What do you like best about Octopus CRM?

Octopus CRM is honestly a lifesaver if you're doing a lot of LinkedIn outreach. I started using it to automate connection requests and follow-ups, and it instantly made my workflow smoother. The interface is super easy to get the hang of, and I love that it lets you build a full funnel, from visiting profiles to sending personalized messages, without manually doing everything.

The biggest win for me has been how much time it saves. Instead of spending hours every day manually messaging people, I can set up a campaign in a few clicks and let it run while I focus on other stuff. What do you dislike about Octopus CRM?

It’s very LinkedIn-specific. So if you’re looking for something broader, this won’t be your all-in-one CRM. Also, LinkedIn’s ever-changing rules can cause occasional hiccups, but the support team is pretty responsive when that happens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Octopus CRM?

Very easy and intuitive to use. It's interface is basic, and not in a bad way.

This makes it easy to navigate, and know where you are.

Having very well defined tabs for each function, is a life saver, instead of having to navigate your way around a maze which too many CRM's do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Octopus CRM?

If i had to make one change, it would be to allow messages be sent to the same person more than once, instead of having to delete the list of leads/messages sent. But this is just a small issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Poor cancellation policy. I didn't use the product all year, then when it renewed by mistake I asked for a refund and was rejected.
