The biggest win for me has been how much time it saves. It’s helped me grow my network and even generate some warm leads. **What do you dislike about Octopus CRM?** It’s very LinkedIn-specific. So if you’re looking for something broader, this won’t be your all-in-one CRM. It's interface is basic, and not in a bad way. This makes it easy to navigate, and know where you are. Having very well defined tabs for each function, is a life saver, instead of having to navigate your way around a maze which too many CRM's do. **What do you dislike about Octopus CRM?** If i had to make one change, it would be to allow messages be sent to the same person more than once, instead of having to delete the list of leads/messages sent. But this is just a small issue. **What problems is Octopus CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Taking the leg work out of mundane tasks such as sending connections, later stage messages and profile visits.
