The tool is pretty ineffective unless you're at the premium version and even still it is very clunky. I was attempting to do test run with it and trying to make it work the best I could. I upgraded from the basic plan to the premium plan. I unintentionally signed up for the annual plan in doing so. I didn't realize until later and asked for a change in the plan (2 weeks after purchase) They declined. They flat out would not move my subscription to monthly. I decided to check out the company on LinkedIn since it is a Linkedin Automation tool. The company has dozens of fake linkedin profiles of women and horrible customer support. Fake company, nearly a fake product being so clunky and disjointed. There are many other better products out there than this one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Octopus CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? More time spent managing auotmation. It wont allow you to look a the crm while the tool is in action. So you start some views and then you can't use the tool for an hour or more?? Not able to setup the next sequence or move people into place.
