What do you like best about Optix?

Optix lifted our coworking space to be in the same realm as the big players as a boutique office space. Before Optix, we used a tech stack that was not optimized and had no clarity on bettering the customers experience. With Optix, they made everything easy for both the staff and customer base. With just a short onboarding and a couple of days looking into the administrator dashboard, we were up and running in just short of a week. Customer support is also very responsive, from any tech issues we have to requesting features to be implemented, our voice is actually heard, and we're given solutions. Our team uses Optix everyday, checking in on members to make sure they're satisfied, to looking at reports to ensure that we're headed in a good direction, Optix gives us all the tools we need to succeed as a small business. Not only that though from our side as the administrator, the white label app was one of the easiest things that our users have used. With zero app development knowledge, Optix took care of everything for us and we quickly had a portal for our users within a matter of weeks without having to do anything. What do you dislike about Optix?

What do you like best about Optix?

The onboarding team and overall service team are amazing. Any time we had a question, they responded quickly and were beyond helpful. Optix is constantly building on their product and adding new features which are perfect for growing and scaling our business. The app was incredibly user friendly for our members and we had no complaints. I also love the office hours they host and blogs they publish -- all are extremely informative for the industry! What do you dislike about Optix?

Mostly nothing - except for random things that pertained to our business specifically. On top of coworking, we also offer wellness services and bookings, so working through the logistics of managing both offerings in the same app had some roadblocks, but the team was amazing with helping us brainstorm and troubleshoot to get it to work as best as possible for our very specific needs. What do you like best about Optix?

-Responsive and helpful support team. I have seen features I recommend be added to the platform, and the support team has been amazing at asking clarifying questions. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their product.

-Great integration with external platforms (CRM, Google Workspace, Zapier, etc).

-Ease of use on both the admin and client side.

-Customizable user information panel.

-Broad range of automation options. I'm still learning to maximize their utility and we've had over *4000* actions that would have been manual (sending invoice requests, follow-up messages, changing user types based on behaviour, sending tips and instructions for bookings).

-Huge variety of options to fit your space's needs. We can sell products, drop-in services, monthly plans, host events, all through one platform that links easily with our website and external booking services.

-It just WORKS. Often when I've wanted to do something and couldn't, asking support to help me out either revealed it was a skill/knowledge-issue on my part, or they worked to incorporate my feedback.

-This platform is easy to use, and has been easy for new staff to understand. We use it every day for so many functions — booking, member relations, events, community posts, on-demand booking, even setting up a self-serve shop in our space for members to grab what they need and pay through the app.

-I've been surprised by the ease of implementation for new ideas. Often, there is a feature I wasn't using just waiting in Optix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Optix?

-The team is constantly updating and improving the service, which means there can sometimes be temporary hiccups either on my side (learning curve) or on their side. However, the support staff is INCREDIBLY responsive, and will always suggest temporary fixes, collect feedback, and work with their dev team to iron out any bugs (or, in some cases, even change the functionality!). What do you like best about Optix?

We moved to Optix from a competitor because the system was not suitable for our business. Optix has solved all the issues we faced previously and has made the running and management of our coworking space a pleasant experience for both us and our members. If we ever have any issues, concerns or questions, the customer service team is on hand and can't do enough to help. From the very first contact, the Optix customer service team has been fantastic. They get to know you and your business, and that understanding helps them to tailor the experience. They are always on hand to speak to us, even with a difference in time zones, we know they will respond as soon as they can. The system was relatively simple to set up and deploy and our users find it easy to use and navigate. Overall we really like using Optix and can definitely see how it's benefitted our business. There are some features that would improve our experience with Optix, but since we've started using Optix, we have seen lots of new features introduced. What do you like best about Optix?

We have been customers of Optix for the last 5 years on a daily usage basis, and it has been a dire part of transforming our flexible rental offerings for our Salon. The user-interface makes navigating the app easy and the reservation process seamless for our users. The level of customization the platform offers allows us to fit the look and feel to our specific brand. I love the in app messaging as it allows our users to contact us straight from the app for any questions/concerns and allows us to easily respond.

The quality of the customer service team is flawless. They respond pretty quick and are very detailed in assisting with questions or helping find a resolution. Optix really takes the time to listen to feedback and are always evolving their platform adding more features and benefits for the users/admin teams. We used Optix from the start so can't compare to others but would have no reason to change suppliers, it is a brilliant piece of software that works seamlessly from end user through to management system. Easy to set up, intergrate with other platforms and straight forward to navigate. They are always one step ahead of any operational issues we come up against. Highly reccommend! What do you like best about Optix?

I love using Optics as a one-stop shop for everything from invoicing and billing to community engagement. I can easily disseminate announcements and reach my entire community through integrations! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Optix?

Integrating optics can be a little challenging, depending on which platform you are integrating with. Specifically, integrating with MailChimp can be difficult. However, most of the trigger issues that arise during integration are on the MailChimp side, rather than with the optics app. Overall, there's not much to dislike about optics. What do you like best about Optix?

As an administrator, the interface is really beautiful, user-friendly, and intuitive to maneuver! We used the admin dashboard daily to keep an eye on room bookings, member check-ins, invoicing, and making announcements to members (via the app and and easy checkbox to also send via email). The billing/invoice view is also very easy to filter and you can see instantly on a page view (or set notifications to email you) as to whether credit card payments were successful or declined. It's also very important for us to require a payment method be kept on file, and having that feature as one that can be toggled on during our onboarding of new members is critical to our operations. There is also a widget for your website, that can allow room booking directly connected to the software. There are really so many features, that I'm sure I'm forgetting to mention a few simple but useful options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Optix?

I do wish the Admin Dashboard was more responsive in design to being viewed from a mobile phone. Currently, it is only viewable from a desktop/laptop view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
