability, your team mates meeting calendar, events, cafeteria stuff etc as per the requirement

I just want organization's to go more smart in terms of workplace with apps like optix  sooner which is least prioritized zone in the business today

This product is well designed & easy to use and quickly onboard the team on it. There are plenty of cool features & each feature is working as expected. Continuous customer feedback is a good thing. I could not find any better space management software in the market.
