Optix Has Everything We Need—Thoughtful Design and Outstanding Support
Optix has EVERYTHING we need and more—the platform was clearly built with incredible attention to detail, and they’ve thought of everything. What made the biggest difference for us, however, was the support from Kristan. She guided me step-by-step through the entire onboarding process with immense patience and care. In particular, her help setting up custom automations saved us an enormous amount of time and allowed us to create a seamless user experience, which is essential for our autonomous setup.
